Jeff was fantastic! We met for a private listening, so I could audition an Anthem receiver. Being a Sound Engineer, who used to work at an audiophile shop many moons ago, I was bracing for a BS sales pitch and a snooty attitude. Thank God that didnt occur! Jeff is down to earth and engaging. I look forward to purchasing when he gets more product in stock!😊👍

Had a brainstorming call with Jeff Ellinwood from Stellar AV and after months of trying to figure out our TV solution and solve our questions, Jeff solved all the problems in one call. The knowledge and advice he has are seriously unparalleled - we spoke to a number of people in the AV retail world, none of who came up with the same ideas as Jeff which left us without any further doubt. He also was honest and transparent rather than just pushing us to buy the most expensive item - really taking into consideration just the best way to achieve our requirements. I don’t usually write reviews but felt so strongly about Jeff’s help and advice that I wanted to provide this review. Amazed!

We recently hired Stellar AV in Lakeway to update and upgrade our AV system. This involved acquiring a new large screen TV, moving 3 others, including heavy duty mounting brackets, sound bars, a system remote control, Apple TV, troubleshooting and fixing issues with our existing system. In short we were very pleased. They were competent, patient, punctual, and very responsive. We would certainly use them again.

Great customer service!! Called to make a service appointment and they were able to send a technician out the same day He was very efficient, knowledgeable and was able to get our system updated and all of our issues corrected. Highly recommend!!

Had a large project done by STELLAR and they outperformed. We had been researching the right home theater and automation company to work on our custom build by one of the largest custom builders. We decided to not go with the builders AV guy, but with STELLAR given the attention to detail from Shanes team! We finished our build late last year and STELLAR has been one of the best subs to work with. Our 32 zones of audio and 24 zones of video work flawlessly! Our theater room is just amazing and all the automation features (gates, shades, garage, lighting) work great. Beyond this, the service from STELLAR has kept up to its name! They are able to remote in and fix things even without us knowing. The concierge team calls to check in and so does Shane! If you are working on a project that you want to go right, I highly recommend checking these guys out. They definitely knocked it out of the park for us.

This has been an unprofessional and very disorganized process, the individuals managing the operation have consistently provided misinformation, went as far as to boldly make inaccurate statements that could have easily been avoided had they taken the time to get organized with the documentation, installation items were missed, items were double charged, and now we have equipment that has failed in < 30 days and there is clearly no urgency on their end to fix.Highly recommend avoiding this group at all costs, especially given the abundance of other reliable and qualified talent in the metroplex.

They did an amazing job setting everything up before we even moved in! Very trustworthy and dependable. Always available to help even after it was installed and called several times to check on things.

We hired stellar few months ago as we were moving into Lakeway. They did an incredible job and everything works great! We love our theater room and the home automation with control of my TVs, music, lighting and shades with my phone. The sales team was very experienced, their showroom is close by on 620 and their techs were very knowledgeable, clean and on-time and did the job to perfection. We love it!

I choose stellar to work on a home automation project on our new home in Austin. I wanted an integrated system for cameras, tv, sound, lighting, pool and so forth. It was a major project. I choose stellar because of Robert their local manager and Shane, the owner. They gave me incredible customer service and a really impressive solution for our house.
