No wonder no one gets the COVID shot. Even when you decide that you want it, if you forget one little piece of paper, you get turned away. Then don’t complain when your grandma catches it from me. I tried to get vaccinated but a piece of paper was more important than giving me the shot and protecting lives.

Tracys customer service is great! She tries her best to have your prescription ready as soon as possible. Although they are always very busy her attitude always stays positive. Thank you! :)

Whoever that giant, 6’5” pharmacist is, needs a raise. I had a serious question and he cared so much, that he came out from the back and specifically showed me the correct medication to get for my daughter. Giant white guy. Give him a raise or a car. Something.

Unfortunately I have to say that the attention of the pharmacy staff to administer the COVID vaccine is a disaster they put you on Appointment and made me wait 40 minutes more than the time it was my appointment, they close the curtains, take their lunch hour they dont warn you. I dislike this type of situation since it is not a simple vaccine, it is something that is required today, perhaps that is why people decide to go elsewhere to get vaccinated since again it is very bad care

Went to pick up a photo, and there was one person behind us. After finally getting a person (the manager) to come to photo he helped us and then completely ignored the person behind us. The person told the manager he was here to pick up a photo and he continued to ignore the guy.Then once in line there were three registers open. When we were checking out a guy asked for help to unlock something. The lady then responded I have no one to unlock it for you (rudely) not even looking at him. So therefore he left.I will NEVER return to this walgreens again. Also makes me never want to go to any walgreens.

Very convenient to ship FedEx packages, pickup Redbox discs, and find household items. They recently added LCDs to the beverage fridges. Not sure of the actual purpose, but they are animated and can show more information.

Placed an online order for a same day pick up canvas the night before. Upon checking the status online periodically today, the status showed the same thing, “creating your order”. After it was nearly 5:30PM, I called and spoke to a nice lady who checked on the status. She let me know the order was ready and I thanked her. I headed down there and looking at my order, the canvas had 2 line marks like someone had touched the canvas prior to it being completely dry and the frame had a scratch. I asked if they had a different frame available and was told they did not and do not know when they would get more because they are “only ordered once in a blue moon”. The manager offered 50% off, but I didn’t want money off, I wanted my order correct. I then asked if it was ok to try and find another frame from another location and the manager said yes. I started calling around and was asked if I wanted the order cancelled, I said yes for the time being given I was trying to find a replacement frame which I get they should be the ones doing it. After calling around I found a location that did have a frame and when I came back to speak with them, no one was around. I found the girl who was originally helping me and she explained the entire canvas was thrown away. I was baffled and ended up going down the road to another location. After looking at my email, I see the 100% satisfaction guaranteed... really got a laugh out of that given they didn’t care whatsoever.

Friendly, attention focused service. They take good care of their customers here, caffeine pills are a must for my life and this is my favorite place to get it! If you are looking for cheap but reliable and quality headphones they also have a small but good selection. Nothing bad to say so far about this location.

Didnt give me my meds, turned my wife away and said we dont deal with Veterans...I was supposed to take those meds yesterday on the day the doctor had excuse me from work, to top it off, they said they couldnt give me the prescription.... ridiculous!!

This is the best Walgreens in the neighborhood. I have to give a special mention of two people in particular Dennis and Deanna.The staff here are what make it amazing. Even on Christmas Eve and Christmas day I walked up to the photograph studio they have here and they got me my pictures within five minutes. I mean they open up new lines so I could count out change with my son that he’s been saving. Yes I’m that guy. Trying to do a math lesson at Walgreens. It would’ve been better if I would’ve went to a bank before going there but that’s the point Deanna smiled with me and made jokes and helped me make this a cool memorable moment Going above and beyond is what they do. Dennis is the kind of guy that could bring a smile to your face when you’re having a rough day. I’ve even tried to get him to come work with me on occasions

I went to this Walgreens because it is 3 minutes away from my home. When trying to pay with coupons, short light young cashier told me I was not allowed to use 1 coupon for each item because her register will freeze. I asked again.. “so I AM allowed but you won’t do it because your register freezes”? She stated yes & had to leave my cart full. Very disappointing that I have to drive 10 minutes to a different location for a lazy employee.

