My mom got an edible arrangement delivered to me for my birthday and I’m very disgusted with what I got. When it arrived I noticed the fruit looked a little discolored from aging so I opened it up and got disappointed. Every strawberry except for two had mold fuzz on them, the pineapple and every thing in there started to turn brown and crinkle up a little from age. Not fresh at all.

Very disappointed, after a supposed failed delivery attempt and no tag left on the door, you can’t reach anyone unless you call corporate office. Setup and paid for an arrangement that never showed up and no one will return my calls. Called corporate only to find out their “attempted” delivery was at 5:30, interestingly enough we got email at 4:52 that it was undeliverable so which is it? I provided all the necessary contact information and no one called to advise me the delivery was unsuccessful. No one ever answers the phone at the local store they just rely on a machine and that’s so frustrating. I do not recommend you use them, because they lack in customer service and there is no communication. But they are quick to “process your order” and take your money for goods not delivered.

Would be nice to know they’re closed on sundays. They’re page says they’re open on Sunday’s

Ultimately, its the recipients who either love or shrug off a gift of food. I gifted a medical office with summertime indulgence and asked for a mid-morning delivery. I chose to order by phone because I was especially interested in assurances that the choice of fruits and extras made the most sense in this weird summer of COVID. (Why suffer a surprise that can be avoided). The person who took my order was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.I received the delivery confirmation just after 10am. Perfect. I had an opportunity to quiz the administrative staff the next day and they let me know they and everyone else loved it. The fruit was fresh and the presentation was very attractive. If theyre happy, Im happy. I hope others have the same experience I had. Ill use this location again and again.

We have been going to this location for a year to get their fresh made smoothies. The woman who works the front area is super friendly and makes amazing smoothies. I got a strawberry/pineapple smoothie tonight and its the best Ive ever had. Give that lady a raise!!! Photo is their white chocolate covered strawberries!

Let me tell you... the CHEESECAKE has been descended from the heavens. Imagine moist succulent flavors that leave you wanting more with every bite. It’s more than “edible”. Go there now, you won’t regret it.

Monica and Colleen are the main reason I come here. The customer service is the best out of all the edible arrangements I’ve been too. The food is also amazing. You should check this place out for sure.

Arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered and had it delivered to a work address. My client called out sick that day but drove in just to pick it up and returned home. Spent the next couple of days home with the flu and was eating all the good fruit she had received. Worked out great Thank you

Friendly, fast and very attentive!

Ordered an arrangement at 11am and was told it would be delivered no later than 5:30 pm. I get a call at 5:35 pm confirming that the person I sent it to would be home. The one receiving the arrangement was home and lives 10 minutes away from their office. I call back at 6:00 pm to confirm it was dropped off and no one answers. I called five times and no one answered. They close at 7pm. Very unprofessional. So not only had the arrangement not even been out for delivery until after 5:30 pm, they also didnt answer any of my calls. Will never be using their services again. Save yourself money and do not use this location.

LITERALLY THE WORST LOCATION. PAID FOR AN EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. IT HAS BEEN TWO DAYS AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY CALLS OR RETURNED THEM. DO NOT USE THE PRESSLER DOWNTOWN LOCATION THEY ARE THIEVES.

Received the cheesecake for my birthday and I have to say it was the best cheesecake I had in a while.

Love this place! The Grand Confetti Cupcake is the best! They actually do look like little cupcakes!! My mom thought it was so special. I even got to personalize it with pineapple numbers!!! Plus they make it so easy if you have never ordered from them. Definetly have to try the bananas! Their my second favorite besides the cupcakes!!

Oh my God out of the ten times Ive used them theyve probably have gotten my orders right one time!!!! Its not all of the stores its just the pressler st downtown store and it seems like they never answer their phones. Anyway its very convenient for me to use them because their products are good
