While I had a terrible experience here I do acknowledge that everyone has their bad days. Clearly other people have had good service here so you can take my description below as just one of many.That said, my experience was a nightmare. Were within city limits with a mask mandate. No one on staff is masked. Most of the customers arent either. Theres a line with a sign separating people needing different service, no one on staff is paying attention to that. So theyve created two lines but just keep taking customers from one line while the other line just stands there confused. I ordered and pre paid on line. I got an email saying my order was ready hours before I arrived. After 15 minutes I spoke up and said, I just need to pick up a pre paid order. Finally someone starts helping me but guess what, no one actually pulled the order from the shelves. So why did I get the email telling me its ready? Icing on the cake, they dont actually have all the items for my order. Oh and the manager seemed to be hiding in the back and when he final re emerged he was rude to an older woman whod been there since before I arrived. Tried to submit feedback through the auto zone website, none of it will send through. Tried calling to cancel my order and get my money back, unsure if that actually worked since I havent gotten any confirmation. Couldnt recommend more strongly that you go to ANY other auto parts store.

Not good service. Staff had me waiting over 5 minutes to pay for what I had gone for. They saw me standing at the register from outside but were too busy on the phone and the staff that was inside didnt acknowledge me cuz they had ear phones in and couldnt hear anything

I needed fluids for my vehicles. Shawn was so polite and courteous.

This is the 3rd AutoZone shop i visited this week were check engine light machine was not working.

If I could give NO stars I would. The first I ever been this store and people were not welcoming. I watch every step I took by the people that worked in the store and rushed to make my purchase. I will never by from from here again.

Ordered a bunch of stuff online that didnt work for my car. Luckily the manager was there to facilitate the return, which the staff was unable to handle.

I went to this autozone store (5255) to have my car battery replaced and the employee was not understanding at all and didnt believe me when I said that my battery was low according to the marker and that a mechanic had told me that I needed to change my batteries. He told me that even though I had a 2 year warranty he could only replace my battery if it was completely dead which made no sense because that was exactly what I was trying to avoid. After not getting the desired result, I went to the store at Reistertown Rd. and was treated much better!

Great location, very friendly and helpful! My wife picked up a battery for me and they even carried it out to the car for her!

Autozone as a parts store is lackluster. Im truly not a huge fan, generally. That said, this one is great. They are knowledgeable, kind, and they work efficiently.

I visited this place on three different occasions with myself and two other gentlemans when visiting this location. The hospitality in that place is dry. Different representatives would be in that store when visiting. No one greet you when you come into that store. Very intense atmosphere. Cold and not welcoming at all. Everytime, I would ask questions no one really felt like replying to my questions. The facial expressions on their faces, the tone in their voices and the body language. I just stopped asking hurried up each time to get my money and my products and left. Sorry, this is my review. The last time I visited was in the year of 2016. It might be the same or it could of changed. I just never went back.

Very good store good prices most of the managers here will work with you. Ive only run into maybe a few that will give you a hard way to go. All in all clean store well-run no loitering in front of the building. You will not see a bunch of cars being worked on in the parking lot buy homeless people.

Oh this place! It is confusing and the service is moderate. My experience with them was frustrating and disheartening.They sell auto parts and if I were a man they might have done better at selling a car battery to me. But I felt, at the time, that I was not being taken seriously and a little like I was being taken advantage of.

The staff at this AutoZone seem to be particularly knowledgeable mechanics. The lines move a bit slow, but its typically because the registers are manned by the mechanics, who are thorough in answering each customers specific questions. That being said, the main drawback to this particular AutoZone is the range of products - which is fairly limited in terms of care care and upkeep (with the bizzare exception of an extensive fuel additives aisle.)

Robert is the best! I’m in Towson this week on business, alone, and my car was struggling to start. He checked my battery to confirm it was indeed on its last leg. I purchased a new battery and he installed it for me. I was so appreciative that he did this for me, explaining everything along the way. Thanks Robert!!

Called before I went here and the staff was fun and friendly. Helped me install something and I didn’t even have to ask them. The surrounding area isn’t that great, but that’s about the only thing I could say negative. The actual store and staff were great!

I was broke down on York Rd with my snow plow truck in the middle of a snow storm a few weeks ago with a busted serpentine belt. The staff here let me borrow a wrench at no charge so I could replace the belt. They are amazing and very knowledgeable.

They had exactly what I was looking for. Neither of my go to places (AA/SA) had it in stock.

Really blown away by how racist some of the people can be at this Auto Zone. If you are white going in here, you have a 50% chance the people that work here are going to be rude to you and really just not want you in the store. Its unfortunate that some of the people who work here cant see through skin color and just treat you like a person (better yet a customer), rather than someone who has wronged them in the past.Im sorry if you have had to deal with racist scum, just dont reverse it around on me.
