ASTOUNDING SERVICE, AMAZING SELECTION, GREAT QUALITY!Today was my first day in this video game wonderland and I must say, it made me feel so much younger! You walk in and everyone greets you as if you were their family member. The store is clean, organized and has a very good style. If you ask for something or just have general questions.. the employees drop what they are doing and kindly assist you!!! If you want to talk about your interests or recommendations.. these guys will go on and on about what they enjoy playing and hope to see you purchase something in common interest. They have excellent prices and great quality put into the items they sell. These people 100% love what they do and want to share some of the experience with you! There is no doubt that you won’t find something awesome in this video game wonderland! I already want to go back and it has even been a full day!!!!This is a second home to me and I can’t wait to see my buddies over at Game Force!Hope to see you their too and good luck on your visit!!!
Good place for used games for nearly any system. Staff is super nice and by far the most helpful out of any other place.Downside to this place is that its such a shame that they carry and sell Reproduction N64 games and such.Would consider selling CIB stuff here if it wasnt for that.
Overall the best selection and most friendly service Ive ever seen in any game store. At least 90% of my collection is made up of games from Game Force and its still growing. Every time I come in theres always something new or old for me to check out and I shop here pretty often. Great selection of games from NES to newer consoles. Return policy is great and trading games is even better. Usually with GameStop, youll trade a game in and get like 5 bucks for it. Not at Game Force. Youre gonna get a great bang for your buck here, whether trading or buying from any era of gaming.
There are a number of great shops up here in Denver but Im happy to add this one to my list of favorites. Their console and game selection is great. Beyond that the customer service is amazing, and I really get the sense that theyve got a passion for the industry. This place is now going to be one of my regular stores.
If you want a warm environment to purchase your games from it is here. The man who runs the place is very knowledgeable about Everything he sells. After the first time I came in he remembered who I was and my interests. Offers great deals, and never ends up short selling you the way most other places do to earn a quick buck.
Its great place and great people, thanks guys for all your help.
Best place for retro games in Aurora. Ive been coming here since I was a kid and have always enjoyed the service and selection. A real treat!
This retro games store is one of the best I’ve been to. Their selection is impressive and I have been to almost every other retro games store in Denver. On top of that the owner is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. We went in 15 minutes before closing but he didn’t rush us at all. He answered all of our questions and even gave us discounts when we purchased games, controllers, and a ps2. I highly recommend going in for the selection and the service. He told us that if anything was defective to come back in and he would make it right. Please check this location out it is worth it! I found an amazing original Xbox game selection of which I haven’t seen in other stores. The console selection was incredible as well!
Great store but dont like that they close at 6pm compared to other game stores that stay open later especially when I not off till 6pm wish they would stay open later. Also dont like the prices they give you for trade in they could be a little more helpful and better in that area as well but still like them.
This shop is awesome!! They are reasonably priced and have an amazing selection. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to shop here.
Everyone who works there is so friendly and they have the most wonderful selection of games either new or old youll always find something good, a wonderful place to shop at overall!
The people here are always very nice and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of games and consoles from all generations. They even have reproduction carts so you can play rare games on original hardware without breaking the bank.
Great place to find older games, huge selection good prices and very knowledgeable and friendly staff
Amazing store, great prices. The owner is EXTREMELY nice as well. Not my first time here so I will come back again
This a great store with some of the best prices in town on games. The staff is super friendly and will help you find the game you are looking for. I come here at least once a week. Inventory changes all the time. I definitely recommend stoping in.
If you want the best prices on new and used games, great customer service and a staff that is passionate about video games, check out Game Force in Aurora.
Kind, thoughtful manager. Extraordinary knowledge of all gaming. Works hard to get you what you want.
Classic Denver area game store. Cant beat it. Great prices and really friendly guys!
Very friendly. Really into video games. They made an offer on everything I brought in for trade in.
