There are several beauty supply stores near me and I manage to shop at this one most often. The customer service is good and there’s a wide selection of items for decent prices. I’m not sure what the other reviews are referring to, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here.

Literally the most unprofessional beauty supply store I’ve ever been to. I promise save your energy and go to any other beauty supply store other than this one not even within 12 hrs of purchase I realized the dye did not match the weave i wanted to install didn’t open the box, tape was still on it everything. I came back just to simply exchange it for another color they had, and the store clerk gave me the hardest time she was rude and unhelpful. There is minimal selection of things and honestly they charge the same prices as other beauty supply store. Def sticking to the one next to Kroger because I can’t stand unprofessionalism and honestly straight up bad customer service. Ken is the absolute worst and should seriously reconsider being in any part of customer service. Zero stars

This place doesnt have a lot of selections when it comes to hair care products. They also dont have a large selection of crochet hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but the staff wasnt bad.

Black women, please stop coming here. Go to Atlanta Beauty Depot, Zoet or Shellys’. Realize that we have nobody but ourselves, shop with your own people! :)

I dont understand why some of the employees in the store are so rude. one of the women was very nice I dont know her name but the other woman pretty much told me that I needed to take a shower. I have social anxiety very bad so whenever I go in public I have a fear of smelling bad and they say your biggest fear is your reality enough said she shouldnt have said anything not only that she wasnt even wearing a mask. I guess she was the special one of the store.

Open later than most beauty supply stores in the area. Fully socked with a variety of products. Friendly and helpful staff.

They are so friendly. A very nice young lady helped me with buying some Virgin hair and she was extremely helpful and nice!! If you have to buy hair from a beauty supply store I suggest you come to this one!!

I dont know what happened after the remodel but I wont be returning. Atmosphere is off and it shows through customer interactions. Try Angies down the road for a much wider selection, more customer friendly staff and room to breathe.

It’s an okay store to stop in if you are in the area and need something quickly, but would not recommend beyond that. It’s small and the prices are not listed and inconsistent. I don’t buy a lot of hair other than for braids but the prices seem fair. It’s not a lot to choose from. The selection is scarce. I was not greeted when I walked in and I was the only person in there. The owner and the lady working were talking about can she get her check in cash for the next two weeks.🙄 Any way these reviews really don’t matter because “they” come into our neighborhoods and feel as if they can treat us any kind of way and we will continue to patronize them. That’s my two cent.

Nice friendly staff. The place was nicely organized with items easily located in view. You can find whatever youre looking for here when it comes to hair and hair products. Lots and lots to choose from. The staff was very helpful nd willing to patiently wait as you take to view and try on the merchandise. I may pay them another visit in the near future. Easy to recognize from the street too by the way.

The proprietress met us with a welcome smile I was shook. I have never walked into an asian store like this to be met with such pleasantries. I commended her highly and knew I had to do this review.They have a wide array of products and a stylist in the store who could do sew ins, fix crotchet etc. I will definitely go back.

Was cool in the past because it’s close to my home, but today really turned me off. Went in to buy some hair for passion twists, they had a very scarce collection. But I couldn’t even focus on finding what I needed because 3 female employees were arguing back and forth. Unfortunately I had to interrupt them to ask if they had the hair I was looking for. One of the ladies went to the back to find it and then another lady swooped in and tried to tell me what kind of hair I should buy because she’s a “licensed stylist,” all while still going back and forth arguing with the other employee. After the other lady came from the back and said they were out of hair, I just decided to go elsewhere. They were being extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I’ll just make the drive to Mableton to go to 5 Star Beauty. They’re way better and have lots more hair to choose from.

Cashier Overcharged me while scanning my items, two packs of purple pack hair came up to 92 dollars...when I noticed the sketchiness I returned to the store MINUTES later and the manager acknowledged it was their mistake and swiped my card again then handed me a receipt that said ONLY 17 dollars would be returned to my card. It’s been a week now and my 17 dollars hasn’t even been RETURNED. They are THIEVES DO NOT SHOP HERE. They WILL steal your money if you’re not familiar with the products.

Had my cornrow free Crocket braids and my individual lashes done by Kitty Lashes...shes the best! The service and the prices cant be beat!!. I recommend this beauty supply store and Kitty for for all your hair and beauty needs.

The done switched up the whole store they got nove $10 wings 2 for $1 braiding hair it was nice
