I a star because I have been having a issue with my 2005 Toyota sienna trying to kill me and my family. When we go any where in town or out of town, the traction control goes haywire and my van locks the brakes and steers my van into a cliff, into the side of a mountain. I cant correct the steering nothing. My four kids dont want to ride in the only car we have because of Toyotas defect. This van has almost killed myself and my family too many times to count. I just want my van fixed. I love my van!

Fast and efficient. 1st service center Ive been to that is organized and honors the appointment time set. They dont leave you hanging around for hours. The appreciate a persons time and did a great job getting me back to enjoy the rest of my day.

They got me out of there faster than anticipated. Very friendly and I loved the way they explained everything to me. I didnt feel lost like I usually do when I get any repairs. Would definitely recommend to other and will definitely visit again.P.S.The whole place smelled really nice. Like vanilla or flowers 😃

Went around 3 pm, which was perfect, it took a minute upon arrival to be serviced by a technician but everything went smoothly thereafter. The return of our vehicle was faster than we anticipated, which was a huge plus. Overall, very nice experience this time around.

Always professional staff. Their new collaboration with Uber is great. I had fast pick up & drop off whereas before I used to have to wait longer periods of time. The car wash was down so after my service I didnt get a clear car but the updates were installed on my RAV4 & ready quickly. I also like the new text message system of communication.

The vibe is chill. I like the interior of the waiting area. Modern and spacious. Staff is friendly. Oil change took about an hour and a half but thats ok because that was the estimated time they had given me. I will be back.

Ive used this service department twice since it was built. Employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this location. Ive been fortunate to have the same representative Jonathan help me, and hes always courteous, professional and friendly.

We were driving through Bakersfield miles away from home and developed a check engine light on my Camry. We stopped at their service department to try and figure out the problem so we wouldnt get stranded on the highway. We were told they didnt have time to check it and sent us to OReilly or AutoZone instead It was disappointing.

I was here for a tundra transmission oil change and I was surprised to listen to how they said they would do it here. The guy said they would just drain it and fill it back up. They wouldn’t even take the pan out and clean all the metal shavings that are stuck at the bottom of the pan to the magnets..After I insisted I wanted it the right way they were charging me twice the amount they quoted me initially.I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone who wants to keep their vehicle for long.

For the record I work here in the IT dept. We are working on getting this location updated to 5700 Gasoline Alley Dr. (next to Mercedes at Harris Rd. and Gasoline Alley Dr., huge sign out front) which is where our parts department is now. There are no parts services available at 5100 Gasoline Alley Dr. (the sales lot) anymore; our new department is easily twice the size of our old one so there was no need for anything in their old area. All that is there now is a customer lounge so definitely make sure you dont be one of the poor souls that I have to give directions to and head down the road to our new location at 5700 Gasoline Alley Dr. Thanks!!!!!

Only good for an oil change and basic car maintenance. They will always try to rip you off. Told me I had a massive oil leak😳 and I was dumb founded sense I have seen no oil on the ground. Took it to my honest mechanic and he showed me it was bone dry no leak just a small leak from power steering. They wanted 2500 to fix a leak that wasnt even there. They dont really make money on oil changes and they dont build a place like that on oil changes. There always gonna try to upsell you stuff you dont really need. Always get a second opinion and take what they say with a grain of salt.

They are slacking on customer service! I dont like feeling rushed.   I didnt really look at my service paperwork until I got home, but this service advisor that I randomly picked when I made my online appointment, wrote on the ticket that I declined having tire pressure done.  I never was asked and I never said decline. I am very responsible when it comes to my tires--I always pay attention to tire pressure and he never asked me.  I dont like statements that I did not even remotely say on my service tickets. I will not use this service advisor again! I will pay better attention to what is typed on my service ticket from here on out!! I advise you people to do the same. Everytime I have gone, they screw something up.

My truck was in good condition never made any crackling noise. I went in for a recall on ball joints. And as soon as I started driving I heard cracking coming from the front of my truck. I took it back to them and they said it had nothing to do with the new ball joints.Instead of fixing something they break something and say it wasnt their fault.

This new facility is just awesome. Great job Bill Wright Toyota. It was located just down the street from the old center where I was greeted warmly at the at valet, and promptly met by my service manager Drew Venters. There were many cars already in for service, but it felt like I was the first one there. I took the time to look around the facility, and as usual they still have the donuts! The waiting area is expansive and inviting. There are plenty of workstations to bring your computer and complete your work, multiple TVs on different stations, and a parts area that isnt fully stocked yet but looks like it will be great. There are plenty of lounge chairs as well to settle in and get comfortable. They also say that there will be a restaurant but this has not opened yet. There isnt a large parking area but as this is a service center, and most likely that wont be havily needed. It is a very large facility however, especially for employees I think. Lots of walking required. If you have a busy day they still provide the guest shuttle. They picked me up promptly and droped me off at my door front. Service was extremely fast 15 minutes after I arrive home I got the call to come back to get my car. They quickly transferred me to the shuttle service desk to schedule a pickup at my home. My experience was exceptional. Thank you Bill Wright!

They have good service, good care when you have maintenance on your car. The bad thing is that they removed the service at home. Now you have to pay for a taxi or wait there for the time the car is in service.