It is great to have small businesses survive the pandemic. I truly appreciate Game Force commitment in keeping retro gaming alive. I intend to give it more of my business.
Love this place. Always has a great selection of games. This trip was for more N64 games and a new controller. Friendly environment and always a great conversation while shopping. Great place.
Awesome gamestore with pretty good prices and the staff is always freindly in the many years Ive been going here
The guy that worked with me went above and beyond to help me get a system working for a place I was staying at. I’m from Seattle and he made me feel very welcomed. He was amazingly epic in helping me. Worth the visit if you’re a retro gamer.
Game Force at Iliff and Chambers has been my first stop location for all things video game and used movie related for 10+ years. They have a good selection and variety of games, both used and new, and with great prices. Jim, the proprietor is an awesome guy with a vast knowledge of gaming and gaming history, and is always willing to work with you. He has a good team working with him too. Currently he has priced his used DVDs to move, at $0.50 each. Finally, if you are interested in seeing a good collection of vintage consoles and gaming gear (not all for sale), this is the place. We to go Game Force!
A great place for unique gaming finds and the owner couldnt be a nicer guy. Lots of exclusives, repros are for sale but very clearly marked, and they have a great collection of stuff. Fun just to visit, but definitely grab something. Tons of movies too
Great place! Owner knows his stuff, like a kid in a candy store. Super friendly. Great selection, prices and displays. Super easy to stop in where they are located, too.
Loved this place and there staff there awesome and very knowledgeable and had so many older games to choose from this place is great
This is an incredible place to find your old school games. You don’t come around great people like Tim. He made me visit extremely easy and efficient. Very knowledgeable. Simply put, because of Tim I will gladly come back for any of my gaming needs. Thank you
Best priced games Ive found in the Denver Metro! Super friendly staff, the employee who worked the store has been there since 1990. We will definitely be going back!Huge selection from retro games to new console games. He definitely hooked us up with our new Nintendo switch! Thank you again!
Outstanding service. Gentleman helping me went above and beyond to make sure he could assist me in the SLIGHTEST way. Even if that meant telling me where else I could go for help he could not provide. Took apart pair of brand new Switch joy cons just so I could have the leftie.Knowledgeable, very wide selection of all things retro and modern gaming. Must shop
Absolutely love this place when I get paid this place gets like all my cash the staff is awsome and super helpful and not to mention they have a ton of classical games.
Great people. Nicest people i’ve dealt with in a long time. There’s good reason they’ve been around so long. Highly recommended
This place is GREAT!! Staff was very kind and very knowledgeable about their stock. They dont have EVERY game ever made but they do have games for every console that I could see. And they encourage you to call Ahead or later next week and see if they have what your looking for. Lots of great vintage stuff on the walls. Just overall awesome experience for this nerd!
Very good experience here, the man behind the counter was very helpful they had one of the best selections of used games around but I will say the quality varies.
Hands down the best game store in Colorado. I only go here from now on and Im never disappointed
Just loaded up on my gun games, I literally travel up from Colorado Springs just to come see what they have. Best inventory in Denver, and the owner is freaking awesome, knows the most obscure titles, figures out what you like and then leads the way!!
Great products and great customer service, will definitely be going back and telling friends about this place as well
The folks here are SUPER friendly and knowledge. They are willing to work out a deal on used stuff. I enjoy the conversation with the employees and other customers. Highly recommend Game Force!
Was looking for PS Vita Charger. They took care of me. Jim the manager was very helpful.
Jim and his crew were great; super friendly and very helpful. I’m in search of a few retro-ish PS1 games and he promised to find them for me. Clean store, good stock levels and the ringtone for the store phone made my day. Thanks Jim, see you soon!
I absolutely love this place. They have an awesome display wall with almost every game console you could think of, a nice selection of games both new and old, and the staff is always extremely kind and friendly, allowing you to check for scratches on disks and always ensuring you get your game in the best condition they have. Repro carts are clearly labeled, so you always know what youre getting, and they have a generois return policy just in case you find that a second-hand game or console isnt functioning properly. One of my go-to gaming shops.
