From the time we entered the store and even after delivery, Ed Tierney has been top notch. We ended up purchasing The Original Hybrid mattress and The Pillow, and combined they have been a game changer. My husband and I are both sleeping much better. I cannot say enough about Ed, and highly recommend you visit him at The Domain store if you are considering a mattress purchase. All around good experience!

I have a cervical disc injury & am getting a surgery next month that will take a 3 month recovery time. I came into try all the Casper mattresses and with the help of Juan & Nicki, decided on the Casper Nova Hybrid. Nicki was extremely helpful and patient through my purchasing process and answered all of my questions. Cant wait to try my new bed!

Im currently looking for a new mattress as I am moving into a new place soon. I saw the Casper store when walking around The Domain and spoke to Ed. He was super helpful in answering all my questions and suggesting an option. I still have some things to figure out before I make a purchase, but thanks to him Casper is definitely on my list of potential options!

This mattress is great the first couple of months then quickly deteriorated. I’ve had awful back pain and noticed the pillows also flattened after a couple of months. This is not great for long term use and sadly recommend it to my brother who also had back pain after a while. I unfortunately had to make the expense of buying another mattress due to how uncomfortable it was for my partner and I. If you want something for long term I highly recommend not getting this . 90 days Is not enough to determine it’s quality .

After reading many reviews and researching mattresses ... I found Casper !The #1 rated mattress (Wave Hybrid) was not for me as it was a little too soft however ...“The O.G. Original” was fit for a King.Nicolette was my unicorn of a salesperson !!Will def recommend Casper simply off customer service. Sales people were great when we purchase but mattress does not hold up, have only had it for a year and already sinking onto the mattress and have to get a new one unfortunately.

Visited the store in Dec 2019 while 5 months pregnant and decided to buy the mattress because I felt the mattress gave the support I need. Fast forward, I received the mattress in late Dec 2019, opened the box and let it sit in my babys nursery. I started sleeping on it in later April after my baby arrived but after 3 months sleeping on it everyday, I noticed that the mattress is so much softer than the one I tried at the store. I only weigh 112 lbs but the mattress sinks and causes backpain.Called customer service and explained my situation. After 3 weeks and multiple email back and forth, Casper REFUSED to listen and keep telling me that the mattress is fine. I am still waiting to speak to their manager because Kristen and Larkin from customer service are incapable of solving the issue.What a shame, Casper!! I spent almost $1,000 for this mattress and you gave me zero support. Your competitors have 365-day warranty, shame on you!! I will never buy any more Casper mattress, ever!

I plan to come back with a full review but I’m not sure I’ve ever spent $1200 anywhere and had a more “unfortunate” experience as Kevin put it. Prompting me to start this review now. Based on the high praise from my Chiropractor, I’m expecting the purchase to be well worth it. If you have to go here, working with Liz or Dallas is likely your best chance to feel like you are not just another sale. Zach doesn’t know what sheets are two-tone but when we met he was very anxious to sell me “something” even though I was coming back for a complete purchase. I do understand that people probably come in every day to buy stuff later, but not many of them have a Doctor’s Prescription I suspect.

The staff is so helpful and so kind! I had ordered a bed and the slats were missing. Called and made a quick trip to the store, they gave me a new set and helped load it in the car.

Cool store. The sales reps arent pushy like most mattress stores, and you can trial any of the mattresses for 30 minutes in store by setting up an appointment online. I was pleasantly surprised by the pillows - they were even more comfortable than the mattress itself.

A very tranquil and peaceful store. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. They arent paid on commission, so they give honest, helpful answers and dont pressure you to buy a mattress then and there.Also, the mattresses are *super* comfortable. Like, really, really comfortable. My fiance and I booked a 30 minute demo, and we almost fell asleep in the store (which anywhere else is a bad thing).

Excellent facility to try the 4 Casper mattresses in privacy. Amazing Casper prices for their traditional mattress. Convinced the husband to replace our mattress after he was very skeptical of a mostly online retailer.

The bed is good quality. Service is OK. Getting the mattress took over a month, however, when it should have taken 2 days. Communication about my order was poor. In the end, I’m happy, but I can’t say I’ll buy another Casper.

Im still waiting for the bed to get comfortable but the guy that helped is out was nice and the store experience was painless.

This is a small pop up store for Casper. They have the new Wave and original Casper mattress that you can lay down on and try. They also have the pillows, sheets, and other Casper products for purchase. Staff was helpful in showing off the product and answering questions.

This store is very cute and they even let you try it out by scheduling sleep time. Manager and employees were amazing and I have never slept so well in any other bed before. Love my new Wave!

This is THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Used to wake up with a backache and have not had one since I got this bed. It was so easy to put together. Comes out of the box and just self-inflates. No odor like some have said and no having to get used to it. Just comfy from day one. I’ll never go back to inner spring mattresses again! Only suggestion for the company is to put handles on the sides because it is pretty heavy to move without handles.

We bought the original and it was just OK. Its comfy soft but doesnt offer much support towards the the upper body and I felt as though I was sleeping in a crevice. The mattress pad is also not great. It feels sort of plastic. Purple has a much better pad with a more comfortable cloth feel. We returned the Casper original mattress and are considering trying out the Wave model but were hesitant because of the terrible return experience with the previous Casper bed. About 90% of what the salesperson told us about the returns process and how easy it is was untrue. We work a typical Monday to Friday schedule and scheduling the pickup was not easy. Finding a time that worked with pickup service ended up being many days out. Also the returned payment took almost two weeks to come to us. All aspects of the return process was not speedy.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! Incompetent Manager and Staff!!Our salesperson couldnt make a single decision without calling her manager several times and then made false promises about the delivery. We purchased the mattresses on July 23 and after several delays and poor communication, we still dont have it- today is Aug. 24. The Austin Domain store manager did not follow up (after many requests) after the sale to ensure the products we purchased were delivered, but instead, told us to call XPO, which she slammed numerous times. Casper and XPO have not figured out a process to deliver a mattress to a customers home with clear communication. The Domain manager needs to be trained in how to be accountable once a sale is made and to ensure the products reach their final destination. Three weeks ago, we asked Casper Support to help resolve the issue...Ha! More incompetence!!!!One star seems too generous, but the reviews dont allow less.

Super comfy and very good firmness/support for a memory foam style mattress

We ordered casper from this store and we asked specifically if they could deliver the mattress on certain date and they said YES! But in fact, the mattress delivered 2 days later than the “promised”. We have to sleep on the floor because we have no mattress to sleep on. They charge premium for foam mattress but their service SUCKS!! STAY AWAY from this BRAND!!!

I slept on this mattress when visiting a niece, and had the best nights sleep in YEARS, so I got the name and ordered one when I got home.

Casper mattress store in the Domain is a great mattress source and the Domain space is very welcoming.

A relative of mine got a mattress there because of their bad back. When it was delivered it was supposed to be brought upstairs to the apartment but it was just left downstairs. My relative tried getting it upstairs but couldnt and hurt their back some more. Hopefully the mattress will be worth the pain.
