The short of it is these guys are dishonest and unwilling to take responsibility for something that happened to my boat while under their possession.As far as the details...I purchased a boat that had been maintained at this marina for several years and intended to continue maintenance here since it was recommended to me.I noted everything that was broken and took it to the marina to be serviced. This included small details such as the water pump, live well, and port side docking and head compartment lights that were out. After having my boat for almost 3 weeks, I picked up the boat and saw the compass at the helm was completely cracked through that the liquid had drained and made it non-functional.I immediately called that day to report and simply asked it to be fixed since it occurred under their possession. There was no acceptance of responsibility nor willingness to fix. When I spoke with Al, instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me and insinuated it was already broken when they received it. If I went through the entire boat in the detail that I did, how is it possible that I did not see a broken compass right in front of my face? SAVE YOUR BOAT, MONEY, AND TIME AND STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS.

Great place to keep your boat. Dry storage and fast, friendly service when you are ready to go in the water. Very good outboard mechanic. Boat detailing there is excellent.

Great place for hogh and dry storage. Ive fkrgotten to call and get my boat put in the water and I show up and within 10 minutes, my boat is in. Ryan and Brian are great fork operators!

I bought a used boat here in June 2020 and it was a great experience. Al and David are both patient and helpful. No pressure, just fair dealings. Our boat was not expensive, but they still treated us as if we were important to them. Every need I had, they addressed. Ive never been to AllStar before, went because I saw one option on the Internet. It wasnt right. I told them what we wanted, and when it came in, they called me. All minor issues with the boat, they fixed. Very good experience.

Awesome place

As a new boat owner, Dave and his team helped me to make the right decision on a boat that worked for my needs to fish the Bay and my family and friends needs for cruising. We settled on the 206cc and I love it. It has everything we need to enjoy boating. Dave was excellent in explaining everything, showing me how to use the boat and making sure I had no questions as a first time boater.

We recently bought a boat from All Star Marine and we cant praise them enough for their customer service. This will be our go to place for all of our boating needs/services. Al and the entire staff are genuine and sincere. Highly recommended !!

After much thought Al the owner did us a big favor in his own way from buying a boat that was not a good fit ...if I could erase my 1 star rating below I would..as said before very nice people and nice to deal with . I wish they would have just said not to get that boat but in today’s world being politically correct is the safest best...we wish them good things in the future.. we have found our perfect boat and had Al not pulled from the deal we would have a major headache on our hands but instead we have a wonderful first boat!

I tried to buy a boat from these guys. After looking at the boat I was ready to purchase. They refused sell me the boat because they had another person coming to look at it. I was able and willing but they would not take my money. I called the next day and they took a deposit on the boat from another customer with out financing in order. Not sure why my money wasnt good enough. :(

We just started using this marina to store our boat. Everyone I have met from Al, Mike, Karen and Dave have been nothing but professional and willing to help with anything! These guys are top notch....getting some work done on our boat and will post a review on the service received.

I called about a boat that they have listed online. Pictures online showed a clean boat, everything intact and ready for sale. I made arrangements to see the advertised boat. Drove an hour with my wife to look at the boat. When I arrived, the boat was completely trashed. It was easy to see the boat had been left out and unprotected all winter. The bimini was torn to shreds (intact in photos), three of the four tires of the trailer were flat and the vinyl was covered in mildew. None of this was shared when I called. The salesman didnt even bother to come out from behind his desk to show me the boat or shake my hand. My wife and I left feeling insulted having wasted out time.

Absolutely horrible experience as a first time buyer. Not enough room to explain whole details here, but basically the group pulled the deal out from under my feet AFTER I paid over $800 for a marine survey..terrible communication. As a buyer of my first boat I should have had MUCH more guidance, however I was left to fend for myself in this deal and I feel I got used and burnt. I would be very careful with buying here, do not be too detailed of a buyer or you will spook them off. The staff seemed very nice and it would seem the mechanical boat fixing end of the business is great. BUYERS BEWARE!

Terrible Communication!I was ready to purchase a certain boat. I had called and left messages 4 times with no call back. When I drove 1 hour to the showroom, they wanted to lowball my trade by $5,000 from trade value.Needless to say I have purchased my second boat from a nearby competitor.
