HEED MY WARNING AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! I really dont know how they are still in business. The absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced in any company. There were issues from the start. Our first delivery was delayed. I let that go. Theyll send you an email and text confirming the scheduled delivery, which then requires you to leave the empty bottle outside of your door. More times than not, they never showed, never gave a heads up that they wouldnt be arriving, and no one contacts you to apologize for the no show. You eventually receive a text or email with the new delivery date. I let that go. However, in early September I reached out to them because theres an issue of the bottles not sitting flush in the dispenser, which results in a wobbly 5 gallon plastic jug. On top of that, I have a baby that moves around the house in a walker and is cruising around the house. I reached out to them with my concerns and asked for someone to help me remedy this issue. All that I received was an automated message that someone would get back to me in 5 to 7 business days. It has been almost a month and I still havent heard back. Today is my delivery date. I received two email confirmations including an email at 7am confirming that the delivery person would arrive between 1:06pm and 5:06pm. What do you think happened next? No need to hold your breath any further. THEY NEVER SHOWED! I just want to be done with this company. I want their products OUT OF MY HOUSE! Next time you see their rep in Costco recruiting new customers, RUN, JOG, OR WHEEL YOURSELF IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. Youve been warned!

Poor customer service availability and billing experience. I have given this company three shots. First delivery went smoothly. Second delivery was missing a product for which I was charged. ReadyRefresh agreed to deliver the missing product on another date and then double charged me. Immediately following my third order, my credit card was charged nearly $100 for products that I did not order. When I tried to call customer service, the phone lines and internet chat features stated that no agents were available (during business hours). I love the products and quick delivery timeframes but the customer service and billing hassles are not worth it. On a positive note, the customer service agents I have spoken with, when available, have all been very friendly and eager to assist.

Im not surprised by all the 1 star reviews. Our company paid $40/mo for YEARS to have their cooler sit in our office (I know, dumb - so thats on us).When we finally figured out how to cancel the service (not easy), they came, picked up their water cooler, and CUT THE WATER LINE to the cooler when taking it out. Who does that to a loyal customer? I guess they wanted to make sure that we had to start over and run a brand new line if we werent going to pay them anymore.Save yourself the money and buy a cooler for $200.00

Terrible experiences with this company. I literally cannot get them to do adjust my bill for product I did not receive, nor order.The driver does not show up for his scheduled monthly delivery, then indicates he did deliver, so I have to then fight customer service to get a credit. Then the driver sneaks in the sleeve of cups, which were not ordered & I am charged for it, so I must call customer serve to get that line item taken off my bill.This happens every month - literally! I have a direct connect with the Client Retention person, and this still happens every month.This company does not care about its customers, plain & simple.

A driver from that company, sideswipe my truck got out and took pictures of it did not report it and Ive been talking to that company for a week and a half now trying to get them to fix my truck and theyre putting me off. From what Ive seen they are very unprofessional irresponsible I would find other places to purchase your water from a company that does not take responsibility for their actions cannot be trusted and I would never do business with them.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I cancelled our service for our business because I found a better price with a competitor. I had to call back 3 times because I continued receiving bills and wanted to make sure my account was cancelled. Its now 3 months later and Im still receiving bills. Come to find out they charged a late fee back in December due to the delayed mail times, and then have been charging late fees on top of late fees. They said they can only waive one late fee (but wont waive the late fees that were result of the first late fee not being paid....) Total joke!!!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Confusing billing practices and ridiculous late fees. Then they want me to pay $4.99 to talk to a customer service rep to fix my bill that they screwed up. I just canceled my service and will NEVER deal with them again and DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

This has been the worst experience ever. I haven’t had my water dispenser for a year and I have already scheduled for them to come and pick it up. This company is a joke and they don’t care about the customers. I should have taken the reviews into consideration before I signed up. I was told that if I referred someone I would receive a $100 credit on my account. Lord story short, i referred a family member that signed up instantly and I never received the credit. I have called multiple times and each representative has given me the run around. It has been very unprofessional and irritating. I’ll be better off buying cases of water from the grocery store.

