It was my 1st time at the brake masters. It was a litte busy there and i was dreading how long it would be to get my brakes checked but to my surprise it was only about a 20min wait for them to let me know what i need done and the prices were very reasonable. They were very friendly and made my saturday trip there smooth. Also once i gave the okay to do the work they did it in a decent time and i was very happy how my router and brake issues were resolved.

I had brake masters replace all 4 brakes i brought my own top quality brskes they said they dident fit so they grinded them down to fit i left they were grinding and i almost wreaked i brought them back they cleaned somthing i left same thing so i had my son bring my car back the said they replaced them with there own brakes well i think they fixed the front but they now grind and squeek and its hard to stop im really scared to drive my car i have had a few people including a officar tell me i need new brakes the officer was msd told me to turn them in to better biz boreal and give a bad review on there page thats y im writing this they did tell me to bring it back in but when i replyed 3 times they wouldent answer back needless to say i now have to buy new brakes the best are expensive and i have to pay someone else to put them on so thats 2sets of front and back and 2 installments add it up and im on socal security.

I called to get a ballpark quote on brakes. I understand you have to look at them before giving an estimate but I informed him of needing the rotor and the pads on only 2 of the 4 brakes just wanted a rough estimate of how much money Id need to bring. The guy who answered was very unfriendly. I never ended up going due to his attitude.

It might be me, but something aint right with this place. I dont feel like I get what I paid for.Against my better judgement, I returned because my pads are under warranty here and, again, I was given a quote for repairs. When I returned to pay, the amount was way more and equal to the price two other places had quoted me without having anything under warranty with them. I almost lost it, but I bit my tongue and will not be returning.

I love coming here to brake Masters. They pulled my car in the back right away. I got new brakes. I’m a happy driver now!! I will continue to drive all the way here for great service. Thanks brake masters!! 😃

Samual Gonzales and Jay were great. They got my Rogue in right away even though I had no appointment. They changed oil and filter and rotated the tires. Samuel let me know where they were in the process and gave my grandson and I a bottle of water!

I love this place, I was a Carroll`s Tire faithful customer for years, now I come here. They are honest and they always do a great job....Not to mention their Alignments come with a 3 month guarantee!!!

After being told one price for brakes they changed the price after installing the brakes and refused to honor the price that was quoted over the phone. Horrible experience, stay away from this place. If I could they would get zero stars but wouldnt let me do it

These guys here were absolutely fantastic.I only heard of them because I got new tires and was referred to them.

We were very impressed with this shop. Not only did they do some really major repairs, but they told us that a competitor my husband took the truck to that morning said there were two major and expensive repairs among others that needed to be fixed. Well it turned out that wasnt the case, and Break Masters saved us about $400. My truck is running really good now, and Ive already recommended another person to go to them.

I went to a different brake repair place and they told me I needed new brake pads and all this other junk but here, they told me everything was fine! I appreciate the honesty and I will definitely be coming back!

I positively love this shop. They are always friendly, helpful, courteous, and their prices are really good. Even when they are full and I have to wait a while for my car to be services I still have nothing negative to say. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

The old guy at the front desk was rude over the phone and just as bad in person. I walked in and he continued to answer calls and help the parts girl (who walked in after me), without even a Ill be right with you. He looked like a angry grumpy old man and definitely played it well. After getting tired of being ignored standing right in front of him i left. If a zero was possible for customer service he earned it.I have had work done here in the past and i would of given them 5 Stars for their Customer service, workmanship and easily referred anyone to them. After this i would not bother ever going back and definitely would not suggest them.

The wait time was very short & the price was reasonable. All I had done was a routine oil change, but I recommend this place.

Had brakes done and they did a great job.

Went in to have my brakes checked, I told the old guy at the front desk I had lifetime warranty from them, he tried to say it was my rotors. His guy supposedly checked my brakes and said they were fine even though my steering wheel shakes when I hit my brakes. After a short argument I simply took my vehicle and had 2 other mechanics check them, turns out I need rotors and brakes. I sent a complain to Brake Masters under the contact us bar on their website, its been over a week and I still have not heard from them. I would never recommend this place to anybody! They offer lifetime warranty but will not honor it.

Today was my second time.going in there and guy which seems to be the only guy that works there is rude as hell. Never smiles, has very poor customer service and isnt friendly at all. I would NOT recommend this place.

After I got over the shock of the cost of my repair, things went well. After 14 years, Ive grown accustomed to it being expensive to work on my model car. Bill and a Ramon were very friendly and helpful during my visit. I will return to Brake Masters again for future service and repairs.

Traveling from Washington State ran into a caliper problem with the truck pulling a 23 foot trailer. We were able to make it to the RV Park, however, needed to find a service center that could be reliable and hopefully fix the brake problem. Based on the positive reviewsonline we headed for Brake Masters first thing Saturday morning. The service representative was very courteous and able to get to inspect the brake and we were back on our trip withing a few hours. This shop was very busy BUT very friendly and giving us great service. I would highly recommend this company.
