My experience was great. It was quick and easy. I had called ahead so the truck was cleaned and prepared. Financing was determined in advance. So it was just a quick test drive and look over and off to sign the papers. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous. The only reason I selected I will probably not go back for service work is this particular dealership is a bit of a drive and for service work I will go to a more local dealer.

Theres an African American man with little dreads who work there at the eastern Ave Nissan location and looks like he about 28 years old or less, always telling me things that needs be fixed, but when I have those things checked out by another auto mechanic, there are some things that needs repair and some things that dont. He gave me a page in a half of things that he told me that needs to be repaired and that came to over 3,000 dollars. He said I needed New brake fluid change and it was changed a month in a half ago. He said I had a blown out rear end brake light and I checked it, all lights are working perfectly. Dont do business with him, hes a con artist that smiles too much. I hate to see him.

My service representative was extremely helpful! He was very knowledgeable and explained the service process as well as what may and may not be covered under my warranty very thoroughly. The service that my vehicle required took longer than expected however, my service rep contacted me immediately to provide me with an updated time of when my vehicle would be ready and also provided me with a rental vehicle to avoid any inconvenience. I experienced great service and will definitely return to this location for any additional repairs in the future!!

I took a Infiniti G37 there with the intention on having a routine service done a couple of years ago. I quickly discerned an unprofessional demeanor that resulted in my choice to simply leave the dealership and traveled much further to Owings Mills instead. Interestingly, Ive got a friend texting me from the same location about his experience and the lukewarm reception he received when he brought the same issue to a manager. I advised to take his vehicle elsewhere and, against better judgement, he regrets that he didnt. Maybe its the area and a general lack of expectations but my experience is that mediocre at best doesnt warrant my hard earned dollars.

Frustrating experience - I was looking for a new truck to replace my van. I contacted the dealer online of my interest in their new 2020 Nissan Frontier. Right away an online person from the dealer texted me. We started texting and l even called and spoke directly to this person at the dealer. I was told the price of this new truck was $32,611 and I would qualify for an additional $5,000 reduction due to the first responder discount. The person confirmed this price with her manager. I asked for the total amount, taxes, etc for this truck. My estimation of the cost of the truck would be $27,611 without taxes, etc. I was told that they could not give me a total price until I filled out a credit application. I proceeded to fill out the credit application online. After the credit application was filled out I get a quote from another person at the dealer - the total price of the truck is $39,303.36 with taxes and fees. This is unacceptable and inappropriate, a complete lie of the quote I received from the first sales person. I spoke with the manager and the manager basically said the $39,303.36 is the correct price. A total waste of my time. One should not have to fill out a credit application before the dealer can give you the cost of a vehicle. The dealer should stand by quotes given by their employees.

Something is to be said when you are coming to buy a particular brand based on current ownership and loyalty, but you end up leaving that brand to go buy from their Competitors.Today, Bob Bell Nissan lost a return customer because one of the sales managers failed to be respectful, courteous, and willing to listen.If you want disrespect and unprofessional conduct by a member of management I recommend Bob Bell Nissan. However, if you want to be treated with respect I recommend Koons Chevolet of White Marsh. Ask for “Becca”, and their professional management team will get it right the first time!To the credit the GM attempted to salvage the deal, but the offense could not be undone.

Terrible experience. They lure you with an unbelievable low internet price to the store. At first the sales person showed you the internet price –not the official price and tried to convince you not go to other dealers. When we got back from another dealer, they just raised the price. The manager is condescending and rude, he accused me for rolling the eyes makes him feel insulted but didnt response for the waste of my time caused by his salespersons mislead and the sales game they played–as I found another person shared the similar trick theyve done. Ive spent five hours on a weekday in the store and got nothing but a large amount of time wasting with unfair attitude.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation so they tried to sell me additional services. I got a cooling system flush and got the brake fluid service. During the brake fluid service they broke the bleeder valve on the rear brake drum which they replaced free of charge. After 4 and a half hours waiting for my vehicle to get done, my brakes were very noticeably not tight. They found air still in line so I remained there a little longer on something that should of never happened. They need to make sure brakes are perfect before they release back to customer. I also forgot a recall was due on my vehicle but as a dealership, they should of told me I had one and repaired. I have also been dealing with another vehicle AC issue that Bob Bell Kia mechanic messed up during a motor replacement.

