Third experience experience with Putnam. They simply do their best to get your stuff taken care of with good quality and as quick as they can.

The staff here really put the customer first. At no point did I feel frustrated or annoyed.The person helping me walked around the car and we were able to discuss the type of fix I wanted and talk about price points quickly.They also detailed my car.

This is by far the best body shop I have ever taken any of my cars to! From the minute you contact them, everyone is so professional and helpful! Renee is amazing! She is extremely patient and takes the time to answer all your questions, explains everything to you as she walks you around your vehicle, and stays in constant communication with you throughout the repair process. My vehicle looked GREAT when I picked it up! Not only did the body work look really good, but the detail that was done on the interior and exterior of my vehicle looked amazing! Alyce who works up front and answers the phone was also very professional and helpful. She always made sure my messages got passed along to Renee, and if I stopped by to speak with Renee, she always went out of her way to go find Renee, or if Renee wasnt at the shop, to find out when she would be back or see if anyone else could assist me. Save yourself a headache and dont take your vehicle anywhere else (like Ive done in the past). The people here are all about making sure you are happy with the finished product, not trying to cut corners or nickle and dime you for everything to make a profit.

Stopped by to get our car checked out and the guy came out, was really friendly day and helpful. He got us an estimate in the spot and gave us a few tips on what we should fix and how long the repair would take.I trust this place already,he sold us on this spot.

Hands down the only body shop I will use. They always make sure my car is up to my standards. They are extremely polite and courteous. I never have any doubt in my mind that I’m receiving quality work. I’ve had to go here twice and each time they handled everything for me with the car rental. They always ask, “are they bothering you?” 😂 Honestly i always thought that businesses post fake reviews and although that may be true for some places this place has earned this review. I recommend everybody go see them.

Got in a little accident in my 2018 Grand Cherokee SRT and called my service advisor Jasen from Atlanta West CDJR and asked for a referral for body work. He recommends Renee from Putnams and I couldn’t be happier. She was very communicative the entire time and extremely friendly. I work at a dealership myself so good customer service goes a long way. It was supposed to be done in about a week but with COVID the parts shipping were slow so it went a couple days passed the expected time. Renee offered to cover the extra cost for the rental because of the inconvenience as well as come to my work to install the last missing part. Renee had never met me when I had walked in she was in the phone, she waived at me like she immediately knew who I was and greeted me by name when she was finished. My first one was stolen so I have a pouch to keep my key in so thieves can’t read it. Most dealerships makes you leave just the fob, she was more than happy to accommodate my fear by keeping the pouch and pulled my truck in the shop at night. Our business moto at Mountain Motorsports is to exceed expectations and that is exactly what Renee did. Highly recommended!

This place and its employees are absolutely amazing!! Renee herself is absolutely wonderful. My SUV will be finishing up soon and weve ran into several obstacles but Renee has went above and beyond on making my waiting not be as painful as it could be. She has kept me in the loop, done things that she shouldnt have to do, put up with my several daily phone calls without batting at eye. I pray I never hit another deer or wreck another car but if I do, I will always bring it to Renee and her crew! You will not be disappointed

My car was totaled out. And Putnam would not release the car to the insurance company until I get my stuff out of the car! I LOVED THAT! Thought I would’ve lost those items forever! I also had interior work done and it was AWESOME!!

They were quick and accommodating for the warranty work they performed for Dodge. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

They were excellent to work with customer service was great. Renee is very pleasant and helpful. They had the work done in a timely manner and my car looks great.

The estimate has 5 errors. Bumper cover has tow package, they priced without. How do you miss a tow package. Still dont know what the $35 side step is for. Its a stock jeep grand... no side steps. New cat for damaged rear bumper.

We had work done here that another party covered for us due to an accident at which said party was at fault. Putnam Body Shop was FANTASTIC!!! The work and service lever were impeccable. We highly recommend this body shop.

I will always go to Putnam no matter what.This time I had a fender bender where my car was rear ended by an SUV and I did not hesitate to call Putnam; Brian immediately excepted me the same day .I was overcome with warm fuzzy feelings As I walked into their office when Renee greeted me by saying “hi Mrs. McFry” ; they remembered my name from a few years back when I first took my car for repairs. It’s like being with family when you go to Putnam. Brian went over my estimate and Renee quickly finished the paperwork then I was on my way and then got my car back within a week like it was brand new again! I love love this place!!

I dont recommend the shop. Poor communication dodged my phone calls. receptionist always directing me to the mechanic cell, there he doesnt answer leave numerous messages and text, Inquiring when will the car be fixed. Same answer the problem is bigger then expected. ( no end game- illness) kept my car originally months once given back the shop had scrapped the passenger side door. No calls nothing in writing. received a text call with the pic. returned the car currently waiting 3 weeks. Meantime taking Uber to work this is an added expense. Unable to make a consumer decision to rent a vehicle due to the inconsistent delays. . Mechanic gives false dates, when you call he isnt available. No courtesy calls. At this point this is a criminal.