I really hate this company. Unfortunately there arent other options. they charge for things that were not ordered and not delivered. I have to call every month to get my bill adjusted even though it says do not deliver cups. Oh, they dont deliver them, the drivers just sneak them on to our bill to make commission. Also very hard to reach customer service. If you can avoid this company it will save you a lot of frustration and money.

The Absolute worst. Difficult to speak to someone. Account information was linked with 4 other accounts which caused a mess. Invoices not mailed/emailed to us. Just a pain. I wish I took into account the other reviews I read before setting an account with them. Use Culligan, at least you can speak directly to a representative

2021 UPDATE:I thought I would wait it out a little and see if the service would get better. It was lovely when it was Deer Park Delivery, no wait time for customer service calls, adjustable delivery times, correct deliveries and delivery days. But alas, it got worse. Now we cant even speak to a customer service rep for missing/incorrect orders without PAYING a $5 speak to a customer service rep fee. Absolutely RIDICULOUS considering we are already paying for this service.Got a order delivered message and invoice for a whole order that was never delivered. Tried to call someone to see what was going on (they removed all numbers from the site), ended up sending a message through their system (which will be responded to in probably a week or two, based on prior experience) to FINALLY cancel my subscription and close the account.Just signed up with a local service that I remembered a childhood friends family used with excellent reviews. I highly encourage you all to find a small business or local company to go with to help support them and to experience the benefit of small vs. corporate companies.Original review:Changed prices on my contract for both delivery fees, bottle deposits, and dispenser prices. Changed delivery window time and added deliveries on that I did not request. There are much better services in the area you can find through a quick Google search. Better both in pricing and service. Do not use ReadyRefresh. (Im currently paying half the price for the water with no rental fees through Costco)

The main problem that Ive had with Ready Refresh is that they will still show up bright and early with water even after I have cancelled the delivery, either by phone or online. There are only three people in the household, so occasionally, we do not use all of the water up in a month, and we dont really need a new bottle. I dont know how they communicate with the drivers to skip deliveries. So sometimes we have full, unopened water bottles that we have to either put in the basement temporarily or find room for them in the kitchen where the cooler is. Sometimes they do not call or ring the bell, and I will find a new bottle waiting on the porch.

Bad customer service and terrible delivery service. Deliveries are ALWAYS delayed and anytime I call they either give me the run around or claim that it will come the following day. Never does. Customer service is not helpful at all. Ive tried to see if theyd get better but its been months of issues I give up! Currently I have 8 bottles in my home because the driver comes EXTRA early (when he finally does) that I dont get the time to put the bottles out. And knocking on my door? Never happens. I dont understand how a big company like Nestle cant get their delivery service together after months, almost a year! Im sure they see these bad reviews!! Hire more drivers, new customer service employees, and better your system simple!! UGH, Dont waste your time with this company, youll be stuck dehydrated.