Avoid bob bell at all cost. All they care about is making a sale and have no concern for the customer and even the vehicles they sell. I called for a specific car and got there and they had a different car prepped for me. (I was very specific).All they did was take my money and leave me to my fate to figure out my new car myself. No walk thru, nothing. I literally had to call and beg to get my title for the car. The sales man (Fred Philips) avoided my call since I purchased the car. Very unprofessional and rude. Especially for a customer who paid cash for a brand new car. I will never be back and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Not even my enemies.

Never tried to upsell us into a more expensive vehicle, just asked me questions to better understand my needs and then helped me pick what was best for us. I booked my appointment online... i showed up and informed them that i requested shuttle service they were able to drop me off back home so i could tend to my kids and their virtual schooling... then called me and sent a car to pick me in when my nissan was ready... when i came in to pay i was even more impressed because i has gotten discounts on my oil change and tire rotation and only paid half the price i expected. Call to get an appointment no one returned my call, then I go into to shop to get my routine maintenance and oil change. I was told that my OIL HOUSING FILTER would need to be replaced which would cost me 200.00 dollars then the Services advisor come with a bill of 1000.00 and something, I was disappointed cause this 200.00 quote came from your department. Not only that my house to my WINDSHIELD was eaten up by rodents, thats going to cost me 431.23 plus labor which my WARRANTY COMPANY will not cover. Like I told the rodents to eat my hose. I need some solid advice advice about how to go about these problems.

I went to get an oil change that was scheduled for 9:30am. I met with Jim, who was fantastic. He recommended a tire rotation based on my mileage. Jim was able to give me a coupon that saved me a few dollars. I was out of there by 10:30am. Jim went over the services I was given, walked me to the car and made sure to remove the plastic and foot covers for me. He was a true gentleman and provided superior customer service. I even got a lemon scented air freshener for free. Im a very happy Bob Bell customer!

I’m highly upset with this dealership.I was told by a Nissan technician my issue with my car was the reprogramming of my computer to my new mass air flow sensor that only a Nissan dealership has the programming for. I called bob bell and they got me in to have a reprogramming. The representative said I would be responsible for 135$ if the reprogramming doesn’t fix the issue. Long story short I dropped the car off at 10am, I didn’t hear nothing back for hours so I called around 3. He said that the technician said there was no reprogramming available for my car so they ran a diagnosis test. I worked in a car shop if there is not DIAG on the ticket then you don’t perform it with out authorization, WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I get there to pick up my car and they want me to pay 135$ for a reprogramming that they didn’t even perform!!!My car is in the same condition it was when I left it there for the whole day and I had to really have a debate with these people and they still charged me that money for a reprogramming they didn’t even do. Highly upset with the integrity of this establishment. Will not return.

My car was held for almost a week for the repair and I kept being told it was to order parts. When I finally picked my car up my rear seat belt was left unscrewed and there was trash loose screws left in my door handle. Alan was the only bright spot as he communicated what was going on through the entire process and he was always forthcoming with information and very accommodating when I informed him that I needed a rental car due to the delay. Alan deserves to be recognized for his professionalism.

Went in for scheduled service and not a single employee (except the cashier) had a mask on or had a mask on properly (covering nose and mouth). I watched a technician drive my car into the service bay not wearing a mask and not wearing gloves. I was absolutely appalled at the lack of safety and will not return to this dealership until you can train your staff on basic precautions to protect both your customers and your employees.

