My front headlights werent working. Thats all. And they were going to charge me over 700 dollars to fix it. My friend knows about cars and he was able to fix it for less than a hundred. Not only that but they absolutely refused to give me any kind of estimate and made it seem that it wasnt going to be much. They have an $85 dollar diagnostics fee which I only agreed to because he said he would deduct that from the repair price.. He said he would just go to the junk yard and get a few parts and I told him I didnt have a lot of money and he made me believe that he would give me the best deal.He ended up charging me $85 dollars just to take off the bumper and look at a couple wires.

Had a problem with my 2009 Audi A4 and I took it to two different certified Audi VW shops and they both could not figure out the problem . One of the shops tried to fool me to pay $520 by replacing the fuel sensor, but I did not pay anything. I took it to Audi Bakersfield and unfortunately they kept the car for two days and could not find the problem either. I found BSR online and told myself, let me give it a try. Tahts when I met Alex and Augustine. Alex was responsible to fix my car and he told me from the beginning that he will find the problem, which must be an electrical issue. Finally Alex gave me a call that the cluster needs to be replaced and reprogrammed. He replaced the cluster and made sure everything was alright and he called twice after i took the car to make sure if everything is alright. After this experience, this is the only shop I trust in Bakersfield. Overwhelming, helpful and experts.

I felt like I was over charge for simple work that needed to be done to both my cars Very poor service this man over charges for his work he tells you that he needs to fix something and never fixes it you been warned if you go to this guy make sure that you ask for your old parts are the ways check the parsi he says that he has replaced because it may not be replaced he may just say they heaver place to and never replaced which is the case in my situation
