Tried out the magonada and was pleasantly surprised! Great staff, ice cream, and a nice environment to cool off in during the summer.

Their size regular is now a small and honestly.. its not worth $8; especially with the crowd. Delicious ice cream tho and staff is wonderful for what they have to deal with

Knowledgeable staff. Delicious. Do NOT buy gift cards. The staff are helpful and descriptive when answering questions about ice cream flavors. The ice cream is flavorful and creamy. Dont get gift cards because the gift card reader usually does NOT work. I got turned away on three separate occasions when I tried to use my gift card.

Flavorful delicacy, great portion, enough for a ice cream lovers. It just one time fascinating experience, with smoke and all but overall its ok. For first timers it’s kind a overwhelming and confusing but if do your ground work beforehand then you will have good experience. Guyz were nice, kind enough.

The Brownie goodness thingy was off the chain... go in and ask for the Chocolate Brownie Batter Icecream. I think thats what it was called. DELICIOUS! And the service was cool.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious and the concept is so much fun. The four of us got four different flavors and we couldnt help try everyones. I got Santas Milk and Cookies which is one of their seasonal flavors in a waffle bowl. Oh my goodness!! I just wish they had a kids size. Service was fast and friendly also. We will be back soon!

Super disappointed. My ice cream was completely melted when it was given to me. I ordered green tea flavor and it tasted like dirt and grass.. they used WAY too much of the flavoring to the point where it was not edible. I have never been disappointed by creamistry before. The girl who made my order said she was new... I think someone needs to train their new employees better.

An experience! Ice cream was very rich and had kind of a sticky texture. Got a generous single scoop of pistachio that was easily shared with my mom. Downsides were the wait (the ice cream is made to order, after all); plastic, non-recyclable containers and utensils; and the price. Went for the novelty but probably wont return.

I had never heard of this place. I wish they had stores up in Northern California. First I think their liquid nitrogen ice cream is super cool (pun intended), but their Quantum Coffee offering is to die for if you’re a coffee ice cream aficionado like me (I just wish I had ordered the small cup —I couldn’t finish mine).

Ordered off doordash..Pictures looked like a large n 3 scoops with fruit. When it arrived it was literally not even a half scoop in a small cup about the size of a Dixie cup..So not worth the 9.50 we paid per item. New to Bakersfield and will not be returning.

I have enjoyed taking my kids to Creamistry several times and mostly enjoy the visit there. Staff is mostly young adults who do a decent enough job helping patrons.

Very cool place to get a delicious treat and a show! Wait time is a little longer than expected. So, be prepared. Prices are also a little higher than competitors and I assume its due to presentation. But, the treats are very good and made for happy kids. Made it all worth it.

I love the fact that they have non dairy bases both coconut and cashew milk! This is a dream come true for people like me who are sensitive to dairy, ice cream from a shop is always better then store bought :) now I have a spot to get my dairy free goodness and its not sherbet either lol They have a lot of different flavors and toppings, Place was super clean, staff was welcoming, they are a little pricy but considering its nitro ice cream And high quailty the prices are justified.Lovvvve it!

Smooth and creamy ice cream

A lady and her 4 kids ordered ahead of me. When the orders came out they put mine and the ladys on the counter and the ladys kids starting touching and grabbing my drinks. They shouldve put my drinks aside while they put the ladys drinks on the counter. They dont even check the names on the cups to see whos drinks theyre serving.

I like getting the nitro drink, its just like a regular icecream but in a milkshake. I recommend to sign up for their free rewards. After so many times, you can get one order for free. Depending on how many points you have saved. I usually save for a free nitro shake, somewhere around 15 points. Also you get emails with 10%-20% off your order once in a while. The reason I took away one star, is because the drink size and the cup size for the icecream has shrunk. You get less for the same price. I have noticed this, its the only draw back I have to say about creamistry.

Disappointed in this place the pics look delicious but the actual product that you end up with looks nothing like the photos in the website/menu pricey for such small portions you basically pay to watch them freeze the ice cream and they do not add details to your ice cream just scoop it in the cup and very little toppings

First time going and I tried Quantum Coffee and I was not disappointed. I will be going back with the family again.

Nitrogen ice cream is cool, but it was way overpriced. On the menu it didnt say dairy base was a dollar more. It was just listed under choose your base (not a big deal until every little thing starts to add up). I assume toppings are extra but comes with 1 since its in the steps. Nope. All toppings are an extra charge. I told the cashier I wanted a signature (the parfait-looking one), but with my own flavor and topping choices, which he said is do-able. He DIDNT do that, and entered my order as a tiny scoop of ice cream. I got two toppings and they barely put any on my ice cream. I counted 6 cheesecake bites and like 5 mochi on my ice cream. I was asked if I wanted a brownie and I said yes. It was an extra $1.75 which is reasonable. But by the end of my order it came out to a WHOPPING $10.50 for a tiny soop of ice cream that tasted like pure sugar. I got matcha and it literally tasted like 95% sugar milk, and 5% matcha. It was not good at all but I ate it anyway since I paid $10.50 for it. A bad experience overall.