Ok. So usually my experience here is a good one. This is where I purchased my car and the only place I have it serviced. When I first got my car less than 3 months later my tire blew out on 83. I was told that I didnt purchase the tire warranty and that a new tire would cost me approximately 280.00 dollars. I purchased the tire with the understanding that the tire had a warranty. Fast forward to now I have a nail in what is the same tire that I purchased with the warranty and now Im told that it cant be replaced because of the tread depth. Im through. Im a loyal customer and even the 2012 Nissan I had before this one I would bring here to be serviced even though I purchased it elsewhere. There is always a catch. Its never ok your covered. Its always something even when you think your covered. No one ever said anything to me about the tires tread depth. Im just over this.🤧🤧🤧

I’ve only come here for service and the people who check you in are barely polite and I don’t think they like their jobs. There is always something wrong besides what you came in for and there are calls from sales people afterward regarding “upgrading”.I would never buy a car here because I saw what a family went through trying to purchase a car while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced.I was waiting for a long time and saw the salesman walk to and from his desk many many times as the family was trying to negotiate. Went there today to get a recall fix. I was told that they don’t have a fix for it yet, that Nissan is bringing it out next summer? I had other recalls too, so I figured I could get that done. I was told I had to pay $135 to get it diagnosed and Nissan would repay the cost if it was an active recall later. My problem is why not tell me this in an email after I made the appointment. Big waste of time today.

Brandon McCullum saved the day for me. If it weren’t for him, I would not have had my car serviced. And, it was a much needed service. My advice is that my service advisor Z. and the cashier O. need more customer service training or take jobs where they don’t have to deal directly with customers. I’ve been bringing my car to Bob Bell for service since 2011, that says a lot. They are good at what they do. Everyone is friendly. Mechanics do good work. Service Advisors are Awesome. They are very knowledgeable and efficient with services that are being provided or recommended and never any pressure. I’ve had so many good ones sorry for not remembering names ; David was my most recent express Advisor, He is Awesome! On another note: You may have to wait a while when your car is being serviced But they have a large waiting area with a TV, complimentary beverages and snacks and outlets to charge your phone or use your personal computer. Another plus is whatever time they tell you the car will be ready is when it will be ready if not before than. Great people, service and place across the board. That’s why I keep coming back!

Bob Bell does good work but there customer service is terrible. They do not give any updates on your vehicle, and then they call you the day your vehicle is ready and expect for you to fly home from vacation or leave work to come pick your car up because they close at 5:00. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and courteous. Frank was our salesman. He did a great job explaining the benefits and features of the vehicle we were interested in. Frank is an expert in the numbers. We gave him a number and he got us there. We received complimentary water, coffee and tea. He provided a Carfax report printed out and ready before we even got there. Hes definitely done this before and is professional. We also had fun joking around as well. The climate was comfortable in the showroom. Helen was a great help explaining the financing and warranty options, She definitely has a strong knowledge of the industry. Thank you all at Bob Bell! I scheduled a service appointment with them for an oil change/tire rotation. I was nervous about this appointment because I had an infant and toddler with me. Much to my surprise, they have added a playspace for children, with seating for them, games, imaginary play materials, etc. It was a lifesaver! Not only was my car taken care of pretty quickly, but their customer service (always many smiling faces) and physical environment was top notch (cleanliness, snacks, drinks, area for children).

I have to say this is my first time visiting this dealership, and I had a great experience. We all know that car shopping is horrific, but Paula Dill, Stephon Cooper Miller and Carol Walker were wonderful. They were great. We need more people like them.

I took my car in for an oil change. I checked in and went to the waiting room. after 55 min, I went to check on the progress. What I saw: a group of men standing and talking, a group of women standing and talking and laughing and my car sitting in the same place. I asked the rep if my car was ready. She looked around and told me, no it wasnt even started. She yelled over to the group of men and they had no clue. I said, I had to leave. and NO ONE said another thing. No sorry, no wait..NOTHING. I will never go back here and I have posted to all I know to not go here.
