ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION & THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS GREAT & IN THE BEST OF MOODS I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES OR PROBLEMS WHEN I GO TO PAY MY PHONE BILL OR ASK QUESTIONS THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO ANSWER ANYTHING WITH SMILES UPON THEIR FACES & THEIR ALWAYS HELPFUL...BUT, THERE IS JUST A FEW THINGS I DISLIKE ARE:#1) HOW THESE PHONES ARE WAY TO MUCH THAT IS THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS SOME IMPROVEMEN.#2) THE ACCESSORIES AS WELL I MEAN $29.99 FOR A CHARGER IS JUST A LITTLE CRAZY I THINK!!***OTHER THAN THAT EXCELLENT SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION WITH SERGIO & ALEX THEY ARE GREAT AND HELPFUL EVERY TIME MYSELF OR MY GRANDMOTHER GOES IN TO PAY MY BILL OR TO GET SOMETHING OR JUST TO ASK QUESTIONS.THANK YOU CASSANDRA :)

We’re not helpful at all they don’t do there job right had to call customer service and wait an hour... they could of help me out in person by just disconnecting my line other cricket store help me out better than this one! 👎🏿
