Cannot say enough good about Konflict Motorsports. They had great communication and were very flexible in getting my bike in as soon as possible. They have very reasonable rates and above all Alex was very straight forward and told me honestly what was worth the money and what wasnt. Finished riding the New Mexico Backcountry Discovery Route on my KTM 1090 ... had Alex set it up for me... sand, rocks, hills, rollers, baby rocks, everything and the suspension took it all. Just a few clicks here and there made me ride great! Couldn’t b happier

I placed an order for new suspension for my 2015 Tiger 800 XC, this was on 06/14/2018 and I put a $1,245 deposit down. I never received my new suspension, or my money back.Update: 9/2/21 I received my refundWhen I placed my order, I was told that the wait time would be 6-9 months for my fork springs to be manufactured as the industry was busy. No problem I said and they said they would call me as soon as my rear shock was ready but to expect a long wait.Fast forward about 9 months, I have heard nothing from Konflict. I call and get a voicemail and leave my name, number and a brief message. I get no response. Call again in a few weeks same thing and nothing. Boy I though these guys must be real busy.After persistently calling for a about a month or so, I got a hold with someone at Konflict, and was told that yes they had my rear shock all done and we’re still waiting on the fork springs. Oh and they had moved from Kent, WA to Texas!! I found this out after I said that I could head over after work to pick up the new rear shock. Oh and get this because of the move, they didn’t know where my order was and would take time to find it… great. I was told they would call me in a couple of days to arrange for shipping when they located my order. Konflict never called.Fast forward to about 2 years after the original order was placed. I called dozens of times during this period even talked with a few people and was told they would get this figured out and get back to me. None ever did.I left a 1 star review saying Konflict won’t return my calls, never gave me my order and stole my money. Alex the owner as I assume calls me hours later form the road to figure out what happened and to assure me he would put it right. I was happy they he felt so passionate about his business that we would personally call right away to straighten things out. Then he agree give me a refund, and would call me the next day. I removed the review. Alex did call, I gave him a credit card number for the refund and he gave me an apology. No problems from me I figured people slip between the cracks sometimes.I never did get that refund. And even more than a year later I haven’t.I’ve called at least 100 times since the first refund, And sent dozens of emails to Alex and also his staff.I left yet another 1 star review. Alex calls me and says we has know idea how this happened and it’s not how Konflict operates. He asks for my credit card statements for the month before the month of and the month after the original refund to prove I never received it and that if it checks out he’ll personally write me a check and send it out. I request it to be sent Certified mail to avoid any kind mix up later on. This was in the beginning of June 2021 is now the end of August 2021 I’ve emailed Alex weekly and I have called Konflicts weekly.I have to say that this is the most absurd way I’ve been treated by any company I’ve tried to do business with, well at least so far in my life.Although Alex and the rest of the konflict team seems like good people from taking to them. My experience, would say do not business with them.Update: On 08/27/2021 in the morning when this review went up Alex responded to an email and asked for my Venmo or PayPal to “settle” this matter. I sent my info, I received nothing.

Hands down my favorite and first upgrade to any bike I get. Having my suspension set up by Konflict gave me the confidence to start hitting bigger jumps and riding more technical terrain on full size adventure bikes. Alex takes the time to make sure your suspension is set up properly for your riding style and goes the extra mile to answer any questions you have regarding motorcycles.

I recently sent my KTM 990 suspension to Konflict to have it serviced. During the process, Alex and I spoke about making some changes to my valving that he felt would drastically improve my riding experience, as well as the performance of the bike. Having already worked with Alex on other bikes I was instantly on board to see what he had in mind. Fast forward, with a couple hundred off-road miles on the new suspension I would say that it is nothing short of having a dream bike. The new set up easily handles sand, rocks gardens, whoops, ruts, g-outs, and everything I can find in the High Desert. I couldnt be happier with how my 990 ride now! It also handles my Starbucks runs like a champ!

My friend purchased suspension from them, never received it, and never got a refund. Company refuses to make things right.Edit:After posting reviews publicly, and more than a year after requesting a refund, Konflict finally gave a refund for over $1200 worth of never received parts.

I ordered some suspension parts online from Konflict based on the good reviews here. Unfortunately they charged my card immediately and almost 7 weeks later they have not delivered my order or provided any substantial update. I filed a credit card dispute today.Im just thankful I didnt send them parts for a service that Id now be waiting on and unsure if Id ever get back.Details and timelines below:3/25: Order Submitted4/6: First email sent asking for update4/9: Left voicemail and responded to the automated text message reply4/12: Called again - spent 10 min on hold and was told they couldnt locate my order and that they would follow up.4/12: First email reply: Our records show this was drop shipped in March directly from our supplier. We will reach out to them and find out exactly what has transpired!4/15: Second email sent asking for update4/20: Third email sent asking for update4/20: Phone call from Alex apologizing for delays and saying the issue should be sorted4/22: Second email reply: we have a replacement order due to us early this upcoming week with replacement items for your order. If you live anywhere in Texas, you should use Konflict for your suspension needs. Seriously. I purchased a new KTM 390 Adventure and needed a lowering kit installed. I called around a bunch of places, and Konflict was not only the most knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with - but also much better priced than anywhere else. Alex went to great lengths to explain all of my options and what would be best to go with. Alex and Jerry picked my bike up new from the dealer for me, installed the kit with a super short turn-around time, and worked with me to make sure the suspension was dialed for my rider setup before I left. The bike setup is excellent, and custom-tuned to perfection. Cant say enough good things about this shop - I wish they offered full KTM services - Id take my bike there for everything!

If you are looking for the closest thing to factory level service on your bikes suspension, look no further. Alex and his team are top level suspension techs and know what they are doing. I have struggled with finding the right setup in the past, and now I know who will be servicing my suspension from now on. I have used Konflict suspension on two bikes now with excellent results and a great turnaround time. One was a bigger KTM adventure bike (fork seals/service) and the other a 250 two stroke dirt bike (weight setting, sag and service). They take the time to listen to your needs and only use the best parts.