Awesome store with an excellent variety of games!!
Hands down the best game store on the east side. Prices are unbeatable and the staff is awesome. 10/10 would recommend
Staff was amazing and had a great selection of classic and modern consoles and games.
Perfect for classic games with knowledgeable and super friendly staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else
They have a wide selection of retro games and consoles theyre prices are fair and when somthing goes wrong they take care of it right away hassle free unlike some other places been shopping for 3 years now definitely highly recommend plus jim is just such a chill dude
Such a nice place! Best place to sell games to. I live in downtown denver but I will make the drive here to sell or buy games now! Thank you!
Jim is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to video games. I would recommend *GAME FORCE* to anybody looking to fulfill their gaming needs.
They had PlayStation 3 controllers when nowhere else had any in stock, have a vast array of systems, games, and on occasion get rarer items in such as Virtual Boy games and accessories (Maintain reasonable expectations for availability).Literally the only store I’ve found to have boxed Pokémon games, and physical rom hack cartridges if you want something unique.Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, customer consideration and communication definitely came first. Gave good time lines for additional product coming to the store. Will HAPPILY return!!
These guys are awesome! They are always helpful and help you find what your looking for.
Great selection, super friendly staff.
Better than gamestop bought a 360 game and they still clean games for ps2 and xbox 360
Jim always has lots of games....best bang for your buck.
I dont like to do this but, yall earned it and lost my business. Yesterday you posted on FB you were open, even after the snow storm. I drove my kid across town based on that post. We waited at the store. Nobody showed. We wasted a couple hours and my kid was super sad. Ill never be back, you lost a customer. Ive been a gamer since my Commodore 64 and this hurts. When I commented on your recent FB post about youre commitment during the recent snow storm, you didnt reply, you deleted the post. All the best...
The customer service is ok at this location. They game variety is good and they have many different consoles for sale. I was referred to this shop by a Gamestop employee when I went into see what 3DS games were avail. Ive bought many different 3DS games for my 6 year old but some of them arent to her liking so hopefully I can take them back in and get store credit for trades.
Amazing selection the guy here was super friendly
It a good store to do business
That are Always helpful and nice! Great place!
Great for gamers that not only love todays games. But classic and rare collectables as well. Customers will feel nostalgic like I did.
Great selection, very helpful and they are willing to negotiate on prices which I appreciate a lot.
Great selection, competitive trade in value and the owner does a great job providing suggestions.
Great guys very nice great games for cheap all of them knew what they were talking about except the lady there who didnt anything about video games they are great and quite cheap I just got the witcher 3 but think I will be returning soon. (Edit) I have returned several times and gotten several games and many skylanders and this place never lost its charm a single time.
Exlant service great friendly people wounderful games
Always a good experience!
While it would appear at first glance that Game Force has a wonderful selection, however most of what I saw was either Reproduction games or not actually for sale. I will give them this all of the repo games are clearly labeled but still disappointing to see. The way that the employee let me know that things were not for sale was the issue, he was rude, gave 3 different reasons for why they were not for sale. This is a practice that is so annoying from a collector standpoint, there were more items in the store that were not for sale than actually for sale. If I could give them a zero star I would for the way the employee treated me when asking about items for sale, don’t worry I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I love this place. I have been going to these guys for decades! They always give great trade in value and are beyond helpful
Love this shop, always has the best most friendly service and an excellent selection
Love game hunting at this place! They allow you to dig through their multiple boxes of manuals at your leisure and their prices are very reasonable. We picked up a few Master System games and a stack of misc. manuals recently. One of our favorites.
Amazing store. Employees are very kind, there is a major variety of games and movies, prices are reasonable. The hall of fame is insane to look at as well. For any retro game fanatic, this is the place to go!
