The new store manager, James, is super welcoming and friendly. I really hope he never loses his shine. Gave 3 stars because the shelves are hardly ever stocked and the lines can get long due to only 1 register open most times

They are never stocked and they never have helium for the balloons. Plus they always have 1 lane open. Dont stop find another store.

This specific store is well stocked and pretty much has what i need. The only down side is the store is a bit unorganized but other than that i love it! Employees are nice !

Busy store, this dollar tree is cool but they don’t have a freezer section and their lines get long sometimes. Other than that I’ve found some cool nick knacks here like any other dollar tree. Store is pretty clean as well.

This is one of the nicest dollar tree (if not the nicest). It seems to be a slower volume locations so its never crowded and they are efficient associates that work there. The checkout experience is always fast and the cashiers are well trainer and super nice and attentive. The only thi ng that can be frustrating is they are out of or never stocked several items buy I expect that and the trade of for the positive things is well worth it. This store manger and their teams gets a 10 and two thumbs up for there excellence. Way to go!! Keep up the great work

Slow checkout. Sometimes you find something here you cant find elsewhere. Like shelf-stable UHT milk.

This is the better store in my area. They dont have everything, but they have more than the two on Powder Springs and the one on E/W Connector.

Dollar tree could be a little more organized and cleaner.

Many of these decorations I bought at different dollar trees in my area. They have some great party supplies among many other things. You save a bundle.

First time in this particular Dollar Tree. Good experience. Found what I was looking for and a little more. 🤣

I went to 2. The stores are so different from store to store. The first one I went to was limited. Had a lot of empty shelves. The other was neat and full. I find that all the time. I will give the overall experience a 3 for that reason.

Went in for one thing and came out with 39!! Lol

DOLLAR TREE is a very good store to buy such a large selection for your home, personal, holiday and gift care(s). Its your first neighborhood go to store thats easy on your purse or wallet.

Not busy when I was there. Shelves neatly stocked. Not messy like some I have been in. Appeared to be only one salesperson who was very pleasant.

The employees are so sweet and greet you when you walk in. The aisles are so organized and only came in for one thing and left with two! Great selection and I’m impressed by this store!

It depends on which one you go to. I go to the one in Austell and it very clean, allways have what Im looking for and the employees are nice and helpful.

As Dollar tree stores go it is pretty clean and tidy. It is a former drug store and so a larger space than normal. So the aisles are not as crowded. Friendly staff in our limited experience of a few visits.

Everything is sold for one dollar. Great for kitchen cleaning stuff and birthday balloons. Comfortable shopping space and open 7days a week.

I love the Dollar Tree! I just got all my Halloween decor and they have the cutest items all for $1! Cant beat it!!

I like this location because its bigger than most and theres a lot of variety. The only draw back here is the line often gets long because theres one cashier. She has to call for help and THEN someone will jump on another register. Overall, its not a bad store.

Team really didnt want to help me find a specific item, but its a dollar store. Most other Dollar Trees have a high level of care. At least at those locations I dont have to drag the team member to show them what I needed.

They dont have all the things some of the other stores have like the spicy ginger drink. Fairly clean and organized location the staff knew actually where to find what I was looking for.

I dont care what day I go in this store (Austell rd) in Austell, Ga. its only one cashier. Today I was in the store there was 7 people in one line and another cashier saying she has to go and do a truck. The cashier that I was in line waiting to ring me out was very slow and stopped to read people receipt. I just put my things back and walked out the store. Poor customer service in the store 10 mins.

I have always been very friendly even when I worked there for 2 weeks. I dont like to make it out to be this but the evidence speaks for itself. They are very prejudice towards me because Im white and are many times very rude to me for no other reason.
