Just take your vehicle elsewhere. The quality of workmanship is quite poor and they do not use oem parts. A big red flag are the responses to negative reviews the owner gives.

I met the staff members and Brenda all of them were very professional and they took care of my car in no time. Also. When I brought my car in for repairs, I saw a charger with nice clean rims. And I asked questions if I could do them same for my rims. The staff did an amazing job in taking the time and explain to me how I could get my rims cleaned up at a good price. When I got my car back from the repairs my rims were done as well my car looked amazing! Thank you team for taking the time and investing the time in the questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

Elite provided a quality job and next day turnaround service for a minor fender bender. We didn’t utilize insurance and the Elite Collision team was able to make a lower quote for personal payment that didn’t include unnecessary repair work to restore the vehicle. The quality was very nice, looks good as new!

I took my car based off the reviews and when I spoke to the gentlemen they assured me my vehicle would be done within two weeks. It has now been 5 weeks since we took my vehicle there to be repaired and I continued to get the run around that the vehicle would have been ready every week. If you want a speedy repair I would not recommend this place!

Their prediction for the time of the repair was true.3. The repair was very well done.In short, I strongly recommend the business.

Polite service and everything explained to me regarding my vehicle damages

Poor job car hit in the next rear they basically put a new bumper cover on now the trunk lid hits the bumper and does not latch correctly. Got there bonus certificate off web site ask them to use the money to clean and buff out some water spots did not do that either. Not a professional job at all. They seem very disorganized when you call or go in.

These guys did a superb job. Everyone there was friendly and they worked efficiently. I highly recommend these guys.
