The ladies at the Baltimore Bella Bridesmaids are wonderful! They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I have been to the bridal shop on at least 4 occasions with my different bridesmaids and they have been amazing each time. Cant wait for my destination wedding now that Ive found my bridesmaid dresses! @candygyrltravels

I visited Bella Bridesmaids in September. We only had about three weeks until the date, so admittedly this was last minute, through no fault of our own. I spoke with Olivia before the visit, letting her know I was a size 00. During the appointment, we met with Whitney, who was very friendly. She measured me at a size 0, which I thought sounded off. When the other bridesmaid and I really liked a particular color, we were told this was not in stock. Instead we picked another color, and Whitney ordered the size 0, which I assumed to be the smallest size and figured it would fit me given she took measurements.I received the dress and it did not fit me. There was a receipt in the packaging indicating the dress was $140 cheaper than what they had charged me at the store. Hey, they’re a business right? For that profit they could offer me some customer service in the event the fit is massively off. I also see a return policy with the dress from the designer - stating returns are accepted within 30 days. Bella Bridesmaids states returns are not accepted. I reached out to Whitney to let her know that the dress did not fit, and the only thing she offered me was to get it tailored. The alterations ended up costing $204, nearly as much as the already inflated price of the dress. I understand that the wedding was close by and options were limited (and really did not appreciate the very blunt comment Whitney had made about this while we were in the store), but the lack of customer service provided to me given the ill fit of the dress is something that is completely unacceptable, especially considering the $140 markup.Feeling so incredibly frustrated by the high markup of the dress and lack on the business’ part to try and accommodate me in any way, I called my credit card to dispute the charge. A few weeks later I received a nasty phone call from Whitney questioning why I did this. Although she expressed wanting to get the situation resolved, she refused to offer me anything in the way of a partial refund. When I received the documentation from her in response to my credit card company, I noticed two disturbing things: 1) Whitney mentioned how close to the wedding I had filed the dispute, and made the assumption that I had intended to wear the dress and then receive a full refund after the fact. I filed the dispute days after receiving the dress in late September. My credit card company, in error, failed to file the dispute until nearly two weeks later when I followed up with them. This is no fault of mine and should not be used in her case against me. 2) She included the initial email I had sent asking for help with the dress not fitting. I had said some kind words about the dress, and she used these against me in trying to prove that there should be no issue. It’s called being cordial. Had I known she was going to respond the way she did and then proceed to use my words against me, I would have been much firmer about the issues with the dress and my experience.I am sure that Whitney will respond with a rebuke to this, mentioning how close our visit was to the wedding – but that is no excuse for a complete unwillingness to help once you’ve taken a $140 cut and the dress fits poorly - not to mention you state no returns when the designer clearly accepts them. I stand by my comments here and hope others will shop elsewhere and save themselves the frustration, the hassle, and not least of all - their money.

WHITNEY IS A ROCKSTAR. First, I started planning my wedding 6 weeks prior to the actual date due to COVID shifting our plans. My MOH and I did a virtual appointment over the phone and Whitney was ready to go with our options. She made the entire process quick and easy and ordering was a breeze! She had already spoken with the dress designers ahead of our appointment so we knew which dresses were deliverable in such a small time frame. She gave us a time frame for delivery and Fedex was backed up. Whitney went out of her way, spent two days at a FedEx location on a SATURDAY trying to locate this package. Even though she couldnt get the package herself, she hand delivered these dresses to my house and I literally cannot say enough about this customer service. GET YOUR BRIDESMAIDS DRESSES FROM BELLAS IN BALTIMORE, WHITNEY IS A GODESS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whitney is THE BEST. Ive both been a bridesmaid and a bride in her salon, and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. She is warm, friendly and patient. Her team will give you an HONEST opinion and help you find exactly what youre looking for. Cannot recommend the store enough.