Run as fast as you can and dont look back! They will change their prices without notice. Deliver items that you did not order and charge you for them. Youll speak with one representative who will tell you one thing and speak to someone else who will provide you a completely different information. Do not do business with this company! They have no idea what good customer service is nor do they even seem to want customer retention. Ive only been with them since April and I just cancelled their service in June. This is the worse company to do business with. They can never seem to keep a scheduled delivery and when they do reschedule deliveries theyve missed they dont even keep those. As Im writing this review Im currently waiting in my buildings lobby ( have been waiting since 8am and now its noon) and there is still no sign of them. Even though at 9:43am they sent a text message that they would be here in the next 60 minutes which should have put them here before 11, Im still waiting an hour later.On top of terrible delivery service they have pretty much a non existent customer support line. When you call in to inquire about your delivery and if the driver will even still show up all they do is offer you a bunch of empty comments; like were sorry and we understand your frustration, but yet they cant answer a simple question because they cant contact anyone to see what the problem is. If they cant contact the delivery drivers then whats the point of them?I waited all day last Saturday for a delivery, I called multiple times to see if it was still coming and what I was told was that if it doesnt arrive by 4pm, then consider it will be rescheduled for Monday. Are you serious?...Monday? How do they think they can get away with this? I wasted my entire Saturday and didnt get to do other things I needed to do and they never showed up and they just treat it as if your time doesnt matter to them and in fact neither do you, and this is why I cancelled. Now Im waiting for them to come pick up their equipment and theyre pulling the same no show garbage that got them dropped in the first place and still no one at the horrible company cares.On a side note Ive asked them if I could find someone to drive me if I could return their equipment to them and they told me no. If they decide to attempt to place a collections account on me Im fully prepared to fight them and take them to court over it. I was told that 4 bottles of water had been delivered to my home on 6/24/17, to which I responded that no it was not and in fact those 4 bottles werent delivered until Friday 6/30/17, which was 4 days after I had called and cancelled service. Do they really think the customers dont know what happens in their day to day lives? Why waste time telling me something that didnt happen? Or do they really not know what happened? I dont know how they wouldnt know seeing as how I called them multiple times to complain about the delivery not being made on Saturday and then again on Monday to cancel and then again on Friday to complain that water had been left outside my door that day and that I no longer wanted it because I cancelled their service 4 days prior.Also speaking of canceling, I got an email response to a complaint I made by email on Saturday about them yet again not showing up and wasting my entire day, that states that their records show that my account wasnt cancelled until 7/8/17 which was Saturday. Now this makes no sense at all because if the account hadnt been cancelled until that day then how and why did they have a pickup scheduled for their equipment and return of their water bottles for that day? Customer service individuals are nice.Deliveries are often not on date requested.Ive had it say delivered when in fact it hadnt and then had to spend 1 hour on hold waiting to talk to representative.Also had it where at 9:30 PM on the date it was supposed to be delivered there was a route change, and they rescheduled the order. But rescheduled it for the incorrect number of bottles, so we had to get another delivery on top of the original one.They often tack on cups to the delivery, when they are not requested.Just overall kind of a pain company to deal with.Customer service individuals are nice, and drivers are nice as well.Just poorly organized it seems.

So today I was supposed to get my delivery of the water cooler and 2 bottles. I waited from 8am-5pm and nothing so I called the company. They said that something happened with the driver which pushed my date back to tomorrow for delivery. So I just wasted a day of not doing anything waiting around for these people for them to tell me I had to do it all over again tomorrow. So I said I’d cancel, at which time she had to transfer me to the billing section to have my money refunded. I spoke with them and had to explain the story all over again. They said that because I put E. instead of East is where the issue was and the delivery system rescheduled my delivery. So they pushed the date back until tomorrow without calling, texting, emailing, nothing. Then when she changed the address she said she had to reset everything and now I can’t even get it delivered tomorrow and the earliest would be Thursday. Now if I hadnt called my address would still have been E. and not East so there wouldnt have been a difference. So much for wasting my time and potentially wasting more time either tomorrow, Thursday or whenever else they would have scheduled it. Long story short, I cancelled and am going to look elsewhere.

They deserve a zero. We are supposed to be scheduled for regular deliveries every 2 weeks yet they always cancel and reschedule without letting us know. Our delivery WAS scheduled for yesterday. I let them know to PLEASE not cancel and reschedule on us again as we will be out of water. They promised that it would be here yesterday. I logged in yesterday morning to double check, NOPE, they canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday... THEN find out this morning, they canceled AGAIN and rescheduled for Thursday.. SERIOUSLY??? Yet the business NEXT DOOR to us gets their delivery.. When we spoke to the delivery driver, he stated that the dispatcher is in NJ and obviously has no clue what they are doing. Starting to shop around today!! Ridiculous.

Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldnt come to pick up for 2 weeks, Thats the next time we will be in the area. The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day. NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They SHOULD be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up.We also had many issues starting service with them. Two of their water coolers emptied the entire 5-gallon bottles onto our floor. Our experience with this company has had SO MANY ISSUES!

