Weve been using this service for over 5 years and have had a good relationship with them. Our schedule of services is automated so we never have to worry about pick up or delivery.Other than one dispute that I can recall, weve been able to resolve any issues by calling the main line. All the customer service representatives have been kind, helpful, and professional.
I use this company in my home and two office locations. I have used 3 other water companies and compared to the other, they’re pretty great. Pricing is great, deliveries are when they are supposed to be there. One of my patients broke the button on my water cooler and it was replaced next day.
Your delivery drivers should learn how to speak to people especially if they are delivering to a clinic for pregnant woman.
We just signed up with this company and first delivery was skipped. No call, no email nothing. When I called customer service, I was told deliveries to businesses can be made as late at 5pm, so give them some time. Of course, when I called at 5pm, warehouse is closed but an email was sent. Following morning, I called customer service and was told that the delivery had been rescheduled to the next business morning (2 days after the original) and a back up date was scheduled just in case they didnt make it again. I was told she texted the delivery driver (because we were now completely out of water) for a same day delivery. I asked her to call instead of text and she said she didnt have a number to call is was all email. After going back and forth, because what she said didnt make sense, I asked to speak to a manager. I was told there were none on site but she could send an email. SHE advised me of my sales rep but when I asked for his contact information, I was told that she couldnt give it to me but she would leave a message for him to contact me. This place is terrible. Looking at other options now.
Hate the service I get. They are to service me every other week and on thrus they are to come and never doSometimes the next day or says later. I order teas as well and half the time I do not get them. Iam looking for a different service after 5 years with crystal springs.
Glad that Ive read those reviews as im looking for water service. Dread the possibility of receiving some shoddy service. Going over to Blue Mountain Delivery - all 5 stars and those reviews! Sorry - I havent met (Crystal Spings), but apparently you suck as you do not care at all but just the money? Have a nice day.
This is literally the most poorly managed and run business. The drivers were lying and claiming to have delivered water and we were being charged. We would have up to 7 empty bottles that the driver claimed to pick up. This company was stealing from us and their own customer service department didnt seem to care. I have since switched my water company and two months after canceling just received another charge and bottles from Crystal Springs. Bravo for literally being the worse company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
( I apologize in advance for the long review, but if you make it all the way through then youll see why you should take a hard pass on Crystal Springs).After my last review I decided to give this company another chance at getting my deliveries right...that turned out to be a big mistake on my part. Again the route rep did not deliver my bottles to my apartment (even after multiple notes on my account say to do so).He instead chose to leave all 3 bottles outside on the ground where anyone walking by could take them. Hes been asked to call me before he comes so I can know hes here and let him in but he still refuses to do this. If I hadnt emailed my leasing office and asked them to look around for them I wouldnt even had known that the bottles were outside. Because he failed to deliver the water properly he also failed to pick up the 3 empty bottles I had sitting in front of my apartment inside the building, now this will be a problem for me if he doesnt get them before the end of the billing cycle because Crystal Springs will charge me $18 for them. This shouldnt be how Crystal Springs runs a business...why should the customer be penalized for the incompetence of the drivers?This happened the last time he didnt pick up the empty bottles I was charged $18 for having not returned them before the billing cycle was over. However, it wasnt that I didnt return them rather he didnt pick them up, so why was I charged for this?, and when he did come back a few days later to pick up the empties, this company had the nerve to charge me an additional fuel surcharge for him having to come back out. So in total for that one month I was charged $50 for 3 bottles of drinkable water and 3 empties. Thats ridiculous when you consider that each bottle is $6.99 and I only get 3 a month, so I should be looking at a $30+ bill( with taxes, cooler rental and fuel surcharge included) not $50, and now again I have to worry about being overcharged for poor service. I contacted the company and asked for a refund of the $18 and was credited with only $13 because again they had to charge me for him to come back out and fix his mistake...What??? There shouldnt even be a charge to the customer because again this is his mistake, if they want to charge for fuel then they should charge it to the drivers and maybe that would motivate them not to only do half of their jobs. In any case it seems like the route rep doesnt want me as a customer and Im more than happy to oblige.I called today and asked to put the account on hold until I finish the new bottles he left outside yesterday, and when they are done, thats the end of my business to this ridiculous company. There are so many ways to get fresh water in out homes that we dont actually need companies like this, and yet none of them seem to care or even be concerned with losing business. So I say why should we care to give them our business in the first place?Take my advice and DO NOT do business with this company. Maybe if we all use the many other ways to get water these horrible companies will go out of business leaving their non-caring staff out of jobs, that they clearly dont value anyway.
Zero Stars!!! After being with this company for less then a year its become clear that they dont want or even care about my business so now Im happy to oblige them and cut ties. Today, after numerous calls to this poorly run company I decided Id had enough and begun cancellation procedures. Ive called multiple times about their delivery driver leaving bottles wherever he wants to outside, and not picking up the empties and apparently nothings been done because he keeps on doing it, and the kicker is that they actually charge me extra for his incompetence...well no more! I will not be charged $6 a bottle for each empty he leaves behind.What type of company punishes the customer for their employees mistake? A bad company whos only concern is their own greed, thats who. Look elsewhere if you need to have water delivery or better yet buy a cooler of your own and go to Safeway or Giants and just pick up your own water. If you cant do that then look into some type of in-line water filter for your home. Those can be pretty pricey but itll worth it in the long run not to have to deal with these horribly managed companies and their inept employees.
This is the worst company. The original worker input my information incorrectly so I was never billed and when I cancelled the service now you guys can send me bills. The corporate office is incompetent and the managers at the local branch never actually do there job. I reported this to the BBB
This place is an absolute joke. I ordered service on August 5th and scheduled delivery on August 15th. Come August 15th, no delivery and no phone call. After dealing with customer service, apparently my delivery had to be moved to Wednesday August 17th but no one ever bothered to call/email that information. Here it is August 17th and STILL no delivery and STILL no phone call. After dealing with customer service again it was noted that there was no delivery even scheduled for my business. This was after a rep on Monday ASSURED me my delivery would be here today. I just hung up with the route manager who blamed miscommunication for the error. I told him it was completely unacceptable to treat a new customer, or any customer, this way and proceeded to cancel my order. He really didnt do much to try and save the business. He promised me delivery would be here tomorrow but after 2 days of broken promises Id had enough. When I told him I was cancelling he simply said ok have a nice day. The guy couldnt wait to get off the phone and get back to doing absolutely nothing. Must be nice to sit on your rear end all day and screw around with peoples delivery service. I mean really, how hard is it to schedule deliveries when its all computerized! Apparently Crystal Springs is in need of a rocket scientist to run their operations in Baltimore. I know another customer Crystal Springs is about to lose because of the sub-par practices. Keep it up guys, unemployment is calling your name!
I am a new customer and I have not been with this company for three months and my delivery has been missed THREE TIMES!!! This is Unacceptable and insane that I am CONSTANTLY calling every other day and Im told the same script Let me place you on a brief hold to reach out the branch manager and the delivery driver they come back on the line and say, Both phones went to voicemail and I left them a message to have them call you, However, I went ahead and schedule a delivery for the next day. The following day arrives and guess what, NO WATER, NO PHONE, NO EMAIL FOLLOW UP. Im calling and calling. This is poor service!

If I could give negative I would overcharged on bill every month, never on scheduled time, customer service is the worst they dont value their customers so I will not recommend this service to anyone you better go to Deer Park
