Charged for more items than I had by two. No issues on getting a refund but what if I hadnt noticed? Pretty cramped but to be expected from this type of store. The wigs look dusty. Everything is reasonably priced. No other issues. Nice friendly people

The most perfect beauty supply store experience I have ever encountered. Gia, the young lady at the counter was patient with the 25 questions I had to make sure I got exactly what I needed. She even made a call to someone to make sure I bought the right equipment for the use I needed as I was very specific with its intended use. Then she walked me through the store to show multiple products that would meet the needs I had and gave me choices. Clean well organized staore with excellent customer service...why would I go anywhere else!? See you for our next supply need. Thank you.

Great store! As soon as I walked in I was offered assistance. I ran into 2 staff and both were cheerful and friendly. Prices are fair, not overpriced like some other beauty supply stores in the neighborhood 😏. I would highly recommend this store, its to the right of the Chinese buffet 👍🏽

I called this place looking for professional eyelash extensions and the lady on the phone was very rude while I was trying to explain which kind I needed she stated I’m not dumb I know what you’re talking about! Needless to say I ended up driving there and they didn’t have the lashes I needed. The worst customer service ever! I will not shop here ever again

TRIED GOING IN HERE TODAY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS CLOSED AND LOCKED THE DOOR ON US THEN ANOTHER PERSON TRIED GOING IN AFTER WE GOT IN THE CAR AND THEY UNLOCKED THE DOOR AND LET THEM IN THEY ARE RACIST AND OF COURSE THEY LET HER IN ... NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN!
