Came in on super short notice. They had us up and running with a new alternator that day. A pretty painless 4 hours and a very reasonable price. I dealt with one guy the entire time. He gave me an estimate, did the work and settled the bill with me. Highly recommended. Our Civic coupe is running like a charm!

Guy pretty much assumed there was something wrong with a wheel bearing. Didn’t do much on figuring out the issue. Asked him that it was the differential. Didn’t even check if it was. Lost $80 just so he can drive my car and assume. How I know is because He did the same thing with another car when he pulled up. Had to figure out the issue myself and I was right it was the differential.

He had my truck for almost 4 months to install transmission (they already had). Extremely hard to get a ahold of about the matter. I almost took it to small claims. I guess it was my fault for being nice and paying almost 4,000 upfront, and trusting them. Ive learned my lesson. NEVER pay in full before the work is done!

I have taken several cars here and have been extremely pleased every time. It doesnt look like much, but they have always given me great prices and delivered on what they promised in a timely manner with no surprises. 100% will keep taking my japanese cars here.

This establishment is 5 stars all the way. Jeremy will definitely take care of you. Some restrictions such as no alignments due to lack of space for the machine but thats about all. And he wont leave you hanging and is very knowledgeable. Family owned business with honesty and integrity.

Amazingly quick and great service. I brought my car in for leaking steering fluid and was called back within the hour with diagnostics, cost estimates, and labor time. He broke down the cost estimate and explained everything clearly and continued to communicate throughout the whole process. Overall, received great service and he even went beyond by cleaning up the extra sticky steering fluid that I had spilled around the reservoir and the inside of the cupholders.

This is a small shop, and was recommended by the Auto Supply store down the road.I drive a Dodge Sprinter van over a decade old, and I had an alternator fail on a drive from the Bay Area to Las Vegas. I was able to locate the appropriate alternator while driving to Vegas, picked it up at the auto supply store, and drove it down to these guys at JVS.They had other things going on, but they had me in and out in about an hour. The labor charge was fair, and the job was done right.

I was in a pinch and JVS took me right in. First impression of shop made me hessitant but service was fast and friendly. Mechanic for the job done fast and I was able to get back on the road quickly. Shops a mess but they are there too work on cars not look pretty so I didnt mind.
