Jubilee Roasting Co is a diamond in the rough off of Colfax. The simply chic decor matches the excellent coffee and friendly vibe here. Great place to get some work done or meet up with friends or colleagues. I had the maple latte and veggie breakfast burrito...both delicious!

Light profile lovers! The pour over was a higher ratio of water to coffee. This allows some notes from the coffee to be fully realized, while not giving the strength that some may desire. The latte and cortado had what seemed like a single shot of espresso. (Could be wrong, but too much milk to espresso for me) Otherwise, the milk is steamed properly. The coffee shop itself is great! Combining minimalist, industrial, artistic, and home with the plants vibez. The service was actually super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Enjoyed sitting down inside to drink coffee :)

The Jubilee Gem! Why oh why have I never been to this place before? I was looking for a new place to try yesterday and Jubilee was a 25 minute drive. Worth it. So very worth it. Not only is it a funky little building, standing out for its bright aqua facade, but it stands out for its simple, unpretentious menu, the smell of fresh roasting beans and the gorgeous flower beds and garden patio. I had the cinnamon honey latte- sweet but not overly sweet with hints of cinnamon in every sip. Not to be outshined by the drink- but in the time of COVID and wanting to be outside, the back patio of chairs and picnic tables, surrounded by summer blooms made for a lovely morning.

Absolutely fantastic coffee shop. Cute, quaint, off the beaten path. Service was fantastic and offered suggestions on what to order. Even offered a replacement drink, if one of the drinks wasn’t our style.Ordered a Iced Americano and a Cherry Espresso Tonic. That was my first time getting an Espresso tonic, was rather strange but would consider doing it again. The Cherry really helped sell it.Overall, loved this place. Will be back VERY soon. Thanks all!

Honestly the best coffee + cafe experience you’ll have in Colorado. First and foremost, the beans are so delicious —aromatic & roasted perfectly. Then, the barista prepares it perfectly; no boiling temperature for your milk here. And everyone working there is so pleasant and friendly. I always leave feeling so so happy! I’ve tried all the other coffee shops in Denver, and theirs is the best bar none.

I was somewhat shocked that Google maps didnt show me this place during an earlier visit. While in this area previously, Google recommended Lost Coffee, with no mention of Jubilee roasting.Almost as shocking is the atmosphere provided, given the neighborhood its in.As Maps navigated me to my destination, I thought maybe it was taking me somewhere else. But once I walked in, I realized I was where I wished to be.The atmosphere was authentic industrial repurposed into an operable roasting facility. Their coffee selection was decent, but their pour over options were slim. It did exceed expectations, as did the breve turmeric chai.I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it!

What a cool spot! We came in after being disappointed by a nearby restaurant, hoping for an invigorating boost. We found that in the cold brew and lavender latte offered here! The cold brew was made using a Kyoto system, dripping water into grounds and percolating drop by drop to yield a great smooth/strong cold brew. The lavender was very subtle and really accented the espresso nicely- no where near over powering. I, personally, would probably enjoy chewing on a whole mouthful of lavender buds, but I think most people would find this to be a very suitable amount of that particular flavor. Great latte art also. Worth the trip.

Jubilee embodies everything that coffee should be: excellent atmosphere, locally roasted and carefully sourced beans (they have relationship with farms), top level costumer service and a celebration of their local community. Not only is their Aurora shop a beautiful space and their roasting space, they also provide studio space for local artists who market their work and have creative spaces to do their work. Whether you have a long layover at DIA, or looking for a unique cafe to frequent, Jubilee will be the right choice.

Cute little coffee shop. We were a bit hesitant to go check this one out since we didnt think it was in the best neighborhood.. close to kinda sketchy areas, but looks like the area is getting cleaned up. As for the experience, it could have been better and more organized. The barista wasnt calling out names or drinks or anything, she was just making them and setting them on the counter. Everyone ordering coffee seemed confused and other customers were grabbing the wrong coffees and walking off and leaving with them, not realizing there were a lot of people ahead of them waiting for their drinks... she was really slow making them (one coffee seemed to take like 3 or 4 minutes to make), and 2 or 3 people left with the wrong drinks, so it took our group of 4 over 20 minutes to finally get ours. Luckily we had no where to be in a hurry! Normally, Id knock this place off the list and just not go back, but they were delicious when we finally got them and this place has potential. Ill go back, but Im hoping a different barista is working.. or shes learned to make them a little faster and to call out the drinks or names or something!

I almost never, if ever, give a one-star review, but something was really off with my mocha. I went in to get a coffee and tea while my girlfriend was getting her COVID-19 vaccine, so I did not get a chance to try the mocha before leaving the shop. I am not sure if something was bad with either the roasting of the espresso, the milk, or the chocolate flavoring, but something was sour in it. I tried it numerous times to maybe see if it was just me overthinking the taste, but it was not smooth at all. I have been to a lot of coffee shops since moving to Colorado last year, and had this on my list to check out as it had really good reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. but man was I disappointed with my mocha. Again, really not sure what was up with it, but just tasted very sour and off.

Review for beans only.NOT a happy customer. Visited this store for the first time and asked the barista for medium or dark roast coffee recommendations with chocolate notes. Was suggested Moonbuggy and Guatemalan blends, which I later found were both light roasts. Jubilee for some reason does NOT print or specify what kind of roasts their beans are. Their product marketing is based on the process and origin, which is good but the roast level is never specified, either on the packaging or website.

Love this place but it’s a constant disaster in the mornings. Just a few blocks from the hospital where most people need to be in before 7 or 8, so the line gets crazy, pastries are always late and the sole barista on duty seemingly gets crushed. I typically go somewhere that opens earlier during the week and save this for a special treat on days off or weekends. Would prob be there 6 days a week if they could open earlier. Still one of my favorite roasters to buy beans from though!Update: made the mistake of going on a weekday morning again. I waited 13 minutes after ordering a pour over for the barista to even START making it. Can’t possibly give more stars despite the quality of coffee. Service matters too.
