They make a great deck solid paint product that we were very happy with for a refinish project. Especially the color. The store was very flexible with my product selection and needs.

Called to order paint and they directed me to the store where I have previously ordered, they even called ahead and made sure it would be ready for pick up same day! Very nice and extremely helpful!

PPG Paints matched me PERFECTLY! I was able to repair Home Depots color match, disaster! Pay a little more to get it right. I am SOOO happy!! Didnt have to paint the entire wall, just covered up the spots :)

Terrible customer service.We own a large remodeling business and one of our clients has PPG paint in her home as a builder default. Understandably, our client wanted to use this paint.As my husband walked into the store- he was excited because of this new paint shop. The manager came short of screaming at him as he asked about semigloss paint by the gallon. The manager indicated in a very dry and unkind manner that they were out of stock and could not sell paint apart from 5 gallon buckets then she told him to “look around, do you see any paint?” My husband was so confused as he had no idea how to look for or what to look for in terms of the store’s inventory. A very weird encounter for sure. Also, “because of Covid” the manager refused to grant me access to use the restroom. Again, a very weird overall experience that made us feel unwelcome in the shop-the manager never even tried to tell us when the paint would be available/back in stock.The tone of the store definitely seems to favor larger purchases(we needed 4 gallons of paint only) which is actually something that we would have done in the future but not anymore. Upon hearing about her experience or a client who is more than happy to go with Benjamin Moore paints-The Ponderosa shop on Colfax has great management and stuff always worries about their clients and the quality they sell. Thirsty sure need to use the restroom? Need a comfy couch to sit for a second because we all know how crazy remodelers, Construction workers and painters get? They have a couch and water for you. Do you want coffee? They got it! Benjamin Moore paints Ponderosa shop will continue to get our 4 gallon and our 50-100 gallon paint orders.
