I’m a Sherwin-Williams fan. Over the years I’ve purchased all my household painting / staining supplies from them. As we have recently moved, and I was in search of a paint to match one left by the former homeowners- I stopped by this store. The customer service was A+! I appreciate all the help I received!

Like the small store feel. The associate was more then happy to load my 5 gallon bucket of paint into my car.

I wish my HOA was as helpful as this store. I walked in to get stain for my fence with very little knowledge of what I needed. I walked out with the exact stain I needed as well as tips on how to do it easily. The staff member I spoke to knew his stuff including the specifics about different stains.

Called to get 1 qt of interior to touch up interior walls. Employee looked up residential account until we found what I had bought previously, had it mixed and ready for pickup super fast. Great service!!

Wonderful experience with help picking out colors to match a variety of tile and rock. Staff was knowledgable, patient, professional and so helpful. Will be back because it is not only about customer service but a superior product.

As a busy paint contractor, this store is exactly what I need! Fast, helpful and efficient coincides perfectly with my fast paced and growing business! The staff was awesome and the assistant manager was great. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, even at times remembering color codes and numbers off the top of her head. Ultimately helping ease the pain of choosing colors and product for my customer. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone on the south side of town.

Every time I walk into this store I feel like I am loved. The staff work vigorously to supply an endless line of needy customers; yet they do it with grace, style, and patience. Im proud to say this is one of the best customer-business relationships I have ever had. This store is a model of what can happen when good people execute a good plan. Six stars, highly recommended.

Great service. The store was fairly busy on a Saturday and it appeared there was only one person working, however she did a pretty good job of helping everyone as quick as she could.I have been to Sherwin-Williams on a few occasions and they seem to have the most knowledgeable paint staff vs a more general hardware store. They are certainly way more accurate at paint matching. I have a 100% success rate with them on color matching where some of the other stores supplying paint in the area seem to struggle.

The staff was slammed with the DIY sale but were very efficient. Great job

I should probably work for sherwin Williams with how often i recommend them but ive tried home depot paint and will never go back. Super paint works much better and only needs one coat. The staff are great and SW has sales frequently if you dont want to pay full price

Spoke with a representative over the phone who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were very professional and safe in regards to safe distances and making sure I felt safe during the transaction.

This location always had very nice and helpful staff. They speak their opinion and you make your own decision. This is what I like about them.

The customer service is so bad. I walked in and wanted help with color selection. they guy said he didn;t think he could help with that. I asked if there was someone who could. He said, I doubt it. I confirmed that he has no knowledge on color. and he confirmed it. I asked how it is it that you work here. His response was that he thought he could get better at it over time. I said maybe I should go to Benjamin Moore for help and he agreed. Didnt ask me what my project was. Nothing. I don;t think I was in the store for more than one minute. As a culture, this brand does not have a customer service focus. Go anywhere else but here if you want help.

Best customer service! I love this store. I buy a lot of paint for home projects and it doesnt matter who waits on you: Everyone does a great job! Best quality paint, too! You get what you pay for. One coat typically covers - dont be fooled by a cheaper paint that takes twice as much to cover@

Called to order 4 gallons of paint 1 hour ahead of pick up. I was told it would be ready by then. When I showed up, it took 5 minutes to figure out who had talked to me over the phone, then no one updated me as to where my order was. I had to stop someone and ask. They said that they were now just starting to make it. I dont mind waiting for paint, but I dont like it when Im told it will definitely be done in an hour l and when I show up, nobody knows about my order and I then have to wait an additional 40 minutes in the store while its being made. Other customers who ordered paint in the store got it faster than I did even though I called an hour ahead.

The price is kind of high 30% - 40% higher compared to other stores like Home s Depot and Lowe’s. SherwinWilliam should lower its price may be 15 or 20% higher to be competitive.
