We Went There To Get A Battery Cable End So That We Could Hook The Stereo System Up In My 4×4, My Husband Kept Stripping The Old Brass One Out, So We Wanted Something Better, They Had What We Needed. Thank U Soooooo Much Auto Sounds For Making Our Day Better. 💘💘🤗🤗

This place wont even agree to install a system into my 2002 Camry. I guess they are too busy to take any new jobs. So I asked my wife to call and make an appointment. She has an appointment for noon tomorrow. I dont know whether to feel lucky and proud of my wife ... Or just feel disgusted. In any case well see what happens tomorrow.

These guys troubleshot the rattling sounds coming from my 3 year old Bmw I just purchased.I am extremely satisfied with their service. I have a corvette z06 that I will bring in to seek help in making the sound better and eliminate rattles.I am very impressed with their methods and service.

Terry and his team were GREAT!! They explained everything down to the most minute detail to my husband and I. They didnt just throw product at us and say you need this. I told them I didnt want my car rattling from the bass and they explained what they would do to keep that from happening!! When first walk in a thought wow this a professional shop .. I took my truck to get the stereo installed (replaced) because it was stolen so my insurance recommended me here so I went .. the install took longer then it should of (days) . First thing I thought there bz so I said ok no big deal I do know what it takes to install a stereo I wood of done it my self but my insurance insisted they do because they were picking up the tab .. after all that I left with my truck thinking it was fix didnt sound right so mest with the settings got it to sound better after a few days my truck almost caught on fire because of a positive wire that was not on right came lose and stated grounding with the truck it smoke like hell I thought it was going to burn up I disconnected the battery and it stopped I stated to look into the intall and I seen it with my own eyes who ever did the install was careless with making sure everything was done correctly .. make a lo ger story short DID NOT K OW WHAT HE WAS DOING .!!! Ediot sloppy lazy .. I SHOULD JUST WENT TO THE NEAREST SWAP MEET I WOOD GOT BETTER RESULTS. LOOK ELSE WERE .. MY TRUCK WAS AN OLDER ONE BUT ITS MINE AND THERE GETTING PAID FOR THE JOB IT WASNT DONE FOR FREE..

New to the area. I brought an iSimple out of town that wasnt installed right. I Google Searched for local auto sound shops in the area to fix it, and Auto Sound of Bakersfield was the first on the list. I saw recent review and almost passed up on a great experience. Dont let one bad apple spoil the bunch, they took care of me beyond what I expected. Not only was my problem resolved, I was also shown step by step how to fix a product that wasnt even brought from there store. With great product knowledge, I wanted a Hands Free device for my vehicle, so I asked a few question, and I was even shown how to install it myself. I asked how long it would take them to do the job and in a lil over an hour, I had exactly what I was looking for. Pricing was fair, reasonable, and my original problem with iSimple was no charge. Highly recommended.
