Check in great! 11/2 hrs to tell me tire was loosing air due to nail & then 30 more minutes to change! 2 hrs for flat tire after waiting 3 days for appointment what do you think!!
Jay Cronin is my service advisor. He did a great job. Got my car in after I was broken down on the side of the road with a blown tire. Im very happy with my experience at North Bakersfield Toyota
DC was awsome great customer service very polite answered many questions I had before I even got out of my truck. This toyota dealership always treats me with the greatest respect and resolves any problems I have or had, I use to be a Chevy guy but Ive forever changed to toyota because of North Bakersfield toyota

Very bad service. Our tundra is 1 year old, a 21. We took it in for the second service even though the miles are very low, they didnt change the oil or the filter, so we took it back a week later they left oil hand print marks on the hood & door & writing on the windshield. Unprofessional, disappointing
The service department staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. The waiting area is clean and spaced for social distancing. Adequate outlets available to charge devices.

I always take both of our Toyotas to North Kern for service.Never dissatisfied.They just replaced my battery at no cost because I purchased it there.
Tony was helpful and eager over the phone so I gave this dealership a try. While it was suggested I bring my vehicle in first thing at 8am it sat over an hour until any repairs started. I will say their service rates were lower than the nearest alternative Toyota dealers. Forget about a plush waiting area or snacks and drinks during your wait. Those thongs are banned during Covid so not really the fault of the dealership. They could mention that on their website where they still show it being available. Staff was very friendly and I commend them for hiring respectful staff like the driver who drove me in a Prius to pick up food during my 8 - 3 pm wait. Great kid, well mannered and polite.

Took my van because the temp gauge was sticking. They kept it for a few hours and claimed nothing was wrong. A week later the radiator blew and we had to spend nearly 300 to tow it home. Very dissatisfied.

Largest service center in the county, tvs, wifi, a cafe, friendly advisors (especially Medka) and an expansive parts area. Andy and Beau manage a great service experience, even if it is at usual dealership prices. Overall tho, worth the price
