Cheaters, liars and scammers. After my cpap machine is fully paid off they still invoice over $100 per month repeatedly. This company’s services were prescribed by my ENT doctor and I also blame him for giving my contact and billing info to these con-artists. They also call you 3 times per day to sell you random supplies and new services even when you opt out and ask them never to call again.

Unreal how terrible they are. They dont check with your insurance, they try to put a hold on your checking because they didnt check with your insurance. TELL YOUR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL YOUR EXPERIENCE!

My friend who has Hodgkins Lymphoma needs oxygen. One doctor said she no longer needs it but her oncologist overruled it because she does need it. After explaining this over and over, this company is still going to take it away. Rather than this company getting in touch with the oncologist they just keep berating her with phone calls every day to pick up the oxygen. They leave messages with phone numbers that dont even work, are rude when she does talk to them and they didnt even bill her insurance, hoping she would not notice and just pay the bill. She is still waiting for this to be resolved three weeks later?! This company is shady, rude and unprofessional. Seek oxygen elsewhere!

I have a cpap machine and they monitor it, I was told that I needed to set up an appointment within 30 days of receiving it so on the 25th day, I had my follow up appointment with my doctor. This is required for insurance purposes. About 3 months after having my follow up appointment, I receive a call saying that I needed to have the follow up appointment after the first 30 days so I need to go see a doctor again since I had my appointment 5 days too early. I scheduled an appointment immediately, the doctor isnt able to see me until September 30th. The phone call was received 10 days ago and PPS has continued to call me every day since to tell me the exact same thing that they told me 10 days ago. I have literally had the same conversation with them to the point that I told them to make a note on my account that I dont need to be called again. They are annoying, rude, and lack the slightest bit of intelligence. And on top of that, they never told me what cpap machine I would need so I trusted them and they have billed me $999 for a cpap machine that I could have got online for $350.

If I could give 0 stars I would with a very sad face. I work for a doctors office and I can never get anyone to answer the phones so I can help my patients get what they need. I hate this company.
