HORRIBLE !!HORRIBLE!! This location is just terrible placed my order, told that I would receive the merchandise on (Aug 7)did I receive it? NO!! Called the store to get a delivery time only to be told that they have no deliveries scheduled for that day .I would never rent from this place poor customer service, piss poor customer communications .They also gave me the run around about canceling the leasing agreement and Marios very rude π he really needs to learn not to talk over customers, he needs to work on his customer service/ listening skills.
This place is terrible Iβve been waiting on my delivery for 3 days now they keep lying about delivery times and they seem like scam artist I wouldnβt recommend this location to a dead person
Rent a center Bartlett has horrible customer service. I have a washing machine with them and also put in paperwork for a dryer. The first day I called; I was told I would receive a call back after paperwork was put in system and that never happened. Called the next day and no record of this at all. The lady did put paperwork in the system and I paid my deposit and was told technician would come out to install the following day. On the day; I didnβt hear anything so called the store and was told the store is closed and no deliveries will be made. Why didnβt I receive a call about this?? Had I not called I would not have known. Very very unprofessional and understaffed and poor communication with customers. My overall experience has not been good. Please try Aaronβs or another business. Do not take your business here
Stopped by the Bartlett location rent a tv. I was in the store 10min. No one can to see if I needed help. I could see someone in the back on the phone but even with me walking around the showroom floor I wasnt noticed so sale lost.....
Next time one of your employees comes flying around the building while Iβm working outside Iβll call Bartlett PD.

Terrible experience. I ordered a twin size bed frame online. Its literally 10 dollars a week. I paid 7 in advance. No one called me Fri, sat, Sunday Monday I called them. This man that answered said he was extremy short staffed. He then said hes not sure he can get it. Then he tells me my daughter needs to do an application becauae the house Γs in her name. I tell him ok she said she would. He said ok Ill call you. back I amhoir and a half. Im still waiting 37 hours later. I guess my little purchasen important. I have used rent a center on January kson years ago they weregooxl but this one on stage needs to les gons in customer servΓcems mireles

Very nice in store experience ... but communication after is terrible... they want you to call them ... the delivery is not timely ... come whenever they get ready and wonβt even let you know a eta ... u have to consistently call them about your furniture... even then no definite answer...not impressed with service at all ...

Terrible customer service. If you tell someone you will be there at a certain time be there. People schedule things around the time you give. Example... You said 2 to 4 pm it is now 530 pm. We called at 415 pm you said within the hour and still nothing. 6 pm still nothing. What a joke
Professional, patient, and helpful
They were over an hour late delivering my mattress and when they arrived they brought the wrong item. They said they would come right back with the right size and I waited even longer for that. Completely unacceptable

This particular store has been by far the BEST RAC Ive ever been in! Ive been a loyal customer or MVC since their opening day. Theyve helped me in so many ways, theyve worked with me on payments when I couldnt pay, when a deal came up i told them to contact me first which as far as im aware they did! Never have they failed me! Of xourse from time to time their schedule got booked up or something major came up to where my belongings either got delayed on delivery or from them coming to pick something up but at the end of the day i have pateince that would rather have my stuff dropped off or picked up in a more not so rush setting. Ive seen employees come and go very rarely but theyve all been humble and kind Every employee has always helped me in any possible way they could went above and beyond their means at times!