Made appointment for covid vaccine shot here. When I arrived they said they did not get shipment and had no way of calling or emailing me.I drove over 2 hours to get here...Beware: Call before you go

Very disappointed! I have never been carded for buying filters ! Walgreens new law is to card the customers, that’s fine BUT when they ask for your ID and without your permission they scan your Drivers License! That’s personal information !! I was never asked or informed they were going to take my driver license and scan it !!!! I asked the girl why she did this and she said that’s what I’m told to do ! So people beware !!!!

Drive through services are super slow. Sometimes Ive skipped picking up Rx because of the wait times. Dont know if its coincidental but seems like no matter the time of day, its always slow. People are courteous but I blame management or Walgreens corporate for poor staffing and not meeting the needs of the community.

I’m still in shock that Walgreens would ever hire someone like Abby, to a management position when her facial reaction is disgusting when customers are asking for help. I will definitely try to avoid this location. I just don’t get why Abby would want to work in a customer service position, but fail to lead by example to her co-workers. Higher management needs improvement, immediately.

Worst pharmacy! Prescription was sent yesterday afternoon by my dr. Got notification that it was ready, came by to pick it up just to be informed only 1 of my 6 medications are ready. And here I am an hour later still waiting.

Clean and friendly store. Pharmacy prices are higher than Walmart but they keep a record of your medications. They also have a small selection of food, snacks and non alcoholic beverages. Wait times at pharmacy are normally pretty good but high volume times you may want to just drop off prescription and pick it up later.

Had stopped going to Walgreen because there sales are misleading. And confusing with points that you earned the last time you shopped. I stopped by today and was greeted coming in the door, which I thought was nice. And now I find they are opened, 24 hr. For a night person like myself this is wonderful I may come back again soon.

They never answer the phone. Worst pharmacy ever!!! Sometimes I have up to 15min for them to answer and when they answer they’re even rude or hang up the phone. I will switch to the other one on 83rd and lower. At least they always answer the phone.

It is 16March2020 and the virus is spreading. This Walgreens has nothing, no N95 face respirators, no TP, no hand sanitizer, no wipes.

Whomever works in the makeup dept is awesome and sweet and very helpful. The lines get a bit long at the two registers and people can get rude quickly. The line for pharmacy usually takes a while...not sure why.

Never posted a review in my life but this Walgreens pharmacy is by far the most unorganized and unprofessional I’ve ever experienced. At first I didn’t mind waiting in the long line because it’s first come first serve, but after seeing them literally have a customer problem service with literally each person in front of me I knew I was in for some fun. After it was my turn in line I originally dropped off 3 prescriptions and when it was time to pick up they only gave me 2 prescriptions and after bringing it up to hem that I needed one more, they seemed super bothered by that and that’s their own mistake not mine. So the main pharmacist in charge told me to just take a seat and it will be out shortly, after sitting for honestly 45 minutes they seemed to forget about my prescription, so I wasn’t getting helped and they kept making eye contact with me but still no acknowledgement. So I decided to get back in line and when I went to pick up my 3rd prescription, the person helping me said it’s been ready and I didn’t need to wait an additional 45 min. It was ready in a 10 min timespan yet they made me wait 45 min? Way to go Walgreens pharmacy, you guys are a joke!

If you dont mind unorganized products, 27 minute check-out, uninformed/lazy staff, this IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Oh and do not bother picking up the weekly ad on your way in, they will not care if the item clearly is advertised for purchase at a different price than what if rang up as....they will simply say wellx its ringing up different and object when you offer to go grab the yellow advertising sticker that was under the product AS WELL.

Worst Walgreens ever! Take your prescriptions else where! The drive thru is over a 30 min wait EVERYTIME just to pick up prescriptions that are supposed to be “ready” don’t understand what the long wait is per vehicle, completely dissatisfied. Never coming here again.

The pharmacy techs and workers seem as if they are too busy to truly help you, with a bit of a rude attitude. When attempting to purchase something from behind the counter, asking questions about what the boxes say, they seemed too bothered to get the box and fully answer our questions. Am very likely to move prescriptions to another location or even another chain of pharmacies, just because of the bad experience I had at this location.

Ive unfortunately never had a good experience with this pharmacy. I cant count the number of times weve received electronic notifications that our medications are ready, only to find that not to be the case when we arrive. We are told just a few more minutes. When we confirm via phone that meds will be ready, we get there to find its another 15 minutes. Im sitting here listening to customer after customer being told the same thing or having various other issues. I can only assume they are perpetually overstaffed here. There is never an apology; just attitude and excuses. We have since changed pharmacies. The only reason Im here today is because one of my husbands doctors called in a script here.