If I could give them a zero I would. We have been without water for over a week. Every time I call, they tell me they are having service delays because they implemented a statewide change to their delivery routes. As great as that excuse is, it is an excuse, they are being paid for a service and at this point they are not delivering what they were paid for.After 4+ years of being a customer, and the constant delivery delays in the past 6 months, with no notifications - we are looking for another option.UPDATE: We have switched services. We cancelled our service and after we cancelled they accidentally delivered water. We called to ask if they would collect the extra bottles when they come for their equipment and the empty bottles, and we were told they do not collect full bottles.Then they explained that they would empty the full bottles if they collected it....the bottles are sealed and have not been used, but they would open them and empty them...that is crazy to me.Plus, they did not come for their equipment as scheduled. SMH!

Obviously the terrible ratings they have doesnt stop them from existing. I just saw an extra charge of $60 out of nowhere. If you dont check they slowly add things to your bill. The dispenser was free and then they started charging, now they charge the delivery. They are often delaying the deliveries as well and the quality of the water is not great. Why pay so much for water that taste like nothing. In Europe they have great tasting water. I am cancelling my services with them the next time they are open which is Monday.

They used to be deer park, and service has shot downhill since being bought. First, I never get an e-mail saying the delivery is coming like I used to. Thats actually fine because it never comes on time anyway. The first e-mail I get says Sorry, we were unable to deliver your water as scheduled today. So I set my bottles out. Its usually 3-5 days before they come.

Its SCAM. They do not answer your calls and state they have 30-45 minute hold times. Do not give them your money. They charged my card 3 times in 1 week for a 2 month recurring delivery. I had to cancel my credit card due to their fraudulent activities on my account. Adding, they never delivered water they keep charging me for.

I cannot get anyone to pay my account to. I did not go to business school, but his not seem like a very sound commercial strategy. ReadyRefresh constantly attempts to add a cup order to our bill - we have never ordered or received cups. We always ask that they only take and replace the empty water bottles, but apparently their delivery people can’t count because we always end up with too many bottles. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We have been with this company since 1998. Over the last year we have had our delivery date pushed to a later date with no notification whatsoever countless times. Ive called them multiple times, always with a long wait on hold, and they said that when a date is pushed the only way to tell is to look on the website. So WE have to keep track of THEM having rescheduling us?Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible customer service. We also schedule our deliveries according to our business hours, yet that doesnt stop them from arriving after the business has closed and everyone has gone home. I called about this also and was blatantly lied to, being told that we dont have a note about our hours on our account which is FALSE. They acted like it was our fault and pushed our delivery even farther out.I can see from the rest of the reviews that all of their customers are having similar issues. They need to get it together before we all cancel our service.Edit: We have since canceled our service. We went with DrinkMore Water and were able to have water delivered to us the day after we called. ReadyRefresh is STILL pushing our date every day with no notice even though at this point its a date just to pick up their bottles and cooler.

Extremely disappointed with the service. We really tried not to cancel over the past few months. Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery service. They reschedule at least 5 times. We end up with no bottles, waiting for the next delivery..... and of course they ‘reschedule’Get your act together if you want to stay in business. ReadyFresh provides truly terrible service. They just stopped bothering to fulfill our deliveries. Zero communication. Dialing their normal 800 number for customer service provides a message that their call volume is high and they cant accept calls. If you send an email through their website they display their actual CS number that accepts calls. When I called to cancel the customer service person didnt even bother to try to retain us as a client. Im thinking shes been getting that same phone call a lot these days.

I have had Deer Park for years! And I have moved around to many different states and always moved my delivery with me, however since moving to MD and since the merger with Nestle my service has taken a serious nose dive! Deliveries are constantly late, inconsistent and the schedule is completely unreliable! I signed up for text msgs because I so not have time to sit on the phone trying to figure out where my delivery is or why it was not delivered like I have had to do in the past. I completely understand if weather is an issue however this has not been the case. This is an ONGOING issue! I can never expect my delivery on the prescribed date and I therefore I unfortunately will have to cut my very lengthy relationship with them and find another water company!

