I have had a number of vehicles taking here. As well as my sons, nephews, uncle oh, and some friends. All the work that has been done on all these vehicles have been outstanding. One of them there was a problem but this place handled it no problem they informed us of the problem and they fixed it. The Sounds in the quality of the products bought here I have been impressed with and have had no problems you get your moneys worth and the quality is amazing. The customer services outstanding, very friendly and informative. They will answer every question and give you total honesty. The prices are reasonable but they will work with you. You will not lock away disappointed.

Front speaker stopped working. Technician checked it and reconnected speaker wire. Didnt charge for service. Very honest guys. I have been going to them for the past 10 years. Highly recommended!!!

They installed a kicker l7 with amp inside my car about a year ago that i bought from them the bass is consistent I’ve had no problems just questions any question/problems i ever had they are quick to answer and help me understand what’s going on i highly suggest anyone to come here for install speakers, amp etc they are good people great communication.

I had them install a stereo I had bought from somewhere else & the install price was good compared to other places. They were able to get me in & out pretty quickly. I also needed special service done for Apple CarPlay to work properly in my car & they did it free of charge so thanks a lot. Great customer service too.

Very honest and helpful, what more can you ask for? I picked Car Audio Pros at random to diagnose an issue with reception in an after market radio. They could easily have sold me a new radio and charged for installation, but instead they took the time to actually see if that would help. Im amazed at the quality of customer service. These guys did a great job installing a double din touch screen and even custom fit a piece for my car. Had an issue with the sound, I took it back and had no problems with them fixing it for no cost. Great place, fair priced and stand by there work.

I had a remote start and security installed customer service was very Helpful! They were able to assist me with two of my remote start installs both done very quickly and no sort cuts. I had a problem with a new remote not working to start i was able to bring it down and they were able to get it working in minute or less with no hassles or charge. i would recommend them to any one looking for a remote start security install or any of there products they`ll stand by there products and installation.

Don’t even know where to begin with this place... very disappointed with service. Honestly how can you take advantage of people for $80+ when all that was needed was a plug and play for the bass. I have never heard of something so ridiculous as this. Didn’t make sense either to be under the hood if the power, ground, and remote was already done by me before this place had done anything to it. It also seems strange to me that they looked at my air intake. Don’t even get me started that they broke the face plate that held the stereo In. How did you manage to break it... unbelievable

I like the end of your whole window shaking your house and yeah they got these guys know what theyre doing their prices are cool there compared to other people prices theyre cool but the service was nice I got it all done in one day

Great installation of touch screen and kickers but when I left my turn signals didn’t work and the store had just closed when I wanted to say something. I think they were in a hurry and did not connect the wires right so that they can leave . It was very unsafe for me to be driving with no turn signals. I will be back tomorrow to get it fixed

Fast & friendly service: Took quite a bit of time to explain to me how my new stereo worked. I do not usually shop the world but felt that their pricing seemed even more fair than I expected. I even went back to get them to install some driving lights, since they did not sell them they told me that if I bought them and brought them in they would install them. After purchasing some driving lights they installed them as clean as I could have hoped for and again were more than reasonable on the cost.I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

Called many car stereo shops and received grunts and customer service that was greatly lacking. These guys were much nicer and helped me right away. The stereo unit in my car, that was installed at a totally different shop, had dislodged itself and was inside the car console. They said it was a simple fix and popped it out and had everything fixed in 20 minutes without charge. Even though they said it was simple, I still would have paid them for the prompt service.

Awesome. If you need a stereo, camera or TV for your car this is the place to go. Helpful, clean and professional on top of reasonable. Have had 5 cars done here.

They were over priced but fairly quick on the installation, but when i was about to leave the owner hit my truck on rear bumper and didn’t bother to care at all and offered a free tweeter speaker when a rear bumper is worth more. bad experience and customer service

I was in a bind. My car wouldnt start. I thought it may be the alarm system. I happen to live less than a mile away. I knew there was a definite electrical problem. I was going to have my car towed there, but they came and solved the problem in less than 15 minutes.I will buy my stereo and/or alarm system here for sure!

My daughter took her truck in to install a stereo I had bought for her for graduation. Should have known from the beginning that these guys were no good. 3 guys quoted a different fee for installation. Long story short, they knew this vehicle had XM, and OnStar, said they could install it and still have all her programs. Price $540, also includes 4 speakers which they did not give back her old ones. WRONG! None of her XM or OnStar works! And when she called and told them, their response was It will be very expensive to hook all that up to the stereo. REALLY! BULLCRAP! I would not recommend this company to no one! They are only getting 1 star cause you have to rate them at least something. Other than that I would give them a big fat 0. They are a rip off!

Ed is a nice guy, very nice and fair. I drove in to get install alarm system, when I left windshield was cracked. Camera couldnt pick it up. He was sure 90% his guy didnt do it. He offered to help me. He hooked me up with roll up windows on my 2 door honda civic. So everytime I alarm, windows go up by them selves. Plus a hookup discount for replacing my windshield from a guy he knows. Definitely these guys are chill.

Worst stero shop in town. No clue.... horrible customer service. Installed a speaker with Velcro on my seat in my brand new car.. prepare to wait forever....

Excellent service - not pushy at all, and did great quality work. They replaced my factory system which had a jammed CD changer and was draining battery power. I ended up getting a much better system that connects to my iPhone with bluetooth or USB. They used the factory amplifier and speakers. The mount in the dash looks very professional (I was worried it would ruin the look). Getting a touchscreen made it easy to add a back-up camera too for only about $160. They connected it to my steering wheel audio controls. Overall, it cost several hundred less than the dealership quoted me for replacing with the exact same factory system, which would have not been nearly as nice. They had everything in stock, dropped me off at home, and it was ready in about 4 hours. Nice guys, flawless service. Would definitely recommend them.

Keep an eye on them. They seem a little careless when it comes to taking apart your car. I walked into the garage to see my panels laying all over the ground as if they were tossed, on my brand new 2016 chevy... If I were you Id ask what their plans are as far as installing and mounting. Cuz they will cut and chop.. not very professional. But they have potential, and quality speakers.

Not perfect the first time but they did a solid effort in making it right! And theyre pretty fun to deal with just make sure you give them a hard time ! Lol
