Just did some looking around. The employee was very polite and answered my questions fully. I would visit again if Im on that side of town.

At one point I thought this store was a good place to come to in order to get hair products and all your other essentials but I was wrong.Friday April 20, 2018 I went this beauty supply store to let the Asian man that work in the store the hair hr sold me was no good and he started to yell and act real hostile with me telling me he will call his boss and saying I will not get any help or any exchange on the hair knowing it was his fault for selling the hair that is no good.Moral of the story dont shop at this store because if you purchase something like hair and its no good he will not take it back and they will play like you did something g wrong so they can have a reason to call the cops on you please shop some where that will appreciate you better thank you

I work here for now... ^^ still, lack of many things, but we fixing up. notifying stuff costumers mentioned to boss, new shipments every week. so if you told me the item within 2-3weeks, ill carry it^^ thank you for shopping with us^^ -nose scar asian boiii

Over priced some products were cheaper at Walgreens which I showed them the price and they did adjust

Im waiting in front of the store at 12:10pm on Monday Feb 3 2020 and no one is here on time. There is a salon next door and this hair store has no employee inside to open on time. No regard for peoples time and money.

I called To ask what time they were closing, the man says 7:20, and hangs up in my face. Very unprofessional, and rude. I will never shop at this place. They come to Black neighborhoods, but have zero respect for their customers
