When I needed a tow twice, they came very quick both times within 20 minutes. Very friendly drivers as well and prompt service. Unlike the other towing company they left me stranded for 2 hours and then bailed on me at the last second by telling me they would no longer pick me up because it was quote too late

Im not sure if its legal for towing companies to charge these outrageous prices for the supposed service they provide. They towed my car from an apartment complex for not having the placard on the rear view mirror. When I went to their yard in riverside to pick up the car, I saw the placard facing up on the passenger floor in plain view. When I mentioned it to the representative, he said it wasnt his problem and that it was my responsibility to have it on the rear view mirror. He ultimately would not release my vehicle until I paid 233.00 for the initial tow, 50.00 additional charge because my car is a front wheel drive and they need to use a special tool to swing my car around, 150.00 for storage fee, and off course, they charged me 2.00 dollars for using my debit card to pay the bill. They have earned an F on the BBB website, deservedly so.

I rate the towing service 4 of 5 because unfortunately the towing transportation Industry is not by any means a hospitality service.

Ruined a brand new Acura lights arent working properly and charge way too expensive for simple tasks

I showed up the day of my car accident to gather my things from the car and the man in the office was very rude. Said he wouldn’t buy the car from me so now I have to junk it. They want the title though so I highly doubt they’re going to junk it. Can’t stand crooks. Never even asked for my car to be towed to a town I don’t even live in !

This is absolutely the best place in town to have your body work done and the folks there are great

Id call H&S before anyone. I have AAA and once exhausted my allowed tows H&S was to me within 15 minutes on side of freeway. Before AAA I had 3 different occasions to call H&S for towing and all were excellent. Once heading out on a Saturday for vacation our boat lost a bearing. H&S towed the boat to repair shop and gave our truck a jump that had died on the side of road. Courteous drivers and clean trucks. Theyve been in business for years and are trusted and support our community.

Never have I been treated more like family. Every one is so nice, the tow guy gets there fast, the estimate was fair and the work was done on time. One of the things that I really like is that they deal with the insurance company for you.

Do not consider calling this Towing Company. I called them to tow a car from my property and not only did they not take the car; when I called them for the third time, they lied about sending a guy to take the car and that the towing guy could not take the car because the owner came out to prevent them from taking it away.If you need a towing company, look elsewhere because H&S will not help you.

They were very helpful. We went to get our property from our car after an accident. They helped us get stuff out and were joking around.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called this business regarding personal items that were stolen from my vehichle. Of course, they denied taking any of my property. I asked if this was a common occurrence and noted that he was getting very defensive. He yelled at me and then hung up on me. Not only are they unprofessional, they are theives. Do not give your business to this group of dishonest people.

These people drive like douchebags. Almost caused an accident because they couldnt get off our ass on an off ramp. They were clearly driving unsafe. Also speeding down Olive Drive going about 70 MPH.
