25 minute wait in line on a Saturday morning, only one person running a consumer check out. Pro desk had to start taking orders. Time to start offering higher pay to staff up.
I went here to get my battery tested and maybe a new one. Robbie is the guy who helped me. He tested my battery and I was told “This battery is good”. Literally 3 days later I’ve purchased a new battery. Getting a new battery isn’t the issue. The issue is being told false information. Robbie, please do better and double check your work to be sure.

This store used to have the best customer service and a better judge of character. Years ago this location was super awesome. Guess COVID gives people the right to have lackluster service. I go in the first time for windshield wipers. The tall Mixed guy was helpful, but couldnt get them due to an emergency. Went back, got help from a short heavy set White lady. Very nice, however, tried selling me on wipers that were higher, and wouldnt tell me about the ones that were mentioned when I went up there the first time. She was knowledgeable and polite, but probably was in the its-getting-late-wrap-it-up-sir stage, but it was 8pm. However, that shouldnt be an excuse for lackluster service.
I went in and stood in line for what seemed like forever. When I got to the counter, I told the guy I needed my battery checked and if so I would need to have it changed. Robbie said to me okay but youll have to wait until I get everybody else taken care of. To which I replied no sir Ive been standing in line its now my turn and Im not waiting for everybody else to get waited on first. He changed his mind because he understood l I was not waiting for the whole store to get cleared out ( especially since I had already been waiting a considerable time in line, they need more service reps) and he went about checking the battery and then he changed it. Robbie ended up doing a great job after we got things squared away. Robbie did a great job!
Recently purchased a new battery, ( Diehard) for my 2013 Kia Optima Ex. I bought Aug.2012.The original battery lasted until until Aug.2018,exactly 5 yr. Its replacement lasted 3 and a half years, 6 months past its warranty. I expect that Ill get another 4 or 5 years from this one, warranty is 4 years.Ive gotten some great customer service from this particular store, thats why I keep coming back.
Employees are always happy to help find what Im looking for. My boyfriend can also pick up what I order online there without any issue.
Went there at 3PM today (January. 11th 2021) to get some antifreeze spray for my windshield. They didnt have it in stock, so employee Micheal said they could order it from another store (Powder Springs) and could be there that same day at 6:30. My boyfriend went there at 6:30 to pick it up, and the employees said that the order was put after cut off time. Ive never heard of that, so I called the store and asked if they really did have a cut off time. You know their answer? No. The employee asked another on the phone and he said they didnt have a cut off time. So what is it? Is there or is there not? The order was apparently put for the next day, even though we were told it was for the same day. The only reason why we didnt go get it ourselves at the powder spring location was because this auto parts is barely 2 minutes away from us.If Michael forgot to put the order, or it was never received would have been a better answer than lying and telling customers a cut off time.

I had a great experience with the young lady who works there. I was able to return a part then re-buy it so that I could take advantage of the online coupon I had for an extra 25% off and while the process took 20 mins she was very helpful and even gave me some great advice on how to shut the engine light off myself. The store is well maintained and clean, the workers are friendly and the prices are great.

Have worked here for 7 years and it has always been a great place to work. Only downside is it is exceptionally hard to keep good employees who are also knowledgeable about cars with the amount of starting pay the company offers but over the years I’ve done my best to help any and everyone so that at the end of the day satisfaction has been met. After going into the store because of smoke coming from the car . Figured out I needed more anti freeze only for the customer service guy to sale me a starter for almost $200 After checking my battery and advising I didn’t need a new one . My mechanic visited me later that day only to replace my alternator I tried on 3 separate occasion to return the part that I didn’t use only to be advised the first time that in order to receive cash back on a debit card purchase required a manager override . The next day I returned there was not enough cash to complete the return.The following day the manger had just gone to lunch 30 mins prior and I should return later . Today I went into the store and the original customer service representative was there I advised him I didn’t need the part he sold to me and I wanted a refund in the form of cash. The assistant manager came over Per the CSR request to complete the override for cash the assistant manger inspected the part thoroughly and agreed to the refund only to type really fast on the keyboard and tell me the refund went back to my debit card and I asked why after I requested the refund in the form of cash . You can tell he didn’t really listen to what I said or he just didnt care because he walked off only to mumble something about corporate may be able to do something . Nothing is consistent they all. The entire staff needs re training specifically customer service 101.

Ordered online a part that I have been looking for for a while. Was excited to see it was in stock! Arrived at the store an hour later and it seemed as though the lady working, Stacy may have been her name, seemed like she didnt care about my husband and I AT ALL, or know what she was doing. Did not communicate AT ALL while looking for the gasket maker we ordered in black. Didnt tell us that they were out of stock of black (which online said it was in stock) and proceeded to ignore is throughout the entire time. Every encounter she had with a customer was slow, sluggish and with an attitude that she did not care or want to be at work. We waited about 30 minutes for a man that was clearly busy to stop what he was doing and go look for it once again. He came back with a gray color asking us if that was okay. Of course it is!!! As long as its the same product. Stacy, get your act together and follow through with your customers. Move a little faster and get some problem solving skills.

My mother in law went there to night and this baboon young white guy tall, told her after her buying a headlight from them that they do not install them and if so she had to pay for it to be installed so she had to go to tires plus and pay $15 to have it put in! Come on google mates does advanced install light bulbs?? Yes they do! So district manager will be getting a call from me in the morning! This is how we treat our elder folks! Come the hell on!