Dont bother trying to close your account, they will still send you water and bills, after having to close the accounts because we could never get a delivery, go figure. This is the worse water bottle company ever! They constantly delay delivery and still expect you to pay for it. Customer service is horrible and they act like they dont care. We had Ready Refresh (Deer Park) delivered to our home for 7-8 years. Cancelled last month out of sheer frustration. Something changed in the last six months...water never delivered on time. Delivery dates constantly pushed out numerous times each month. Would receive emails giving the delivery date, but the water would not be delivered until up to a week later. The best part, when I called to cancel they said they would pick up the cooler and empty water bottles the following Monday. They didnt pick it up until the following Thursday, ha! Exactly why I cancelled their service.

Their website is hard to make orders and schedule. The new website is even worse. We barely use any water, so we get a delivery every three months or so to meet their minimum delivery. I just got charged double, cannot find an invoice anywhere to match what was charged. Its extremely hard to cancel, I have to keep checking in every so often because they will keep popping up automatic deliveries because Ill get a text alert for a delivery coming tomorrow when I never scheduled one. I was on hold for 7 minutes, they hung up on me. Ive tried to email customer service, but no response. The new website is just the worst to figure out and find out what is going on. Im trying hard to talk to someone to cancel.

3 weeks still no water. These people stink worse than the bay at low tide. If you need 5 gallon bottled water service in Havre de Grace then go elsewhere with your business. These people dont want your money. They earn their horrible 1.5 star rating.

Cancelled service----We have service since 2004. Multiple complaints regarding delivery with no response or improvement. Only good thing was the water but the price is higher than I can get elsewhere.

Extremely angry. Waited for my first order for 5 hours and when it didn’t show up I called to find out with no notice it had been rescheduled for the following day which is when I work. I canceled appt to sit here and wait for this delivery and NOTHING.

Absolutely horrible service. I had service for my daughter while in college in VA and after transferring to Towson and changing service to be serviced by this warehouse, service went downhill fast. Customer Service lied to me several times and no followup!!!! Just catch a Lyft or Uber and get your own water. They are not worth the time!

After our machine broke we dealt with the broken website and got the yeah yeah treatment for a month on the phone (15 min wait every time) and still no replacement. The entire time they had a terrible delivery schedule. Stay away from this company.

Im very disappointed with the service provided by ReadyRefresh. This is the third time that Ive had a scheduled service that has been rescheduled at least 4 times. They are quick to deduct your payment from your account however receiving the water seems to be not a priority...I called the customer service number, though they were very professional, was told that the distribution office where my water comes from is short staffed due to the lack of drivers that have CDLs and it takes months before they can be put on the road. Well as much as I appreciate that information, that is not helping me when Im awaiting a water delivery. I also informed her that if my water is not delivered by tomorrow as promised for the 5th time, I will cancel my service.Unfortunately, my area is only serviced by ReadyRefresh therefore I cannot go with another company. Guess Ill be back to buying water from the store.

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They wont deliver your stuff. I had a delivery set up and it DIDNT come. I called the company and they had the audacity to tell me there are no trucks in my area, i go up to the Wawa and one of their trucks is in the parking lot playing loud music and the driver is passed out. They wont deliver your water then will charge your credit card. It is a shame that the best water company has the worst delivery service. The customer service is horrible too. the lady hung up on me when i called to complain. When I called back the manager I spoke to was really rude and sounded like she was eating a salad in my ear.

If I could give a company less than one star, I would for Ready Refresh. We had success with them for well over a year and then three months ago they began falling apart. They promised us delivery dates that were never accurate, they fired our representative and did not communicate that we had a new one either. I had to reach out to them to even find out our deliveries were being pushed back. This went on for three months until we finally gave up and moved to a new company. Now, I tried calling their customer service number AND THEY LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME BY SAYING Due to a high amount of calls, we will be unable to take your call, Goodbye. Worst customer service on earth. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO WORK WITH THEM. Look elsewhere!!!!!

If I could give this company a negative zero, I would ... I took off of work for two days as the first delivery, someone needs to be present. They changed my delivery twice with no prior communication. Highly disappointed. Very poor customer service... don’t work with this company, go to Culligan.
