I had work done here through an insurance claim. From start to finish this shop provided a great experience. They got my car in and out in a week and have it looking better than when I first bought it. 😏 Hopefully I wont need their services anytime in the near future, but if I do, this is where Im going. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I came to Able auto body shop and immediately was greeted with a warm welcome Aaliyah was at the front desk and did not hesitate to help and assist me!!! They did awesome work and was very timely with it!! If I could give them more stars I would!!!! I give them 100000/10 I highly recommend them!!!!

They are excellent at the body work. The staff ghetto as hell thing is never seen a white secretary be so ghetto and not professional at all. They will never call you when the car is finished either. Oh yeah they may use your car to drive for any errands they may have be careful!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and TEERIBLE WORK!! I would never ever come here again and I suggest finding another place to take your vehicle. I came here to have my front and rear bumper fixed after an accident. They never called when it was ready. I had to call every day and they kept my car 4 days longer than I was told. When I finally got my vehicle back, At first the work looked good, but after a few weeks the front bumper began to come a loose on both sides. When I tried to snap it back in place, I saw where they put MOUNTING TAPE on there instead of replacing the brackets. The staff seems a little slow and no one knows whats going on at any given time. Very rude and unprofessional. There is a small rat dog in there that is never on a leash and will just walk up on you, the staff is on personal cell phones cursing and joking, and the lady at the front desk is completely rude and nasty. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I had a wonderful experience with this body shop from start to finish. My tires were stolen from my vehicle and damage was done to the body of my vehicle. A quick response was made to my residence to pick up my vehicle and the crew handled my car with careach not causing further damage. I received updates on the status of my vehicle while it was being repaired and the job done on my vehicle was amazing. It looked like it looked when I bought it brand new. This is a paint and body shop Id definitely recommend.

My experience was horrible from beginning to end! For starters, my weapon was stolen out of my vehicle by one of the staff and the owner only replied with well why did you leave your weapon in the vehicle?! The receptionist needs to be fired as she is unprofessional and has no clue what is going on and also has no phone ediMy alignment was supposed to be done and when I received my vehicle back, it was never done but I was charged for it. Stay away from this establishment at all cost!
