Although they were out of stock of the shade I wanted in my foundation, one of the employees went out of her way to check online and call other stores to see if they had it. We were unsuccessful finding it in nearby stores but I was happy to know the employee put in that much effort to help me.

I was here with my wife looking for a gift. They didnt have what we wanted, but the staff was were very helpful and made it a great experience.

So, I ran into Sephora because Ulta didnt have what I needed and had to grab products for a bridal client. I was originally really impressed with how friendly and helpful the lady was helping me and showing me different products. She made several helpful suggestions and I found exactly what I needed. Come to find out, Bea is the manager (well deserved) Then, at checkout, the lady was phenomenal. I really appreciate how patient she was with me browsing the products even though it was closing. Maria allowed me to continue looking without showing an ounce of annoyance which is rare in retail nowadays. The other lady, I didnt catch her name, is the assistant and super sweet. Honestly so very happy with my entire experience and thank you and Ill definitely be back!!!

I almost always have a great experience with the staff when coming here. The reps are always helpful, and will usually take time to explain products to you. There was a very unprofessional group of workers I encountered around last year(which may contribute to the bad reviews below), but I haven’t seen them in months.

I visited this Sephora because I was in the neighborhood and I needed to purchase new foundation. I had been wanting to try the Rihanna’s Fenty products for a while and I thought then was the perfect opportunity! I had to search for the products, I walked in circles for minutes until I laid my eyes on the foundation and concealers! Problem #1 solved, by me! I then was met with confusion being that I was trying new foundation, I was having trouble matching the foundation to my skin color, problem #2! After picking up various shades and wiping off because they didn’t match, I realized I had spent almost 20 minutes in one area, and would you believe NOT ONE associate asked me if I needed any assistance! There was a young lady that had just walked in, stood on the opposite side of the wall of makeup that I was looking at, an associate immediately ran to her aide, asked her if she needed any help or if she’s been helped by anyone! By the time I received assistance, the young lady had her coat in her hand and appeared to be leaving! As I was explaining my issue, she tells another young lady to give me a sample, seemingly to rush me out the door so that she could leave. The young lady provided me with the same the sample but 15 minutes had passed before I had even realized the sample was ready, she said nothing of it being ready, she had the sample at the front of the store on the aide of her while she was helping another customer! Moral of the story is, the associates here should learn proper etiquette and greet ALL customers! Speaking of, I was not even greeted upon walking in! It was such a horrible experience! Will not be returning to this Sephora store!

Worst customer service EVER!!

I recently went to the Sephora inside fox valley mall on Feb. 10th. All three workers were very accommodating and helpful! They helped me find my shade of foundation along with other items. I had a virtual gift card on my phone but my phone died while in the store. One of the girls working lent me her charger so I could check out. The customer service in this store is above and beyond any other! I highly recommend visiting this store.

I have visited this location several times. Its a hit or miss for me. Either I get good friendly service or I get ignore or rude service. Today. I went to get a specific eyeliner Kat Von D tattoo liner. The lady did ask if I needed help and I told her what I w a looking for and she was helpful in finding and demonstrating the product for me. This was the only item I was buying and the cashier was already at the register when I arrived so I did not have any issues this time. Other times I have gone in browsing around for different things and Ive been ignored or theyre very short with their answers and walk away without helping. Many times theres no one at the register so I think it just depends on the day and who is working.

Im a huge spender of cosmetics. Quite often Sephora is my 1st stop, Ulta my 2nd, however the Sephora in the fox valley mall has such horrible customer assistance. Was just in there less than 10 min ago watched as customers walked around and at least 4 girls behind counter BsING personal topics and not 1 would give myself or anyone the time of day. Finally walked out waiting. Just unprofessional.

My sister and mom had a horrible experience there on 2/23/16 they were treated with poor customer service by the assistant manager. My sister asked to come out to see a pic of a lipstick so she can let her know the color and brand. The employee refused to go out started yelling at my sister . Had the nerve to tell them she was done and put her hand on my sister face. That is by furthest the worst assistant manager. She is giving that store a bad reputation and bad reputation to jcpenny

Went here on the day after Christmas looking for one thing. They only had two people working registers and no one on the floor. I walked around the store (which is very small) for over 15 minutes looking for someone to help me but no one was there.

One of the employees had called security on me and my friends after asking for some samples. The samples of foundation only had one pump didn’t even bother to fill it up.

My friends and i are walking around looking at stuff to help our friends skincare and things like that and they suddenly start giving us dirty looks following us around and i ask for a sample and the lady snatches the bottle out of my hand giving me a dirty look after i got my sample i go and continue looking around the lady comes up to me saying “we’re you guys planning on buying anything cause this isn’t a playground” and continues to say we had supposedly broke something and knocked it down, like if we broke something they would’ve told us at the time not used that to get us to leave didn’t even tell us what we “broke” . at the end of the day those workers are rude and bratty.

You guys are horrible. Always giving me the damn wrong shade. Rude and bad customer service

The store was super dirty, when you would go try out lipsticks they were super dried out lipsticks in the wrong spots just a horrible overall experience never will return to this location!
