Used these guys in the past multiple times. When I called to schedule an appointment today for some additional work and was told they could not give me a price due to how busy they are. I expressed concern that the time it takes to complete the install does not change due to how busy they are so why would they not be able to give a price. Then Im told they are too busy to schedule the work.Ultimately, I was not concerned about when they could do it, just wanted an appointment to get it done and a fair price. They couldnt even do that. Very disappointing. I will be finding another shop for my needs.I hope they understand that COVID will be over and the work they have now will subside and they will depend upon those loyal customer to sustain themselves.

Although this shop wasnt prepared to assist me in my custom build of extreme system... I give props and shout out to the guy for immediate saying this and have honest answers that hes not prepared to do custom extreme install i wanted. This is 1 of 4 shops i went to today, all the others were waste of time as they all insisted what I wanted was overkill and extreme and not needed... when in fact thats what I want.

I have for over ten years always had them install VIPER ALARMS on my cars..Every time I always got a receipt & the paperwork on the alarm & 2 remotes..This last time I was their I only got one remote..no paperwork about the type of alarm..but I did get a receipt..I THOUGHT since I only got ONE REMOTE that beings the alarm was by far the most expensive one they had, that I was only supposed to get one..I had no reason to think any other way..I did go back and ask for the paperwork, hoping they still had it..They did, and had to go to their trash outside the building and dig around for it..I recently had to be hospitalized and had some concerns about only having ONE remote..I thought it would be best to go by and see about purchasing a extra one..To my surprise they were $150..I was shocked..but beings I had purchased a very expensive alarm system, I was almost, ( was reaching to get the money), going to buy purchase it, no problem..Then the owner said the magic words, he asked me why I was getting another one, I told him I needed it in case something happened to this one, and he said WELL EVERYONE GETS 2 UPON INSTALLATION OF ALL MY ALARM SYSTEMS..I stepped back and said WELL I DIDNT..I WOULD NOT BE HERE TO BUY A EXTRA ONE IF I HAD GOT TWO LIKE YOUR SAYING I SHOULD HAVE..HE knew I didnt get two..What a stupid thing for someone to do, pay for a extra one if you already had a extra one..ESPECIALLY WHEN HE SELLS THEM FOR $150..HE actually was out and out in no uncertain terms at the end of our conversation without saying out loud that I was a liar, and saying he gave me 2 remotes..and told me to go look in my car that it is in my car..I politely invited him to go out and show me where he thinks he put that imaginary second remote..He would not budge..just stood their with a dishonest grin on his face, and flipping the the remote that I ALMOST BOUGHT AROUND on the wall where they hung saying over and over he gets $150 ALL DAY, EVERYDAY FOR THEM..Not from me!! ..Once I know your A DISHONEST PERSON I will never put money in your hand again..I will go and pay $200 if I have to to someone that doesnt lie and is an honest businessman..NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY EVERY TIME I WENT THEIR SOMEONE WAS DISPUTING THEIR RECENT TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM..NO RECOMMENDATIONS FROM ME MR.OH /YOU ARE VERY SHADY & DISHONEST ..I( have to also say, that I am positive I am not the only one that has had a bad experience with this man)..

Very rude I stopped in one day asked if they could assist with installation of stereo in my vehicle. He said to short handed to look at it ... I said what ? Not even make an appointment?Definitely only like to work on certain vehicles or deal with certain people !!! Don’t go to this business !!!!!!

I just paid to have 4 mids installed in my doors in my car front to works fine back to no sound I called to let them no he tells me I have to bypass a old Bose hook up or whatever..I just paid them to install 4 speakers only 2 are working why are they telling me to rewire my speakers I just paid for them to do that wth never going back..very disappointed...

Theres a reason this place has been around so long and is so busy. Theyre one of the few shops that isnt trying to hustle you. Their prices and selection is on point. Sound systems and anything aftermarket can have issues, this place is very willing to fix any issues that arise months later. Dont even bother paying attention to the posts that dont give this place a 5/5. I would say the only better option you got is doing it yourself if you think youre capable and have the time.

This is the place to Go for anything audio. Wanted to get a killer system put in my car, the components costed 1000 for everything and gave me the install free. Was able to start work right away and had everything done in a little under 2 hours just like they said it would be. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

I had this place install a radio I ordered online but before I asked them to install I asked are you sure you can get the job done and of course they said yes. When the job was finished after a quick hour my AC controls didnt work at all! Not mentions its a 100+ degrees outside. I asked if he can uninstall and could I get a refund and he said he can uninstall and put my old radio but not give me a refund. I called the back and the bank temporarily gave my money back but now the bank has recently charged me that transaction because he denied all claims. Moral of story, take your vehicle to another car shop if you would like quality service done because this place does a horrible job for a quick dollar.

We got two door speakers replaced. They didnt charge for installation. They even fixed up some shoddy wiring issues from the previous owner at no cost. They forgot to call us when the vehicle was done, so make sure you call em back! No complaints about the service, though. Were very happy.

Owner does not know what hes selling.. Told me the stereo he was selling me had a mirroring program and it didnt. So i brought it back and he didnt handle the situation told me he never said that. Worker still prooved him wrong and him wouldnt accept what he said.

Just needed a deck replaced, they swapped it out for $40. The only thing preventing me from five staring it was that I called to see if they could do it right away and they said yes come in. When I got there both service guys were at lunch, honest mistake. This was very minor.I returned an hour later and they had the whole thing done in 30 minutes (exactly how long they said it would take) while I waited and had great service. They had tons of decks, speakers, navigation, bass boxes, you name it. I would recommend the place and go there again. Its definitely not a fancy shop, but it is the real deal. They probably have what you need in the store and the staff to install it same-day. A really nice convenient alternative to Best Buy hell.

The customer service was ok but the work they did on the amps wiring is terrible; they did not ground them properly. The worst part is that they forgot to zip tie the amps power wires in the engine section. While I was on my way to work the wires got stuck on the engine throttle and this is very dangerous because you lose control of acceleration. Please be careful if you choose to install anything on your vehicle in this audio shop.