The worst ice cream I’ve ever had, it left a awful after taste and it’s so over priced $5 for a single scoop and their “large” isn’t even big enough for it to cost $8. Never again.

It was ridiculously crowded! They had 6 feet sociall distance signs on floor on 1 side. People huddled up next to each other on the other side. What part of COVID 19 do the kids working there not understand? They need to have Health Dept come in and show them that social distance needs to happen no matter what side of room people stand on. Allow no more tha 4 to 5 ppl at a time.

Their biscoff ice cream (I forget the name they gave it) is good but I was disappointed with creamistry after trying their party animal ice cream. It tasted like there wasnt any ice cream at all. All I tasted were toppings and whipped cream. After that experience, Ive never wanted to go again.

Never again!!I went in to get some cheesecake. I noticed the cute ones on the bottom and the the girl at the counter explained that there was a thick layer of gramcracker, then ice cream, then cheese cake, covered with whip cream & strawberry on top. WELL, When we got home, thats not what it was! It tasted like a weird pound cake, thick strawberry ice cream, thenyhin whip cream with 1/2 strawberry on top. My husband i were both upset considering how much we paid for it. NEVER AGAIN!

Love love LOVE! Friendly people ALWAYS. Very clean place and the ice cream is insanely good. If you’ve never tried it then I definitely recommend it. Is so soft with a lot of flavor. They have different options to choose from in case you can’t have dairy. If you don’t understand something on the menu the staff will help. They’re friendly and quick with the orders. 100% recommend

It’s so disappointing from when they first opened. They changed their sizes (their large is the size of a McDonald’s small) but kept their prices the same. Not to mention the employees got our order wrong, didn’t add whipped cream to mine and didn’t add the roasted marshmallow to the other. If they were to go back to their original sizes I would consider going back but to be honest they just kind of ruined my day.

This ice cream is made fresh with nitro and oh its so yummy. Definitely delicious and they also have sorbet ice cream with real fruit.

Good ice cream but the most fun are the machines they use. The fact the workers make your personal dish by hand makes up for the small wait with the machines. Staff were nice. Only down side is how loud the machines are but worth it for the experience.

After hearing about this place from multiple people we decided to give it a try. Here are the impressions I came away with:1. Definitely premium ice-cream experience. Texture, quality, and taste all exceeded my expectations.2. Good atmosphere and cool factor are all there. We most certainly thought the liquid nitrogen effect was cool!3. Price is not quite justifiable. one ice-cream with two toppings cost 11 dollars. I am sure there is high overhead costs that warrants this kind of price. But for someone just wanting some ice-cream for dessert, this is not the place to frequent.

This place is the best ice cream in Bakersfield. Dont sleep on this place. They make your ice cream fresh in front of you with real ingredients and use liquid nitrogen to instantly freeze the cream into ice cream.

This place is so cool! (Pun) Dinner and a show becomes dessert and a show here at Creamistry. Walk in and the staff welcomes you. Service is good and friendly and reasonably fast. The best pary, however, is the process. Pick your base, pick your flavor, pick your toppings and watch the chemical nitrogen reaction. Its good ice cream, its fun to watch, and its friendly enough to hang out at. Highly recommended, I hope they keep it up after the post-open hype.

Yes, creamistry is pricey. But the ice cream is quite dense. You can definitely share one regular scoop between a couple.There is different bases including milk, organic milk, and non dairy options including coconut, cashew, and sorbet. You then add a flavor to your base; they have approximately 15 flavors which change from time to time. Some include chocolate, thai, coffee, captain crunch, mint, cookies and cream. And then you can add toppings.If you dont have much of a sweet tooth but still want a little something, i highly recommend just the milk base with almonds mixed in. The milk already has a natural sweetness.I asked for this out last week when i saw that they didnt have plain vanilla. I loved it!

I am a sucker for fun applications of science in daily life as well as good ice cream. This place delivered both. I should go back earlier in the day so I can get their organic base, but the standard one was very good. If I had one wish, it would be that their options included graham cracker crumbs so my favorite banana and chocolate shavings combo could have the crust it deserves. I might try the French toast crunch next time, though.

I would have to change my post they had the smallest cup and just gave u ice cream because they could not put the normal stuff since they were out for almost a week of the reg cups and half the stuff they never have idk i was sad this is one of my favorite ice creams but for 9 bucks a reg cup make it worth it

A cool experience and a delicious dessert. Better for smaller groups but certainly a must-try. The menu is pretty lengthy and more complex than a standard ice cream shop so I suggest taking the time to get a good look before getting in line to order of possible.

I really like Creamistry. In Bakersfield we are lucky to have some wonderful ice cream parlors but I think we have room for something a little different. They make the ice cream to order with liquid nitrogen and they make it in some really interesting flavors, try the green tea.

Super friendly staff, very helpful when deciding what to get, reasonable prices, love being able to see the whole ice cream process when their making it, ice cream was still cold when I got home, not even close to melting, loved it, will be back really soon.

Yummy place for a cold desert! Many selections and toppings and fillings! Its a pretty cool show as well when they start freezing your milk into ice cream and theres smoke everywhere! My son loved it!
