The selection has been dropping off my last visits to Footlocker. I came very willing to spend some money that I shouldnt, but couldnt find anything that jumped out at me. Staff was decently helpful. I guess things change.

Everybody in footlocker needs to be replaced. We walked in we were greater but thats it. They went from having Convo with each other to using there phones. No one helped at all. Manager please rehire everyone.

The mall was busy but the store associate was friendly and fast with the sneaker sizes... she even made sure that all the sneakers were the same size...

I would love to shop where for retros or nice sneakers, but every time there’s a release, there’s a 30 people waiting at the gate until they open, they look at us and don’t say anything or tell us to come back later and they make everyone wait and then decide not to sell the shoes and start making excuses.This is the second time this occurrence happens to me, I’m 100% sure it’s the manager who gets his feelings involved whom starts complaining about small petty, unreasonable and un-rational reasoning not to sell to ANYONE. Even with everyone was keeping socially distant and there’s a rumor that the manager doesn’t like lines and rejects sales just because of that.As I can see from other one star reviews, they ain’t lying either.

Honestly I got the worst service from the employee I believe clem didnt help as was walking away to chat with employees very disrespectful man hope the next time I go he isnt there as he isnt one to represent the company.

Nothing new; I was disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Traditional place to go if youre looking for shoes. Prices match up with what youre getting, so dont worry too much about that. If youre a budget person for stuff like this then I dont suggest coming here. You can also find some nice shirts, gym shorts here as well as shoe accessories or cleaning supplies.

Super attentive and friendly staff. Genuinely helpful and knowledgeable about all products not just the shoes. Crazy inventory! This has to be one of the biggest foot lockers weve been in as a family and everyone was able to find something. Not much of a sale was going on but thats to be expected. Good sneakers rarely drop prices unless its the last few pairs in inventory. Definitely will be returning

So I have a coupon but I can’t use it on an equal price of socks. When I can use it every footlockers in the nation. Obviously it doesn’t say it on the coupon, it was the manager on duty. Great job, I have a coupon but I can’t use, what’s the point!

Got my Yeezy 350s on Black Friday and it was easy and efficient. They were organized and prepared for the rush. In and out in five minutes.

Awful customer service, manager doesn’t know how to handle the small space she works in. Was very rude about me going in and waiting for a pair of shoes less than an hour before release, but allowed young kids to sit around and sell pairs for resale inside the store. Had no control over the situation and didn’t say anything to them or the person who bought them, but was rude to me for asking simple questions. I really wouldn’t advise shopping here, almost everyone had an attitude.
