Broc the store manager is great! Every time I’ve been to his store he’s been accommodating and always goes above and beyond. He takes the time to explain every supplement in detail and never tries to sell me things I don’t need. I highly recommend going to this store for all of your vitamin/supplement needs.

I had my worst customer service experience in the United States today visiting this GNC, and followed up with GNC corporate to share my experience.I walked into GNC to buy caffeine pills, the man behind the counter started fear mongering me into buying BCAAs, because if I didnt take BCAAs with the caffeine my muscle would burn off,???I didnt think much of it besides the fact that he was speaking from a point of misinformation, until I got to the counter and he continued with fake points. He said I would never sleep again properly, and my cortisol levels would be very off if I didnt buy his BCAAs to go with the caffeine ??The human body endogenously manufacturers branch chain amino acids, and I had no interest in exogenous BCAAs, anyway, even after the sale he continued about how he warned me, and Id never sleep well again???Not only was this man clearly misinformed, but the fear mongering ! I have been taking caffeine supplements for several years daily.I was in a pinch until my Amazon delivery arrived, so I thought Id go to GNC to fill the gap due to its nearness to my house, but Id rather pay more, and drive another 20 minutes to the vitamin shop.This was an absolutely horrible experience, and save yourself the mental anguish, and money, and buy your supplements elsewhere.I hope the goofball behind the counter works on his approach to secure his $1-$5 commission on BCAAS, and I pray that the staff at this GNC are not using these arcane fear based tactics on unknowing youth who dont know better.Terrible experience 0/10

I think his name is Broc but he keeps calling himself the Store Manager. I think he thinks his name is Store Manager and his position is Broc. This self proclaimed store manager is very rude to customers.

I came in town from Houston for business. Stopped in to just get some Vitamins. The store manager, I believe his name was Brock, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying more than I came in for but Brock went in to detail on what each supplement would do for me and the goals that I’m trying to achieve. Was never really impressed with GNC’s in Houston. I recommend this location due to the fact that the manager is very knowledgeable about the products that they carry and is very polite. Thanks Brock!

The manager, Broc, is super knowledgeable About vitamins and what the body needs depending on what you’re doing. Whether it’s working out to build muscle, getting fit, or even if you’re older and looking to restore what your body has lost. Super helpful, definitely recommending this store to friends and family!

The person working at the time of my visit was a pompous weirdo. Spoke condescendingly while he peppered in obvious lies to increase his sales. I understand it’s part of the job to up-sell, but know one likes a know it all who doesn’t tell the truth.

Very minimal knowledge and will outright lie to encourage sales of certain products. Gnc is great, just wouldnt go back to this location

The billing guy was so aggressive and rude. He kept on insisting on buying their GNC protein, instead of Optimum Nutrition whey protein.I had tried that last month, and it literally made my stomach bloated and wanted to switch back to tried and tested ON.He raised his voice so many times and had no mannerism how to talk to students. I was shocked at his behavior.Would not recommend going to this GNC store. They try to sell their products and cover it up instead by saying they are giving suggestions/advice.He literally tried to sell their GNC brand protein, even suggested CLA fat burning pills when I clearly did not need them.I say this because he proclaims he’s distributing his knowledge, by behaving rude towards the customers.I think his name was Brock. Avoid this guy!.

The manager of the store is very knowledgeable he knows the products very well and is very intelligent in recommending the right products. The other store associate seem to know what theyre talking about to. The store is very neat and well cleaned. Tons of options and great products. Very polite and well-mannered. And you will alway leave with a great experience and a smile on your face. Very nice and polite an even thanked me for my business. I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Walked in and immediately Brock came up to me and asked to help me guy was great with his knowledge of product in which I was searching for definitely will come back once Im in need of more product thank youre Brock !!!

Worse customer service ever. This store is the one I have gone for the past 12 years. Recently there is a new employee that he calls himself store manager, not able to verify that.A few days agoI he sold me a product called Re-Built Mass XP. I noticed there is buy one get one 50% off. When I asked for this offer he claimed this offer does not include my product. I bought the product and went home.Later on that day I noticed the same product sold By GNC on Amazon is 50% cheaper. Next day I went to store and show them the amazon deal. They granted me 50% off.Couple of days later when I went back to the same store to purchase another product I was confront the same guy who claimed to be a manager that why did I go back to the store and asked for price match!!He was extremely rude and asked me to leave the store. I asked for his name but he refused to give me his name. I definitely follow up on this with corporate office.

I would highly recommend this location. The manager Broc is extremely knowledgable with regards to fitness and the products he suggested I should use worked exactly like he said the would.

I dont know if hes the manager or what but, this one specific guy will be pompous and condescending with his knowledge to get you to buy gnc brand protein over other brands to get his sale. I feel bad for people going into this place without knowledge of supplements as theyre likely going to be taken advantage of.Im never going to this location ever again.I never had such a bad experience to where I wasnt even sure to trust if my optimum brand whey was tampered by him or was a return/reseal.

The manger is a man named Broc. I found him to be very knowledgabl and persoable. He helped me find what I needed with no problem. I will definitely be back

Products are fine, service is decent, but every time I get here at 10am, they still havent opened. The hours are clearly marked on the door that they open at 10, but they never do. Id get there at 11 if I were you, otherwise you risk standing outside wasting your time

First of all, I walked in not knowing very much at all about what I needed exactly, but due to the fact the salesman there knew so much about the many products GNC carries, I was quickly educated on not just products, but options I never knew I had. The Salesman was named Brock I think, he was extremely nice, and He asked me more questions then I asked him, he really wanted to know what my goals where...and I am not used to customer service like that, and that is why I am writing this review, I was blown away by the consideration and the product knowledge, he didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, in fact, I walked out with not just a wonderful product, but peace of mind knowing that was informed by someone who obviously knew the product, but actually seemed to care....such a rare thing these days. Thank you Brock, you were alot of help, and I appreciate that.

Erika helped me so much during my visit and even offered me samples just in case I wanted to come back and buy a different pre workout if the new one I purchased didnt do the trick. She was very knowledgeable and very personable as well. Shes the best costumer service Ive received in any location Ive been to.

Brock was stupid helpful I’ve been coming here for about 6 months knowing completely nothing and each time Brock has been nothing but helpful and his employees. I’ve never had customer service like this before, I’m never leaving disappointed and I always see results from my purchase by their recommendation. I throughly recommend and don’t hesitate to ask Brock any questions!

I have spent a lot of money is this store. The new management they have made me feel rushed and trying to make the sale process quick and get me out. I am in sales myself and the key is to get to know your clients take your time with them.Then they will spend hundredsI felt rushed and pushed out. Now i will taking my business to a company were you are cared for and they know what they are talking about.
