I’ve always had a pleasant experience in this store but today was quite different. Some guy named Michael thought it was a good idea to leave the store with the register key and go to the bank. Me and about 5 or 6 customers waited patiently as the woman apologized for his mistake. At this point it was an acceptable mistake. Then the woman behind the register called him again and he had the audacity to get mad and his words were “if they don’t wanna wait they can leave”. I thought it was quite disrespectful not only to the customers but to the owner of the store. Why would an owner understand him offering us the opportunity to walk out the door with money we intended on spending in his/her business while he tended to his own financial affairs on their clock?

Just left this location and must say I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service Michele provided! She truly went above and beyond to assist us and we truly appreciate it because its extremely rare these days! Thank you for being so kind, friendly, and professional. I hope she stays at this location and advances because shell make people want to shop here.

Tall older black guy in front working cashier very rude. Lacks people skills and consideration. Its displeasing to talk to customers any kind of way.He was unpleasant to multiple of people and appeared unkempt and condescending. Not a good look. Im good! Not worth the service.

The guy that waited on me was ok, his co-worker or manager was talking to him about personal stuff the entire time he waited on me, he was eating a big box of Valentine candy without a mask on. I said excuse me can you wait until he finishes my transaction first..He went dead off on me, I will NEVER, go back there!

Cashier needs another job where she doesnt work with people... I walked right out. She was rude to me when I was looking for something. I had to move stuff off the shelf so I could look through stuff to find a size. She was rude to walk over and ask me of I was going to buy them. No I was doing your job so I could shop. I walked out after she was rude to the lady in front of me checking out.

Its not much to look at but if you need something that they have...cheap and quick...they have it. I love this place bc the cashiers are so very nice and helpful.

These stores have their place depending on your needs. Sometimes you dont want to think about going to walmart and Walgreen can be a bit overpriced so this is a good alternative.