The dude was very rude and definitely ripped me off. Brought newer Xbox one games and controllers and more Xbox games. Gave me like 20 bucks for it all. Don’t waste your time. Goto the one in Boulder. They are friendly and helpful and fair on prices! Boo!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to sell all my old games at a decent price. They have a wide selection of retro systems as well. I would definitely recommend hitting this shop up if you are a retro gaming fan.
Really welcoming environment amazing stock kind workers!!!
I have been coming here for years, and they always have good stuff, and the staff is always friendly and the selection is just amazing, they have dozens of games from nearly every system. If you like collecting and playing retro games this is the best place in the region I can think of to go to.
They sell bootlegs that are poor emulators of the same game. Charging 30+ for pirated material. Times are tough but you don’t gotta steal dogg!! Remove all that old gaming hardware on the top rows that’s not for sale. That strategy isn’t working for you anymore dog!!!! Load those up w/ 4th and 5th generation consoles. Don’t be boring!!!
This place is an amazing retro game store, they have an amazing selection of games spanning many generations of consoles from the brief visit I had I saw games ranging from N64 PlayStation 3 game boy game boy advance Wii u Wii games SNES and many more all at good prices although a reproduction copy of Pokemon Pearl was $30.
Called around and this place is cheaper than other used game places. We bought Mariokart for original Wii and they even held it for us when we called and found it there. Superb customer service and so nice when went in to purchase and pickup! Will be back!
Went looking for some Nintendo and Super Nintendo games. They are a little over priced for my taste buds. I told the guy I noticed they were doubling the prices from PriceCharting.com. He insisted that he wasnt and for me to check again. But I had already checked at least 7 titles. Overall the fung seug was very nostalgic. You can see decades of game history on the walls. Game selection was ok. I went to Game City in Monument. They know how create customer loyalty!
Me and my son love going here. It brings back fond memories for me. My son is more fascinated like he is in a cool museum. I love to tell him imagine when that old game was the coolest thing in the world. Id recommend this place to anyone looking for an older game. Thanks
They honor all sales of something is wrong even if its your mistake (to a point) they fix it.
This is hands down the best game store Ive ever been to, the owner is one of the nicest chillest dudes ever and I never have a bad time here. If I lived closer Id be stopping by everyday but unfortunately I cant. This store is a great example of why customer service matters, I hope everyone shops here.
Best friends. Great place
The best place for vintage games!
Always a great experience and good prices.
Amazing customer service, great selection, very organized, and an amazing sense of history!
One of my favorite game stores along with the Game Force in Boulder. Ive been to this location a few times only and the same guy has been there and is always helpful and willing to help a fellow collector. Things like exchanging a broken game case of game I was going to get for a better one or getting an additional game for a bundle (albeit a cheap game). Wish I could get his name but I appreciate the great customer service. Its the customer service and the fair prices keep me coming back. Thank you.
Love this place. The staff is very knowledgeable. Have a good variety of older games
Great place Jim is such a nice guy gonna shop here instead of gamestop here on out
Amazing selection of new and used games and consoles. Would highly recommend to anyone who is into classic video games and collectibles!
No complaints. Went in to poke around with the kiddo and it was fun to reminisce as well.
I visited Game Force in Aurora and met the kindest and most wonderful person in the video game business. Jim was so friendly and helpful! With almost 3 decades in the business he has great knowledge of their games and products. I have been to many game stores around the country and this store was one of the best I have been to in terms of games, but in terms of professional service and kindness Jim is in a class of his own!! When you visit this store you will most certainly agree! Thanks again Jim for everything!
If youre looking for video games and systems, this is the place. Large selection and friendly staff. The only nit-pick is that some of the shelves/merchandise Im the center needed dusting. However -- overall -- you wont be disappointed.
I always receive the best service in this store. It is my go to place for older games and consoles.
Very friendly ! Bought and sold here overall amazing service !
Super friendly, always have really good retro games. Been coming here for years. Awsome place
