Always choose CVS for quick shopping. This one is best around the town . They are open 24 hours this is the best thing also they have self checkout which most of the CVS don’t have. It’s make checkout very quick. They don’t have parking lot but you can find street parking easily. But street parking are paid meter parking. Employees are friendly. Always recommend.

Never supporting CVS after today at any location. This location is most conveniently located to my home so I have been frequenting it for the last 6 years but after today, no more. Almost Every time I try to use my extra care card there are issues, ive been told to call the customer service line. No one answers because of Covid so nothing can be changed. I use their coupons and get rejected for various reasons and although the staff try to help, the corporate system banks off of people just getting frustrated and giving up so they can make more money. They are way over priced and take advantage of being that way because they are downtown but locals who frequent here suffer when they can’t even use these coupons.Disgusted with your business and never returning.

Only stopped in to check for prescription status. Staff was attentive and helpful, unfortunately they were not able to help as they had not received a shipment of needed medicine. Unfortunately certain medications are prohibited from verification, must go in person 🙄. Cvs itself is a fine location.

Good customer service but most of the shelf was empty may bcz I wan in around 11pm for shopping... nice place 3 star just for empty shelves...

CVS minute clinic was great very helpful for what I needed.

I mainly interact with pharmacy staff members, who have been polite with me. There is usually little to no line to pick up.

Very bad customer service. They send you msg asking you to come pick up your prescription and when you go they treat you like youre crazy. They have no courtesy and they think you are asking they a favor. Last 3 times they made me lost my lunch break cause they didn’t even wanted to try checking for my prescriptions.

I love this CVS they always text me or email me when my rx is ready for pic up and they have friendly employees willing to help you out

Maaan something is weird about this CVS. It feels like its under construction. And they had the coolers in the back taped off and the only drinks were in the front coolers. Its open 24 hours though. So its on brand for a Baltimore CVS.

Its conveient and they have several self checkouts which is really nice if youre trying to get in and get out. Ive run into more price errors and issues with coupons not going through than I would expect, but the staff has always favorably and quickly resolved the issue. Never tried the pharmacy, but it usually looks well staffed and not too crowded.

Love that its 24 hours and close to home. CVS has an excellent pharmacy system that really embraces technology, and this CVS pharmacy is staffed with good, helpful people who make full use of it. The store is also always clean and well-stocked.

Opened and we were able to get meds filled

I would do 0 stars if I could. AWFUL experience with the CVS Minute Clinic. After reserving a place in line and getting a time slot, I found that this means absolutely NOTHING to a patients wait time. Spent my entire lunch waiting around before I finally gave up on the slow-as-molassas minute clinic. Im never going back nor will I patronize CVS after my poor customer experience.

Went there to pick up my photo magnet prints and they were sloppy but the very nice lady at register took time out to help me and make me happy. she redid my photos and they turned out really nice. I’d really like to thank her bc I couldn’t give those photos away as gifts in the state that they were when I arrived. she has very excellent customer service and deserves a raise or a higher position bc that is what it’s all about. I dont remember her name but she was pretty tall, thick and brown/dark skin. Oh even the short haired, brown skin, skinny tall guy did a great job helping me find the last pack a candy in the store. you guys hired great people and should keep up the good work (I don’t mean harm describing them I’m just not good with names)

Super friendly! I walked in past midnight seeking breakfast while traveling. I was tired and they were super understanding and helped me get what I needed!

I went to use the Minute Clinic. I hadnt been feeling too well, and I saw Tamika after a short wait. She was pleasant, personable, and caring. I got a prescription for antibiotics after a wait of less than five minutes. I really couldnt be happier.

The pharmacy at this CVS is the best I have ever encountered. The pharmacy staff is very educated, courteous and respectful. It is always a pleasure to work with them.

Quick and convenient if you live withing walking distance but there is almost no parking nearby.

Very unprofessional staff in the early am. Clerk refused to return my item and told me I would have to wait until the manager came in at 7am. She Made up a lie and said the new policy about not taking returns until after 7am when I always made returns before 7am. This is a 24hour cvs. I then called back to have this new policy confirmed by the 7am manager and he indeed told me I could return any item with receipt which I had. What makes this situation even worse is that the supervisor on duty backed up the clerk lie

24 hours is great considering baltimore is lacking in that dept. Small but functional, self check out is a breeze here.

Pharmacy is super slow

Worst experience ever. The minute clinic sucks. I asked them for a non-antibiotic medicine and they ignored the medicine and gave me a non-antibiotic numbing lotion and it made my life pain. I called them and asked to prescribe an anti-biotic the next day and they said that I need to come in for that. They suck money out of ppl and lack basic customer skills and they dont care abt the patient. Never going back.

The minute wait nurse was nice and the pharmacy is pretty fast

Horrible!!!, My wife works 50+ hours a week and went there with a sore throat. The nurse was aggressive and actually made my wife cry! She was actually yelling at my wife and making excuses as to why she is so aggressive. I am going to go there in person tomorrow to file a complaint with the store manager. I will follow up with corporate as well!! This person has no business being a nurse. She treated my wife like she was her own child and she has the right to abuse her or something. If this person is allowed to keep her job at this store I will picket the store,,,,seriously!

Ridiculous. I asked a staff if someone could help me take a passport photo. She said, go ask someone else because I am not on the clock yet. Unbelievable.

Some psychopathic woman employed here was incredibly rude and passive aggressive to me and my boyfriend. We put down our purchase and left. We will not be returning to this location. Bye.

Annoyingly dysfunctional self-checkout machines with multiple competing screens that even the staff dont know how to operate.
