I couldnt have asked for a more perfect experience! She made sure the dress fit me perfectly!!! I needed a couple layers hemmed and my shoulders taken in, which was no problem for her. I also had a train, so Toni put in a bustle that my maid of honor was able to do up easily. I could dance in it no problem! Toni is very sweet and accommodating, but will tell you straight up if she cant do something. She made sure my dress was done on time and charges a much better rate than other tailors. Please be aware that she works part-time and has flexible hours, so if you cant reach her through the stores number, you can text the number in her voicemail message and shell get back to you.

I had a great experience here! Isabella Bridal was recommended to me by a friend who had her dress altered here as well. I had about 7-8 weeks before my wedding and several other places I had called had told me they couldnt help me. I was so relieved when I called Isabella Bridal and they were not alarmed by my timeline. The seamstress was so kind and delightful and altered my dress perfectly - she was very talented. She put stitches in a few places to help with gaps and made the underskirt shorter so that the dress fluffed out a little more which avoided needing a full hemming. She also made a bustle and showed me how to use it. Would definitely come here again for formal alterations and would highly recommend her!

I bought my wedding dress at another store, and had it altered at Isabella’s Bridal. The alteration experience was wonderful! The store is run by a mother-daughter team, and they are both very friendly and really care about what they do. My wedding was at the end of March. My first fitting was in mid-January, and she had completed my alterations (hemmed the skirt, shortened the straps, and added a bustle) within 3 weeks. She clearly is a very experienced and skilled seamstress, and cares about doing a good job. After the initial alterations were completed, she noticed that the train was slightly uneven due to the way that the dress was originally sewn, which I had not even noticed; she took the necessary time during the fitting to figure out how to fix the train, and finished the additional alterations to fix it within 2 weeks. So in summary, my experience with Isabella Bridal involved great customer service, attention to detail, and a quick turnaround time for the alterations. And the finished dress looked fantastic! I would highly recommend!

They worked with me to find a date to come in for the initial fitting, even though the wedding was only a month away! I went to this place looking for a dress on 6/14/17. The saleslady was brusque, telling us she didnt have time to help us at all because she was in the middle of an alteration, then she looked me up and down and said something to the effect of, I dont think we have anything in your size, and we dont order dresses, but youre welcome to look. Since we were there anyway, we looked around for about 2 minutes awkwardly, then as we were leaving, the saleslady called out something about if you want such-and-so brand, we can order... I went to the next shop down the road and found a dress that day. Guess they didnt want my fat money. (For the record, Im a size 14, not like a super-specialized size). Stay away!
