My first time in Austin, my friend knew of a nice lounge and we went to Ashes. Loved the name, atmosphere and music was all on point. The owner was the most impressive feature of the lounge. I asked a bunch of questions and she patiently answer everyone and I bought all she suggested. I would refer this spot to anyone, vwry impressed witht the owner, beautiful and knowledgeable..

I had the best time of my life! The atmosphere was just all around befitting! The service was top of the line, when you are inside it makes you feel welcomed, it makes you feel like you are somebody important, the cigars are out of sight, this is definitely top of the line classy and outstanding! We came to visit our classmate Ladybug and our hometown friend Ms. Thompson the owner and we were far I mean far from being disappointed I would drive 7hrs again because it’s a great place, great music, great atmosphere and super cool professional people!

Hands down one the best cigar lounges I’ve ever experienced! This place has great prices, great atmosphere, and even better vibes. Walk in to Ashes and youre welcomed with kindness and smiling faces. The lounge has been open for less than a year, but theres a good selection of cigars from the premium and boutique cigar lines. The lounge is cozy and the members lounge is exceptionally nice. There are plenty of TVs throughout the lounge, so you wont miss any of your favorite sports while enjoying a smoke. The climate is always comfy and the air ventilators do a great job of filtering the smoke. Parking is easy. Theres no patio, but patrons can smoke outside under the awning in the evenings. As with most lounges in Austin, Ashes is BYOB. Customer service is great and membership is reasonably priced and comes with perks! I love this place.

Ashes has the perfect vibe for me. I can work there during business hours in peace and quiet and I can also join them on the weekends for a good laugh and smoke. It’s BYOB and has some of the best black owned cigar lines in Texas. Humidor selection is great and not overwhelming. Love this place.

Yonneque Thompson your customer service is beyond dangerous. I came in to view the scenery and walked right out. You looked directly in my face with your fake smile. I will not revisit. Your prices are beyond expensive. Please consider other options before stepping foot in there.

I’ve been to countless cigar lounges near and far, this is a “Lifestyle”! I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere. The staff is AMAZING and takes care of their patrons (regulars and the newbies). I am a germaphobe, the place is spotless! The owner and her staff are constantly sanitizing chairs, ash trays and tables as patron rotate in and out!The Restrooms are EMACULATE andddd there is a private restroom for Ladies and one for the Gents!! I LOVE IT!! Most lounges and unisex! I love the various cigar brands carried! Owner mingles and greets ALL who enter and she is very friendly and wiling to collaborate with other businesses (locally and beyond). EXCELLENT!! I give it 10 STARS!!!

Im going were I can receive quality service. Do not spend time at this boring place. It is overpriced. It smells. The bathroom did not have hand sanitizer in it. I will not visit again.

Cigar aficionado here. First off, great customer service. However, humidor was very bleak. Not much to choose from. Well over priced and unfortunately once I returned home my cigars where a bit dry. Oh well, at least they are open late on Sundays.

Please dont go to this place. It is extremely small. They werent practicing social distancing. Items were pricey. I will never visit again. I stayed 10 minutes. The crowd wasnt for me.
