We started our kitchen countertop search process with trepidation because we were on a tight budget and we didnt know how to match upgraded countertops while keeping our traditional brown cabinets. Enter Toluca Granite. Lauren, one of the owners, carefully listened to our preferences and examined photos of our existing kitchen. The complimentary design assistance she provided us with was significantly better than any of the other stores we visited. Lauren was patient enough to spend several hours with us and let us choose what part of the slab we could use, even taping it off to help us visualize it better.And then afterwards, we got lucky and found another coordinating remnant that was one of our first choices we had been willing to purchase retail. We came in way under budget with a higher quality quartz and an outcome way nicer than anything we could have imagined ourselves. We will DEFINITELY be returning to Toluca in the future.

Had a great experience with them! They were super reasonably priced and Lily was amazing at communicating throughout the whole process. Just got our quartz countertops installed yesterday and they look amazing! The guys did a really nice job and we are very happy with how it turned out.

When it comes to new countertops, it’s the finishing touches that really make or break the final outcome. We’re so thrilled with our experience with Toluca Granite. Whether it was matching the veins running from counter to backsplash, attaching the dishwasher bracket underneath the counter, or precision cuts for the outlets, the work is top notch. Everyone was really easy to work with and friendly as well. If I had to do it again, I’d choose Toluca Granite every time.

We had new granite counters installed by Toluca granite in our home and we couldnt be happier. They were very responsive to our questions and concerns (Lettie was great!), showed up when they said they would and were courteous and professional at all times. They helped us understand what was happening and helped us make informed decisions. The price was very reasonable and best of all the counters look great! We had a problem with the granite vendor and Toluca worked with us to make sure a proper resolution was reached with the third party. In short, we could not have made a better choice. We are slowly renovating three bathrooms in our 1960s ranch style home but being careful to try to retain the original character. Its a difficult process but Toluca Granite has been wonderful in helping us out with the entire process. Lettie, who works in the office helped us find granite in complimentary colors and styles and saved us a bunch of money along the way! Install was quick and easy and they quickly took care of all of our issues.

I meant to write this months ago, but have been so busy with my remodel. I had a great experience with these guys. Lettie in the office was super nice and made the process easy. My favorite part was that when I told her what style I was looking for she gave me three different options in three different price ranges. It was so nice not to have someone try to upsell me, but instead show me all of my options and let me decide!They were also very accommodating when I had to reschedule numerous times. The guys came out and installed it, asked plenty of questions and made sure everything was done to my liking. A+

A little while back the great folks at Toluca Granite came out to my cabin and installed gorgeous black granite countertops in my kitchen. They arrived promptly, service was incredibly friendly and I couldnt find a better price anywhere in Austin. My wife and I highly recommend these folks. Good, family people and they will take care of you.

Our company was looking to get a small counter top installed in our office. Granted, it was a very small project in which we wanted to use a remnant piece of granite, but Ive given up on Toluca. Ive gotten in contact with them 4 different times over the past 2-3 months, and each time I have to reintroduce myself, the company I work for, and the project we want. Each time it seems like they write down my information and request, and every time I have to reiterate it to them.I also went down there in person a couple of times to look at what remnants they had. When they didnt have anything in particular that day, I asked them to email or call me when they next received a good piece of black granite. Ive asked them to notify me about this a couple of times, actually.After a month, I havent heard a peep from them. I get the impression that since its such a small job, they dont care. Regardless, theyre not getting our service anymore.

Good customer service, good phone service and pre-sale service, good price, good location.Installers were something else, however. Right hand porcelain sink undermount, was installed 1/2 off parallel over the 18 length of the sink basin - no fixing that. Big black scuffmark on new travertine floor, difficult to remove. hey damaged the bathroom drywall wall trying to install left hand granite. I fixed that. Left hand cabinet apparently was a little out of level (1/8 over 30), even though when they were installed, every level was checked and was acceptable. The back splash on the right side is 1/8 over 30 sloping to the left. If the cabinet was a little out of level, I expected the countertop be installed with extra adhesive to compensate, providing a level surface for water to not pool. Contractors should not have to be baby sitted during install. We consumers trust a quality job once the materials are on site. Cant recommend.
