Rating this specific warehouse a 5 stars. They have the quality of parts you need, and get it to you in a reasonable amount of time, for a fair price. Drivers are usually pretty responsive to taking returns with them, and I like their online portal where I can access my statements and credits. We value working with our representative Raymond. I will withhold comment on other warehouses for this vendor as they do not hold a candle to this location.

If you are looking for work here please read the following as this is a honesty review. This a small family owned business, the administration is ok and can be helpful at times when their not gossiping about other people. The warehouse is just like your normal warehouse, busy, hectic and noisy which is fine. The training at Quality Automotive is horrible, supervisors are talking about things that doesnt have anything to do with the job.For example, sex, drugs, partying conversations can be overheard while others are standing around mingling. Derogatory gestures are made frequently about other coworkers. I doubt that they drug screen anyone after they are hired. The warehouse is not organized, the jobs are done half assed, pallets are stacked sloppy, boxes are throw next to the bins instead of putting them inside. When coworkers are at their stations the majority of em are talking on the phone, browsing social media or video chatting instead of working.It doesnt matter which shift you work, the same thing occurs. The leads and supervisors are unprofessional, driving the forklift is a simple task but others can be seen driving recklessly without sounding the horn or looking around cautiously. Its a problem when you drive the forklift the way it should be driven and coworkers are praising you for things that should be done anyhow. The breaks are fine you get two 15 min and a hr break, the break room is filthy but thats on the people who works there.The piss poor job training is a joke, dont expect to learn anything from coworkers who are still trying to fill a quota while training. I thought they would be excused while training but i guess not. The job task is straightforward and simple this includes forklift driving and inventory.Overall i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone whos looking to work here, maybe it can improve with better management. If Ms Stahl does a random drug test, the majority of people working there would be gone.If you want to work in a place where idiots are yelling and talking about the drugs they chose to do, strip clubs they been too, while most of the women there are taking selfies showing the snap chat filters they put on their face work here. This a place where adults are like children, no work ethic or common logic for the workplace.
