I had filed bankruptcy 2018 and my car at the time was in repossession status. I was in dyer need of a vehicle to get back and forth to work in. They assured me not to worry and an hour or two later I drove off their lot with a 2013 Ford Focus and I did not need a co-signer. Im so happy and thank you M&M Auto.

After being in a car accident and having sub prime credit at the time. I purchased an suv that turned out to be more problems then what it was worth. This is where customer service was truly shown by Barry the manager, Denny, Mike and tim. I have purchased many vehicles over the course of my life and this was hands down the best experience. After returning the vehicle we had issues with they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs for the next vehicle. We were able to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee that fit all of our needs and I am so very happy with my car!!!!!!! They have a customer for life now. Barry is such a down to earth man who cares about the customer and truly stands behind their business. To put the icing on the cake when we went to put our down payment down I miscalculated and was 20.00 short. Barry himself pulled a twenty out and covered my down payment. This company is truly about your better interest and even gives advice on how to work on your credit with the loan so that you won’t be sub prime one day. I am 110 percent satisfied and will buy my next car from them

Ive had a lot of bad experiences with not so friendly salesmen when looking for a vehicle.This place was THE BEST weve ever been to buy a car. Five stars doesnt quite do it justice. They made the process pretty fun and painless and easy for me and my fiance. Mike, Tim, and Denny were absolutely amazing and friendly, very attentive and there for YOU. Such a unique experience getting helped by Guy Fierri and a David Spade/Rob Snyeider-hybrid lol. We will be taking our son there when hes ready to drive and we will definitely be going back for any other extra vehicles we might need. All cars they had were clean and well kept as well as they keep up with any maintenance the car needs before being purchased. SO SATISFIED!!! 10/10 Will catch them outside again XD

The team at M&M has been absolutely amazing to say the least. They worked with me to find something that met my needs and wants and within my price range. All my questions were answered without hesitation. I’ve been back a few times to make my payment there and they always ask how everything is going and if I’m having any issues with my truck. Along with some of the other reviews, Alex also helped me get a car. No sales talk, and he was very helpful in working with me on what I needed. After looking at a couple other places, Future Auto Sales was by far the best experience I had.

I bought a car here a few years ago, and thankfully it got totalled, so I at least got out of the monthly payments. But honestly, almost every car here they try to sell for 150% of blue book value, most people end up with high interest rates, but honestly thats most used car dealerships in Maryland. And there isnt really an easy way around it with Marylands messed up inspection laws. So glad I left.

The staff here is very friendly and they work with you if your a little behind on payments. They make paying my car note easy with their over the phone or automatic payments.They report monthly to the Credit Bureau which has helped my score. The have a wide selection of vehicles at low prices. I got both a Hyundai sante fe SUV and Chrysler town and country from them and they run great. Thank you M&M for keeping me on the road. Highly recommend!!! Looked all over for a Jeep that I could afford and was also in decent shape - usually it is either one or the other, not both! Found one at M&M that was in far better shape than I could imagine, plus it was in my price range, so I bought it. Don & Tim couldnt have been kinder to me! Sure, all dealerships are kind when you are buying a car from them,...but what about when you have a problem? My Jeep had an unforeseen problem shortly after buying it. Ive purchased 2 Ford trucks from here. The 1st being a 1997 Ford Explorer, the day i brought it I test drove it and it ran well. Same day I went to pick my son up from school and the transmission would not go in reverse. I drove the vehicle back to M & M Motors and was given my check back without hesitation. I received a call a few days later asking if I was still interested in the vehicle, yes I was and I took them another check and drove off happy with a rebuilt transmission with a 2 year warranty. My 2nd vehicle was a 2001 Ford Expedition. I was happy with my vehicle for about 24 hours, I went to the store and when I went to leave I discovered that the transmission would not go in reverse. My 1st thought was not again. I called the dealership and was told if I could drive it in that I could drop it off and they would take care of it. Seeing as how I just bought the vehicle I wanted a loaner vehicle or my money back since I would have to find a way to get to work and anywhere else I was planning on going. I refused to leave my vehicle so they told me that I was on my own as far as getting the transmission fixed. I threatened to call DMV and report them for selling cars with serious issues, after speaking with the manager several times and a week later I was placed in a rental so that my vehicle could be fixed. When I received my vehicle back it had been detailed, I had new tires and a full tank of gas. Myself, the salesman and the manager sat down and had a nice conversation and I was well on my way. Needless to say, I would still buy another vehicle from M & M Motors.

DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE TRUST ME THE REVIEWS ARE RIGHT. I BOUGHT A CAR AND DIDNT READ THE REVIEWS AND IT WOULD HAVE HELPED ME MAKE A DECISION IF I WOULD HAVE. I sold the car I only had it for 1 year it was in the shop more times then I drove it no exaggeration trust me. It had a check engine light that wouldnt go off even after mechanic worked on it. I put more money into new parts and didnt get it back. What a waste. Sold the car because it kept revving up at red lights and went in to the shop over and over to be fix and still wasnt fixed and spent so much money what a wasted amount of money on a car. The dealer knew had a problem. They dont do carfax, yes you heard me THEY DONT DO CARFAX, SO RUN RUN RUN DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE OWNER IS A REAL JERK, AND DISRESPECTFUL TO WOMEN . IF YOU WANT A LEMON GO TO THE GROCERY STORE SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE. At least the lemon at the grocery store is worth your money, and you can eat that without a loss or emptying your pockets. Trust me I learned 3 lessons never buy anything without looking at the reviews, always take a mechanic with you and always GET THE CARFAX, SEE WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. Good luck somewhere else. Oh and I give no stars and 2 thumbs down. This shop is located on B&A Blvd just down from the 7 eleven in Glen Burnie. Not in Baltimore.
