Waited 35 minutes on line to pick up a prescription. Then the cashier was fresh with me. No apology for the wait.

Thats not the first time and not the second time I called to refill my prescription.Everything went well and when I called back to know if my order is ready they didnt have it.I dont know why?

My son went there today to buy a Coke Energy drink. The can had expired in August and the top of the can was dirty. He returned to the same location to return it, but all the other cans were expired as well. He tried to buy a Monster drink, but those were also expired. Staff was of no help. The store claims to be COVID safe, but selling dirty, expired drinks is not safe.

Its just hilarious how everytime i walk in there for my prescription the entire pharmacy is gone for lunch no matter what time i go I have to order my prescription extra early because i already knew something like this would happen, this place is honestly a joke

This was the worst service. I placed an order on 1/15 for photos. It was supposed to be delivered 1/19. It still has not been delivered. I sent two emails with no response. I called today and the online rep called the store. My order had not been started. The rep never apologized for the poor service. I wanted to speak to someone about the service. She transferred me to the nastiest customer service rep. He cut me off repeatedly and blind transferred me without an apology. I get to the person who apologized and got me a tracking number. Thank you Katina.

Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean inside and great parking spot availability. This is the best pharmacy and home needs store in the area.

Would give 0 stars if I could . This location is horrible. Manager is horrible at customer service and has a bad attitude. I understand if your from an African country and English is not your first language but learn to have patience dealing with customers. Should not be managing anything but if you must stick to being in the back of the store and not at the registers with customers.

I was using the drive up window of the drug store the lady who helped me was so helpful and patient she even suggested that I use a coupon and filled out the paper work for me very rarely do you find people will to go the extra mile I wish I got her name but I didnt I just want to public say to her THANK YOU

Very easy and convenient. They have great savings and coupons combined with their store card. I usually go to find random clearance finds, they have a great selection for medical supplies.Handicap accessibility is good. Handicap parking is directly infront. There is a pharmacy drive thru, but limited hours for the pharmacy

The worst Farmacy in town the drive through it’s a nightmare the personnel that work there aren’t professional at all

They didnt give me the drugs i wanted i wanted the meds for my fortnite account but they never gave me them so bad

Walgreen Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Stay away from CVS. I had a bad experience 22 years with them. . One of the employee of CVS told me if I cant afford my prescription go home and die. Walgreen employee told me after CVS rejection they’ll do they best to help me afford my prescription and they did. I’m still a life CVS I didn’t die yet. .

The staff is very professional and helpful. Also, this place has just about every day to day item you may need, so theyre great for quick pit stops.