Honestly employees are spr nice, patient and helpful but pharmacy needs more attention. Lines get spr long and only a few employees on duty. My convenient location and i rather do walgreens than cvs but you guys gotta do something about it.

Looked online for a humidifier and found three locations with one for 28.99. Went to this store since it was closest. When I get there I find out the price was 45.99 and everyone including the manager (Yolanda) claimed nothing to be done because corporate would be mad if they were to honor the online given price.No, I think that corporate would be mad if they found out that this store was trying to gouge customers. I went to Walmart where they charged their online price. They also thought what happened at Walgreens was hilarious.The moral of the story? Long time customer, finished with Walgreens.The End

On my lunch hour 105 degree heat, I pulled behind two other cars in the drive-up pharmacy inside lane closest to the building--in the shade. After a moments of waiting, another vehicle pulled into the outside lane and the driver was immediately served, ahead of me and the other car waiting ahead of me! Then another car pulled up to the outside lane and before I could get up to the window, he was taken care of too! Eight minutes after I first entered the line, when it finally was my turn to be served, I told the attending employee that skipping people in line was poor customer service. He replied that they just looked straight out the window to see who was waiting, they didnt have a mirror to see if others were in line first. All I can say is,adios Walgreens--there are two very good CVS pharmacies in this area and Ive always received top customer service from them.

Pharmacy is slow as hell. Ive regularly been first or second in line and am still waiting 15-20 minutes to even talk to anyone. Their pharmacy department seems severely understaffed and the staff that is there seems to not really know what theyre doing. Ive had to switch to them from CVS due to insurance and its honestly been a nightmare.

Should be zero stars. Arrived at 847 pm with script for my daughter. Pharmacist refused to fill script for my sick daughter. Amox. Came straight from urgent care. I was told they were closing soon and the would not fill script until next day. My daughter is sick now! Went to CVS and was helped right away. Took 11 minutes to fill the script. I will never return to walgreens EVER! They care about getting off on time and do not care to help 6 year old sick girls! Shame on you Walgreens!

Always busy, wether at the front cashier or pharmacy area. Pharmacy takes too long for meds, so ended up switching to the one at 107th Ave & Indian School. Good deals during mid week when most of the products are marked for clearance. For some reason they have issues scanning coupons. If they had a few more employees the place would run more smoothly.

48 hours isnt enough for these people to fill simple, common prescriptions. Every time Ive needed to pick up, it takes a minimum of 20-45 minutes. Awful pharmacy and the rest of the store is pretty lacking as well.

The Farmacy had no help, it took 45 minutes to get any help, and I was inline for about 50 minutes

Very crowded and hectic walgreens, they sometimes have good selection of things but it seems to me everyone and their uncle loves the pharmacy. Somedays in the middle of the week are better than most particularly in the morning arent as crowded as the afternoon or evening. I prefer the Walgreens on estrella and mcdowell, its a bigger store and much less crowded.

This is the WORST STORE, never mind worst Walgreens I have ever been to! Their pharmacy is even worse!! They screw up medications, dont bill them thru the insurance correctly, theyre astronomically SLOW - and that includes their brains, because they cant even do SIMPLE math which a DOCTOR ALREADY DID! I had to come back twice for medications other Walgreens get done in 15 minutes, and got charged DOUBLE!! If thats not enough, they crank their music up - while youre waiting FOREVER & 2 DAYS - to the point I had to put ear plugs in my ears just to endure the whole ordeal!! Really?!?! Is this a pharmacy - where people come to get help for their ailments or a freaking club??!! Honestly, not my favorite Walgreens its just the closest. I sit in the drive thru and wonder what the hell takes so long alllllllllll the time. People are waiting in the drive thru line to get filled. Not just to pick up...heres a clue if your waiting to get one filled dont block the drive thru line people.some of us actually had ours filled days before and are spend 2-3 minutes to pick it up.Walgreens could also ask people that do this to come inside...so it really goes both ways...Im just tired of waiting 30-40 mins in drive thu or 4-5 cars deep.Outside that its fine.

Takes forever to get a prescription filled. Im talking days. Today im 3rd car in line for the drive thru and the 1 st car just gave up after sitting here for 20 minutes and no one has come to the pickup window
