It is very rare that you find not just great customer service, but phenomenal. This is not something a company can hope to train their staff to one day understand. No its something that comes naturally to few people in the customer service industry. All of the staff here are wonderful, but Manny really has a knack for making you feel like your truly cared about by this company. For that reason I highly recommend coming here. Hes patient, kind, understanding, and really listens to you😀 Ill never store my things anywhere else.

It wasnt all that good. Security seemed good but as soon as I got passed the security gate. I saw a gentleman sleeping in the shade. He didnt have a car. All he had was a backpack and a beer. Not sure if he lives in a unit or is looking for an open one. He sure did look like he was up to no good.

All the raving reviews are true. Ive been a customer for over a year and the property manager Nechelle not only lives on site, but is incredible. I didnt know what to quite expect for a storage center, but shes the reason I dont want to go anywhere else. Customer service makes or breaks an experience with any company, anywhere. She has been warm, friendly, fast, and efficient since day one.Ive also had great experience with my unit. I did quite a bit of research before I chose them. They not only have cameras, but also Nechelle who lives on site. One of team members also informed me they walk the premises, and even sometimes check the locks to see if any have been swapped out. Incredible. Easy auto-pay set-up if you want the option, which I did. And great location. Six big stars from me.

I closed out my account with them and paid my final month. Now almost one year later I receive a notice on my credit report that I am delinquent on payments for US Storage Centers. Had to go through a lengthy process to dispute and remove the incorrect delinquency from my account. Maintain records of everything to ensure they dont try to screw you in the end.

I have stored my items here for over 2 years. I enjoy the convenient location, gated feature, and online bill pay. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend US Storage, but I cant quite give it 5 stars. The elevator is often out of order making my unit more difficult to access, and the price crept up over the years as well.

Ivan was very helpful. I needed a climate controlled room and had already paid for a non-climate controlled room online by mistake. I only realized it when I got to the place. I already moved somethings into it on the first day my storage unit lease started. The next day I called their office and asked if theres a way for me to upgrade my unit. He was very helpful and it only took him 3 minutes to do a transfer.

This place is awesome. I won’t store my items anywhere else, customer service is always, and I mean ALWAYS UP TO PAR!!!! The folks here are super nice! Ivan (the assistant manager) was very helpful and friendly with us. I feel like my things are very safe there. There are people looking out for the renters all the time, and regular surveillance to make sure no one is around who is up to no good! (This is important to me; the place my parents were renting for storage got broken into!) This place is very clean & I got a great price for the unit I rented. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!!! It is not secure at all. In the past year a squater has managed to break into and live in my friends unit. Not only that, but they also STOLE her jelwery, underwear and tv. this is absolutley disgusting and a violation of the trust and resonsibility laided upon this company when she agreed to pay rent for the unit in which her personal belongings were to be kept. Official complaints have been sent but the company refuses to acknowledge this issue. whatever you do. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY!

Everything was great here! Check in/payment setup was fast and easy, and the units are very reasonably priced. There aren’t elevators, but the stairs are wide and easy to maneuver. I would highly recommend using this for your storage needs!

US Storage off of Stassney and Congress are awesome. I highly recommend them. The manager Nechelle is great and helped me tremendously. Great customer service as well. If youre looking for a storage, this is the place to go.

Wow. How can I express properly how well this facility is run. Nechelle has been the best property manager I’ve ever encountered, period.This space is very well protected, covered and has the best prices in Austin. I’ve used public storage for extra space for several years and by far this facility is above par to say the least. Also this facility goes up and beyond not just to provide you with first class service, they have actual donation unit that gets donated to cancer charities.You won’t be disappointed renting a unit here, I would highly recommend. 2/13/18. When I was looking for a storage unit 8 months ago this was the cheapest==not sure now==It is a good place and felt very safe to be in after hours, especially since it is a small facility.Sam, the wonderful woman who works at the desk is organized, caring and a huge part of the attractiveness of the property.There are no sockets in the unit so getting a rechargeable, (best or battery operated) high powered light from Home Depot or Lowes is necessary if you are to be there at night.There are a few carts customers can use and the only bathroom is in the office and only open during office hours (5pm latest)One building has an elevator and is climate controlled=the others arent.Also make sure to stow away all your codes and numbers as I was not able to get help over the phone late at night upon getting locked out.You must vacate the premises at 10pm.

I was warned by another renter to be careful because the parking area where we were parked is always full of nails due to another tenants carelessness and that its always that way. Sure enough when I looked I found over 30 nails scattered about!