My sisters went here because they carried the designer we wanted, however, I wish we found a different shop. My sisters intended on wearing low heels but now have feet of fabric at the bottom because Bella insisted they get extra fabric. This would work out if they were professional basketball players wearing stilettos. Now alterations could cost as much as the dresses. Clearly took a one-size-fits-all approach instead of asking about their shoes in order to customize the dress appropriately. I’ve never posted this low of a review, I’m the first of three to get married and we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

After searching searching for dresses when I enter Bella bridesmaids I was greeted warmly by Whitney who was busy with another bridal party but immediately stopped to accommodate us . She took the time to quickly find styles that matched what I discussed with her and allowed us to try on some though we did not have a scheduled appointment. After she finished she followed up with me and debriefed on next steps which really put me at ease :) . I worked with Whitney at Bella Bridesmaids in Baltimore after first going to the store in Philadelphia. I went in Baltimore since it was closer to where I live and I needed to make a decision between two dresses. I didn’t have much time since I waited too long to order, but Whitney quickly responded to my emails and set up an appointment. At the appointment Whitney had both dresses ready, gave her honest opinion and helped me make a decision without feeling pressured! I had my 3 year old niece with me and Whitney was so sweet to her. She wasn’t bothered by a toddler who was asking questions and when I went back with another bridesmaid for her fitting she let me niece try on a flower girl dress! Whitney is so sweet, made us feel so comfortable and made sure we had fun. She also communicated with the Philadelphia store to make sure that the ordering process would go quickly and smoothly. Everyone I brought to the store for fittings walked away talking about how nice Whitney is! I would recommend Bella Bridesmaids to anyone looking for unique dresses and a laid back experience! :)

I went to Bella Bridesmaids to hopefully find Bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. They have some really Beautiful Bridesmaids dresses. They are on the pricey side but its worth it. Also its private and you feel so comfortable.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Im gonna be maid of honor in my bffs wedding. Allie the bridal consultant is very helpful, friendly, patient and polite. We will be returning for our fitting and final purchase.

Whitney at Bella Baltimore is an ANGEL and a miracle worker. In addition to going above and beyond to help me choose the best bridesmaid dress, was super flexible and accommodating to all the girls who needed to get fitted VERY last minute. Would recommend Whitney 1000% to anyone looking to have the best/least stressful experience shopping for bridesmaids dresses!!

I had my first Bella Bridesmaids experience less than 2 weeks ago. I called to schedule an appointment pretty last minute, and got a Saturday mid-afternoon slot for my mother and myself. I had a slightly complicated request since I wanted a specific designer, fabric, and was unsure of color. In addition. my mother wanted to find an appropriate MOB dress to compliment it all. Olivia was adorable and wonderful and had all of our needs met. She was extremely detail oriented and knew my vision better than myself! We had our dresses picked and an online profile completed within an hour. If youre considering this location, call and ask for Olivia immedately!

I’ve been working with Whitney since August of this year. I’ve picked dresses, switched dresses and bridesmaids and she was always excited and willing to help make my day perfect. She is awesome, sometimes when I go I have my children with me, she talks and laughs with them, she’s never turned us away. SHE THE BEST

They have an awesome selection of dresses. They honor online deals as well (for the dessy group). I worked with Whitney. She was very professional and helpful. My dress arrived a few weeks earlier than expected.

This location is way better than the DC one. Tried to make an appointment (FOR A FITTING) for the dc location and basically got yelled at for how busy they were. This location was way better, set me up with an appointment time, and Morgan took me in for the fitting as soon as I arrived, was quick, and nice.

When I tell you, WHITNEY ROCKS. She really does!!! I received great hospitality and assistance. Kudos.

I absolutely recommend this store! I didnt realize that you generally need 6+ months to order bridesmaid dresses. I have 3.5 months until my wedding and Bella bridesmaids picked out designer dresses in my color before I got there that would be to us a month before the wedding, without rush shipping! This is the first shop we went to and found exactly what we were looking for. The small size of the shop had me worried but there were plenty of options in a wide variety of colors. She was very nice and helpful during the entire process, and was not the least bit pushy. If you are deciding whether or not to go here, I absolutely recommend that you do!
