I really like this place. I needed a new chainsaw and hedge trimmer and the Stihl site indicated that the unit would be shipped to TT&L. I got on the phone with them and the gentleman I spoke to was very patient me and all of my dumb questions. He gave me all of the information I needed to make a good decision about what to buy, and I pulled the trigger. When I went to pick my equipment up I asked about service for a Husqvarna blower and edger. They didnt work on them but gave me names of local guys that did. They THEN walked me out to the shop to give me a rundown of the saw and the differences between mine and other manufacturers. I really appreciate them taking a few extra minutes for me to offer tips and tricks to improve my experience with the equipment. I just dont see that extra mile service anymore and I appreciate it when it happens. My experience made me confident in my purchase and Ill buy more equipment from them in the future, as well as get service there for the units I bought.

Went there to get my a pressure washer worked on but but they dont work on mitsubishi power washers The man behind the counter recommended recommended 2 other people that he knew that work On themI like to thank him very much saved me a lot of time of running around trying to find out who works on these power washers

Travis tractor is a good place to go get your outdoor power equipment tools the only problem is they need more help and to get their storefront open back up hopefully one day they well other than that its a great place and I really like the people that does work there they do know what theyre doing

One of the worst experiences I could imagine. Customer service was zero stars. The attendant seemed upset, at me, because they didn’t have what I wanted. I’ve tried multiple times to utilize this business given its proximity but I always leave disappointed.

First great service and their equipment is top quality for home or commercial use....keep it up service is key for customers to come back.

Hands down some of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude. I have purchased parts for my mower there in the past and attempted a second visit with my pressure washer but the way in which I was spoken to on the phone was absurd! This place will never have my business again!

Amazing customer service. Clay spent at least 20-30 minutes explaining the differences in chainsaws I was interested in and answering all of my questions about them. I would definitely recommend them.
