I love this Market. It has every thing you want and need with reasonable prices you can afford. Service Workers are helpful and caring.

It was difficult to find items due to large store products are kind of scattered apart. But all in all they had all products I needed.

They dont have a enough checkers every time I am in that store theres always 2 lines open and about 10 people in each line that store sucks for customer service I only shop there when I half 2 if there is more than 3 people in a line they should open a nother line up you dont have this problem at WinCo foods thats why I only shop food Maxx when I half 2 because food Maxx sucks for customer service 👎

This particular FoodMaxx location has upped its game entirely - it has undergone an extensive remodel. And its one of the nicest, and functional, grocery store remodels Ive ever seen. So clean and well thought out. It was a real joy shopping here and their prices have remained very competitive.

Good the people in the bakery were really nice and the cakes are like half the price of what I pay at Albertsons. This is my first cake Ive gotten here so we will see next Wednesday how it tastes

Food max is a great place to shop, fresh food, vegies, and the customer service is terrific

FoodMaxx has been my neighborhood grocery store for over 30 years. They have always pretty much had what I needed when I needed it. The Meat Dept. has always been pretty good. Along with their dairy products and frozen foods. They recently rearranged the entire layout of the store. For those of us who have been shopping here for as long as I have...the change was life altering...LOL! I could tell you where anything was in that store until they rearranged and upgraded the coolers and freezers. I knew it was coming. Its more of a joke than actually being affected by the change. The store looks great and flows better than before. They are a good neighborhood store.

They have great prices and wide aisles. The one on Ming Ave is always clean and people who work there are always nice and friendly

Walked in. Saw, as usual, ridiculously long lines at the registers. (Too few were open.) Walked out.

Bigger aisles. A lot better at night. Not too many people are in there. The only complaint that I have is the electric scooters going over the bumps in the parking lot. Had to get off and push the cart over the road bump😂

Great theyll actually make the cake I want for my daughter when most stores that I went too wont.

This used to be my go-to store but their prices of gone up to the point where theyre higher than a lot of the local grocery stores like Albertsons Vons excetera

I havent been to this place in over a year. I loved it!

Customer service? Well, just go in get what you need, and try not to talk to any of the employees because theyll let it be known how much of a bother you are with their smacking of lips and huffin n puffin when you ask for help. This happens whether its a quick point me in the right direction, or letting them know they have some expired products on the shelves at times. Now even the expired products can be forgiven, but the rolling of eyes and attitudes are the things that customers do not deserve.

It really is an awesome store.

Is it so complicated to hire some cashiers? I come in at 8 a.m. and have to wait in a 30-minute line because theres only one cashier open. Your guyss profits have increased exponentially since the virus and you cant provide a fast customer experience because of lack of employees when youre overwhelming prophets are obvious sad

Very disappointed they don’t have the mama rosas pizza box no more ! I’ve been looking for the past 3 months . Also they need to get rid of their sunny side brand of shredded cheese and have more of their jack Monterrey shredded cheese it’s way better.

Store was fully stocked of the items that had to shop for.

Can always find what I need when I need it. Also they are on Instant Cart which is very helpful!

Nice place to buy food

This location is extremely well maintained, and every shelf is stocked and the entire store is almost perfectly organized. Kudos to the security guard who stood strong against a woman not wearing a mask for the safety of the customers and the staff around 6:30 tonight!!

The store is great. The cashiers are friendly. The service is great. Its a great store, but it takes forever to get out. They never open new lines when its busy. You stand there in a line 10 miles long to cash out. I would give this store a 5 star rating, but I hate waiting in a line for 15 min just to buy 3 items.

I come here to shop midnight and cashiers are always on their phone while on the clock which I don’t mind but what I do mind is at least smile and greet!!! And ask if they like receipts instead of just handing it out like a food item ! Train these people to be better !

I shop here when Im in a pinch, just need a few things quickly. My OCD tends to kick in as the place is slightly disorganized. The cashiers are slightly on the slow side but really friendly mind you. 4 stars from me for being rather disorganized but besides that a good place to shop. You cant beat the prices either when compared to OTHER places.

One of my favorite grocery stores, this particular location only. Always neat and clean, the layout has remained the same for years making items easy to find. Staff is courteous, and lines progress fairly quickly. Definitely recommend for your shopping

Affordable grocery. Huge selection. Usually are able to wrap up in one trip and not needed to go anywhere else. They open up more registers the moment they see few people stacking up in the lines. They keep up price checks from other places and then lower the price. Produce section is fresh and great presentations.
